Family came for a vacation stay because they had listed a pool. The pool was green and nasty and i didnt find it safe for my kids to swim. Such a disappointment.

Never go wrong at Holiday Inn. The pool was not what was in photo, disappointment there. And Barn Restaurants close at 8 thought bit early, at least the outside patio was great in evening.

The hotel served its purpose. The staff is great, friendly and accommodating. The room had a weird smell to it as did the water coming out of the shower. The pool is nice. However, it too needs a good cleaning.

The staff was nice and the hotel clean. The parking lot needs more nighttime lights in parking are and there were a couple brown recluse spiders in my first room. The staff were pleasant and quickly relocated me.

This property was not a great idea! I have stayed in many hotels and this is towards the bottom. The front desk lady didn’t know what she was doing, we went to eat and there was 1 bartender and no one to seat us for dinner, the heater didn’t work so maintenance had to be called, they have no blackout draw shade curtains so the sun was shining right in my face, it was a bad choice for us!

Great place to stay. The hotel was clean. The hosts were friendly. The breakfast was delicious and was in a nice restaurant with great service. The the king suite floor plan was spacious and a true suite.

This is a well-planned, well-managed, quality property with nearly every amenity one would expect of such a facility. The only downside, and the reason I dropped the score for staff from 5 to 4, is the performance of the person overseeing the prepaid (or for fee) breakfast service, whose demeanor was a little less than accommodating, and (only slightly) abrupt. This is our second stay at this facility (even though we were aware of other lodging options at lower price points), and we chose to stay there again because of our first experience, which included a "free breakfast." This stay did not, and we were unaware of the change, which added about $22 onto the final charge, which was already inflated by a considerably higher room charge. If you\'re good with that, this is still a well-managed, impeccably clean hotel with excellent furnishings and amenities. It will, however, come at a distinctly higher price than other offerings nearby. Not knowing of the quality level of those other options, a frequent traveler through Ardmore might find it useful to investigate them before reserving this hotel, however a one-time traveler probably can\'t go too wrong by booking this hotel.

Amazing, exceptionally clean, quiet, cozy hotel. About 25 minutes from Winstar Casino. This is where we stay when visiting Winstar because the price is reasonable and not to far from the Casino. Prices at hotels near the casino are too expensive.

Checked in at 7:30 was going to go to the restaurant after 3 Hour drive. They acted like we were going to inconvenience them because they closed at 8. So we Gladly took our Business elsewhere. Problem solved.
