The room as far as linens and being stocked with towels etc was great however there was trash left on floor under tables..the pool was ok but seemed dirty as the tiles around the inside of pool were very dirty above the water level. The hot tub was out of service ...stagg was nice though and were accomodatimg.

The room wouldn’t cool off even tho it was under 50F outside. The hot tub was cold and when I let the person at the counter know he said it will be turned on the next day (we were leaving early) and the water in the shower was cold and wouldn’t get hot. We paid extra to get a hotel that had a hot tub and I couldn’t use it and I couldn’t relax my muscles in the shower either.

Good: Beds were comfortable and bedding was clean staff was friendly. At breakfast if items were low, staff did a great job making sure they were quickly restocked. Location was convenient. For the price, we would stay here again. Bad: Carpet was dirty and bathroom could use a deep scrub including toilets and baseboards. Could hear the ice machine from our room every time it made or dispensed. Hot tub was out of service. Breakfast options were limited

Got the room online because it offered free breakfast and indoor pool. However it didn't mention the pool being closed until spring. That was the main reason I booked this motel room.

Lots of renovation going on with many workers. The mess was well controlled but I found it unsettling.

Before checking in I asked about the hot tub my back is hurting and that was the main reason I looked at the location. Front desk said that it’s working then after the reservation we got dressed went to the hot tub and it was out for maintenance

The room was musty. The room took way too long to cool. The shower door was falling off the track and the handle on that door was messed up. The halls of the hotel also seemed too warm. We were told the pump was out in the pool so they also did not allow anyone to use the hot tub. That is an amenity that we enjoy. Breakfast is only served until 9:00 on the weekends. That is not convenient when you want to sleep in after a late night game.

hotel has a lot of renovations going on but exposed ceiling tiles show cables and where they had water damage. Ceiling texture is failing off and paint is running down the walls as well. cold ac and the beds aren’t bad if you wanna get a deal not a bad spot for a weekend. just don’t think your getting marriott amenities.

Signage/Hotel name was a little confusing. It was booked for "Ardmore Inn" but everything is still labeled Comfort Inn. The gentleman running the front desk was very welcoming and friendly and we were able to check in about 15 minutes early. He stated the purchase of the hotel was recent, therefore the signage had remained the same. Hotel is obviously older and in need of some repair; and I was aware of this booking the reservation. Our restroom shower was pretty dirty and in need of a deep cleaning (orange scum). The light fixture cover was open in our bathroom and had quite a bit of dust. Our bed was so springy and pretty uncomfortable. Our room was on the 2nd floor and the hallway A/C unit struggled to produce cold air; however our room A/C was fine. The grounds of the hotel/main foyer were generally clean. Breakfast was hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, variety of fruit, cereals and pastries and of course Waffles. There were lots of fruit flies around the fruit and trash can -- which turned me off pretty quickly. We felt safe and area was pretty quiet for a Saturday night. We loved the variety of restaurants in the area and the hotel was perfect for the destination we were headed too. I wish the new owners great success in their new endeavor -- but they've got lots of work to do.

Pool water was cloudy. Hot tub out of order.

The bathroom was dirty, and the pillows had stains that were visible through three pillowcases. It was gross. We had to shower in our shoes.

Carpet felt damp. Earwig bug in carpet. No remote to turn TV on. When one was brought, no back where batteries were. Noisy all night with something that sounded like a carpet cleaner? A very loud humming of and on. For the place, the price should have been half what it was. Then I would have known not to stay.

Bed sheets had hair on top and under sheets. I didn’t see any cleaning staff on duty at all. This is a low budget motel. We slept on top of sheets and used our own blanket. I didn’t eat breakfast - If they can’t take care of room I’m not gonna chance eating food here.

Our bed sheets had a stain on them, there was a used towel hanging on the door hook, and the bath mat was wet.

Roomed had a nasty smell like a wet smell

First of all, the man that checked me in, had a attitude problem, couldn't smile, didn't even greet us hello. 1st floor and lobby water stain on the ceiling tiles and wall behind check in desk, missing ceiling tiles. After our evening out we return to the motel room about 1:30 and morning, when my daughter was getting ready to get in bed she noticed a roach crawling on the side of the bed, when attempting to kill it she found 2 more. After contacting the night person at the motel and showing him. WE LEFT!!!! Didn't ask for refund, just got the xxxx out of there!!! Kirk Vincent

The rooms have a bad musty smell

Lobby smelled disgusting. 2nd floor hallway smelled like weed and carpet was filthy. Upon entry to our room things just got worse. See photos.

We booked a suite with a sofa bed. The pictures made it appear that the sofa was separate from the main sleeping area, and we wanted to give our teen a little privacy. Not the case -- the sofa was next to the bed so no privacy. The sofa bed itself was poor. No on expects sofa beds to be super comfortable, but this was worse than usual, with a mattress only about 2" thick and had no mattress cover. There was no bedding for it, and when I went to the desk, we were just handed a set of sheets and an old blanket. The sheets were the wrong size and pulled off in the night. They were out of pillows. We should have just asked to switch rooms to one with two queen beds, but we were tired and decided to make the best of it. No one was at the front desk when we arrived. There was a sign saying "I\'ll be back in no more than 5 minutes" but I waited at least 10. Otherwise, the hotel was fine as an overnight stop while traveling. The bathroom tile and shower doors are showing their age. Breakfast was fine.

