The windows room was smeared dirty! I DIDN'T GET SERVICE THE NEXT DAY. NO CLEAN TOWELS, NO CLEAN ROOM, NO MADE BEDS, AND THEY DIDN'T TAKE THE TRASH OUT OF COURSE. THE SECOND DAY WE ASKED FOR CLINTON HOUSE AND THEY GAVE US ONE, THEN THEY TOOK US MORE TOWELS WITH STAINS ON EM. AND THEY GAVE US THE SHEETS FOR US TO MAKE OUR OWN BED. WE HAD TO TAKE OUR OWN TRASH AND GIVE IT TO THEM. I LOST MY CREDIT CARD, AND I FIGURED THAT SINCE I DROPPED MY PHONE BY THE BED, IT WOULD BE THERE WHEN I CALLED HIM. HE SAID HE WAS GONNA CHECK WELL. APPARENTLY HE DIDN'T CALL ME BACK. BUT WHEN I CALLED HIM BACK, HE WAS RUDE AND SAID, I CHECKED IT, AND THERE'S NO CREDIT CARD AND AND I SAID, WELL, WHY DIDN'T YOU CALL ME BACK? AND HE DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING AND HUNG UP!!

I chose this hotel because it was convenient to park my truck at Love’s and get a good night’s sleep in a room rather than spending the night in my truck. I was looking forward to a hot shower and some much-needed rest. Unfortunately, as soon as I walked into the lobby to check in, I had concerns about the cleanliness of the property. When I opened the door to my room, I was greeted by a humid, unpleasant odor. The floor was filthy and looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The bed sheets had holes and visible stains, the windows were dirty, and the bathroom walls were covered with grime. Overall, the room felt neglected and poorly maintained. I was very disappointed with the condition of the hotel and would not stay here again.
