Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Ardmore by IHG

Multiple things were broken here, the ice machine on our floor was broken, nobody’s hotel keys for the whole hotel worked so an employee had to let you in every time you left and came back. Then the elevator broke down on top of that.

Very comfortable beds, clean pool and hot tub. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just ok. Hor tub had too much chemical in it. Over all it's a good place to sleep.

The gentleman at the front desk was nice. The lobby smelled like feces. The room was clean. The pool area was unkempt and the hot tub was cold. The breakfast was good!

The hotel seemed clean, the room was comfortable. I would stay again if I had a chance. But the pool was so cold!! A big disappointments as that was part of the expected fun.

Chose this hotel because it has an EV charger, which worked well. The room was comfortable and quiet, staff was very nice.

The first room had bed bugs. Both rooms carpet had a lot of stains. Neither one smelled good. The day we left the 1st floor was flooding. When i tried to contact Hotels.com I could not reach anyone. I was absolutely ignored by Hotels.com

Our shower had a hole in the wall and the tub was creaking. This was obviously due to water and mold behind the tub surround. Do not stay in room 219 or room 119

The staff was great but our room had roaches. We will not be staying there again.

Have you ever walked into a thrift store, and that stinch of dirty, dusty, contaminated air? I honestly felt betrayed with this stay. The bedding was dirty with liquid of some sort, unwashed. The room itself smells like a thrift store, and the hallways have a disgusting smell seeping through. No clean air, or that clean smell. The pool was the only nice thing for kids but the bed, pillow cases, etc all smelled like a second hand store. Never staying in one of these hotels again. My kids were grossed out with the smell, that's when you know it's really bad. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere! Horrible experience for reals......oh and breakfast felt like sausage from 1999, no orange juice, no apple juice, out of everything but water and something else. Dude do better your a hotel that is unprepared for this, unreliable to maintain breakfast needs, unprofessional in my eyes. Sticky floors, unclean environment, dead roaches around the hotel, ugh

Shower was hot but surround was cracked and the adjustable shower head kept wanting to fall off of its holder. Really good breakfast

The staff at the desk did not greet us upon arrival. We waited about five minutes while they were counting money before they even acknowledged us. There was a stale smell. There were fries in the hallway when we arrived, and they were still there when we got up in the morning. Our bedding was not clean, and the towels had stains. The sink was clogged, and some kind of greasy film was coming out of the drain. The bathroom floor was also not clean. The price was too expensive for the condition of the room.

Room could have been cleaned better. Few stray hairs on bedding. Looks like the bathroom had mold by the shower. The floor was missing grout and the wall next to shower was not completed. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Loved the warm cookies and cinnamon rolls. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was spacious. The window shade was nice and interior was nice as well.

Very quiet. No traffic noise.

Television almost worthless. No CBS or NBC or ABC programs available. ESPN and junk.

Staff was great at check-in and check out. Good hotel option in Idabel. Mattresses are well worn. We understand replacement costs can be expensive for all rooms. Would choose this hotel again for future stay.

Nice place and people, just was a little noisy from about eight little girls in room above us. Sounded like they were doing jumping jacks till 1am.

Room was nice and comfortable but to much noise from outside in the hallway and the room above us. Also we lost power around 6am.

Our stay was superb Excellent customer .Cory had empathy,responsiveness and professionalism that was above and beyond our expectations. I highly recommend this property.

I was charged double for the room and a 25 dollar hold also. Was never informed of the charges. Also asked for a late checkout and was asked before the time we requested if we wanted to pay for an extended stay. We only asked for an extra hour. When i called the hotel to ask questions about the charges the lady hung up on me before i was done. Not professional atvall.

Upon arriving we were greeted by the customer service representative, Natasha! After a 5-6hr drive it was refreshing to be taken care of by someone so kind and welcoming. She helped us when the door lock was broken and changed our rooms so to my safety concerns. She was extremely understanding and accommodating.

Just had issues at the checking. She took for so long.

When we booked, we requested a main floor room facing the parking lot. We received a room on the second floor above the breakfast room the looked at a Lowes lumber store back. When we checked in, we sat waiting for 10-15 minutes to check in because the front desk attendant stepped out for a moment. Not very appreciative after driving 10 hours, but didn’t let that ruin our trip.

Got turned away at the front desk and was told to go to sister hotel. Room was in bad shape when we got there.

The manager on duty took care of us checking in and out and he was amazing! He went above and beyond to accommodate and help make our stay the best stay!

Very disappointed with our experience. We arrived at approx 12 pm . We sign in everything was fine until we entered our room . There was a large amount of black mold in the shower door and the shower floor was very discolored so we asked for another room . He then gave us keys for a room first floor there was also confusion regarding what type of room we reserved they advertised 475 sq ft but this was not true very misleading. We entered the second room and there was a very strong odor and once again there was mold in the shower area . My traveling partner approached the front desk and she decided to take the original room on the 3 floor so I went to our vehicle to retrieve our bags and as I entered the lobby during a very heavy rain storm we were told that the hotel manager whom wasn’t on duty cancelled our reservation even after I had paid them in full. The front desk wasn’t able to contact the manager on our behalf and wouldn’t do anything to resolve this issue. By this time it was close to 12:45 am and we were extremely exhausted from our travels . We were kicked off the property and our refund was now in that 5-7 days of waiting for it to be processed which now froze my funds . We were now under the gun to find a new place to stay which wasn’t easy several of the other similar hotels were sold out . I have never had anything like this to happen to me while traveling. All because we questioned the cleanliness of the showers and the mold which isn’t healthy. Stay away

The other Holiday Inn proximity is confusing on Google Maps. Other than that, GREAT place to stay.

The facility and location are both good. The room is nice and clean and several restaurants are nearby.

The building was clean, breakfast was decent that was included. The staff was fairly friendly. Easy access to I-35 with a hospital ER a few blocks away if needed.

Fantastic location right by everything. Very clean. Great service checking in. Room was large, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast had a great variety and was always full and area was kept very clean. Only negative I could think of is there is spot in pool shallow end that is sharp and we cut our foot on. Otherwise no complaints and will book another stay at same hotel for our tournament next year!!

Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. The ruins were clean. Breakfast was kept fresh and filled until time to end.

The stay was good. The breakfast was disappointing. I haven't had a poor breakfast at a holiday inn before. But the biscuits were hard on the bottom and it took 29 mins to get more and by then I was done eating. The omelets and sausage were cold and when they brought out fresh omelets they were cold in the middle.