The tv, microwave and refrigerator were all on the same power strip and kept tripping. Needless to say none of them worked.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Wish they had peanut butter for the waffles. Room was very spacious. Shower was awesome. We did only have one towel in the bathroom and there were two of us staying. Ice machine didnt work. Coke from machine tasted a bit flat. But hot tub was working and hit. Pool looked a bit too green for my likings. The doors in the pool are show major age of hotel as well. The bed was very springy. If you like apring mattress this is ur place. But i am used to pillow top and had a bad night sleeping. Ardmore has a Festival of Lights at city park that is free. Oh it was soooo beautiful. Nice to see a city come together like that.

Room was quiet and breakfast was good. Could not get the TV to work in room. Signal was bad and tv froze every 10 seconds and front desk could not help me fix the issue. Water dripping from the ceiling in closet area and no offer to move me to another room.

AC only cooled right by the unit. Seemed like an older property.

The room was spacious & clean. The only negative is that some of the switches in the bathroom were not connected & the closet door was not on track.

Clean, comfortable. AC worked well. Wifi signal was good for computer work at end of day.

This place was a little long in the tooth, needs some upgrade and TLC. The sofa was terribly stained, no drain cover in bathroom sink, coffee maker was missing a tray, making it incapable of morning coffee, rusting hardware. I was only there overnight but I found it overpriced for what it was.

Bad check in experience

I took my severly autistic grandson with me. Everyone was very nice and accommodating.

Older hotel. But the condition was decent. Staff friendly.

The front desk person decided to charge us a pet fee after we had been there almost 2 days and then tried to tell my husband he had asked me if we had pets and he said I told him no and the man never asked me if we had pets he was very rude and disrespectful

Had a maintenance issue that was resolved while my wife and i were away at dinner. Great response.

Hotel lobby was dark and unwelcoming with a foul order. Felt unsafe. Advertised a handicap walk-in shower sleeps four. Room was a king bed and a chair. Scam on advertising room with photos and description that did not match the room or accommodations described.

We hit an animal that disabled our car and needed a hotel till our car was fixed. We arrived at the hotel mid morning, even they had been to capacity the night before, they graciously accommodated an early check-in. The staff was fabulous. Room was super clean and breakfast was delicious.

The staff helped us change rooms from the 3 rd floor to the 1st so. we could have a handicapped 1 which we needed.

It was a convenient place to stay. Older hotel, but well-maintained. I was disappointed with the breakfast. Served from 6-9. I arrived to the lobby at 6:40, and the "grab and go" items were all gone.

Clean rooms. Restaurants in walking distance. Very quiet area.

Based on other reviews we were a little nervous about our stay. There wasn't a reason to be - the hotel was fine. We enjoyed the breakfast, there was ample parking and the room was clean. I will admit that the place could use some sprucing up but for a budget hotel it's probably in line with what we paid. Would we stay there again? Yes, we would definitely stay there again.

This Hotel really needs to be updated everything is worn and old the Free Breakfast does not Compare to the Numerous other Choice Hotels Limited Choices and very Skimpy

For one thing, no one said a thing when I reserved the room about having to take a $50 deposit I didn’t like that it cuts back on your money for traveling then you have to wait for your bank to replenish it. number two. None of the plugs on the lamps worked to charge your phone and the wall outlets wouldn’t even hold a charger. It kept falling out. I found a roach in the bathtub. I did not enjoy the showerhead and lastly, we came down for breakfast to find that there wasn’t anything there.. dry cereal I think you might’ve had the option to make a waffle, but there were no eggs no bacon no sausage no sausage gravy dry cereal basically. Can’t say I ever stayed anywhere where that was the extent of the breakfast served to the customers. Another thing was that the curtain in the room wouldn’t shut. There was a very sheer curtain that you could pull together across the window, but it fell directly on top of the air vents for the AC. the other part of the curtain one from each side that you could have pulled across the window to darken the room or to shade the window was stationary, it wouldn’t even move so bright and early the sun was shining in our room And it’s not like we went down late for breakfast cause we were out there at the lobby at 8:30Am. No breakfast. Dry cereal. We left we did not eat.

The swimming pool is murky and dirty looking. Breakfast is bad. Rock hard biscuits, rubber eggs and cereal like dried wheat stalks. Coffee is good. Will not return

the tub was slick and had hair in it the toilet did not flush the sink was not draining ,the light switch at door did not work, carpet dirty, hair dryer did not work,food was subpar egg substitute bad,choice very limited ,they also did not have a sign to identify the building,

We were looking for a comfortable overnight stay and just left a Comfort Inn located in Nebraska. The two hotels couldn't be further apart. The Nebraska was clean, comfortable, and met our expectations. This hotel had dirty entrance doors, poor customer service at check in, very old hotel with many issues. Even the shower had reversed the hot and cold water flow. Gaps in electrical outlets, no milk for cereal and no staff to turn to. The waffles had dark batter and tasted bad. Do not stay at this hotel.
