Quality Inn Broken Arrow - Tulsa

The breakfast tasted old the pool was small and dirty the fitness center was basically a small closet with broken equipment my toilet didn't flush so we had to walk to QuikTrip I was told if I wanted my puppies it was gonna be 84$ per puppy per night if we had any guests it was 50$ per guest per day the AC barely worked and when I went outside to smoke I was told to put it out or be banned from the property I will never stay there again

The back stairway was closed to use going upstairs, and only the front stairway was available for use.

AC not functioning - toilet clogged - deplorable breakfast - staff indifferent - strobing stairwell lights - NO ELEVATOR

Poorly maintained overall. Water stained sheet rock ceiling from roof leaks. Non-smoking room smelled smoky. No elevator - ackward access to stair.

Disappointed with property overall. Room was ok for one night. Card key did not work well. No elevator.

The staff were friendly, and the desk was staffed all night. Bed sheets were clean but horrible, banklets had cigarette holes, toilets were broken. A stairwell was closed off because of months old water damage and loose wires were hanging everywhere. The one stairwell open wasn't lit well enough. On the plus side there was a Hampton next door.

The property is a bit old And needs some work done on it but was suitable. The only thing is it don’t have N elevator.

HOTEL SMELLS Air conditioner was TURNED OFF. Room was very hot air conditioner was VERY NOISY. NO BREAKFAST NO ELEVATOR For the cost it’s not worth the stay. TV Remote didn’t work either.

It was not well maintained.comforter was stained and had holes in it . No elevator had to carry my luggage to second floor .do not recommend.

The stay was fine and staff was friendly. However, the property is a little old and out dated if you have to get a room upstairs there is no elevator. I must say, when something needs atention the staff gets right on it.

A good clean economical place to stay

The carpets in the hallway and my room had a smell of marijuana and tobacco smoke. I doubt that the carpets had been cleaned in years, if ever. It has “No Smoking within 50 feet” of building, yet people were smoking right by the doors. One man had his room window open while he was visibly smoking. I would never stay there again.

There where bones in the sink and the towel for the floor was wet and the sheets had holes in them

This hotel was terribl; dirty and smelly. The air conditioning did not work. I refused to stay at the hotel due to the poor conditions. The hotel still charged me for a day even though I didn’t stay for an hour. I would NOT recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

I rarely write reviews, however this hotel is not worth staying in. They have their hot water temperature set so low that it barely takes the chill out of the water. I get saving money, but water needs to be hot. Our toilet didn’t work and had to be worked on. At night, roaches were crawling on the nightstands. We will NEVER stay there again. There is no elevator there. In the breakfast room all the guests talk about how bad the property is that they won’t go back.

We got there I reserved 3 rooms and all 3 were dirty the beds had bed bugs when my family set on them they started to itch my son in law had all his back full of rash it smell like dogs house. It was terrible

I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s really clean, no bed bugs or blankets with cigarette holes. Always smells clean. A pool, gym and a washer and dryer. Not bad at all for the price.

The staff was very nice, however it wasn’t very clean and there were some ants crawling around in different places of the room. Also the AC doesn’t work well so the room gets very warm.

The staff was excellent and the rooms were clean. The only complaint I would have is the bed was a little uncomfortable. The price was right and close to everything I needed

One night stay for a New Year's Eve casino trip. Decent lower budget room, good cable, clean room. Had problems with our door keys even after having them reprogrammed twice. Ice maker was out of service. Good refrigerator. Comfortable mattress. Good breakfast with a waffle maker and sausage patties. All things considered, we'll stay here again for under $60 a night.

Very outdated, bed was hard, one room smelled like cigarettes. They do not offer conjoined rooms. Breakfast was not great.

From check in to check out, greeting was warm and friendly. Accomodations were clean and comfortable. Very reasonable price for two queen beds. Would highly recommend to anyone on a budget.

The room door would not open, even with front desk master key. We stayed for two nights and had to have the front desk open the door every time. They kept saying they would fix it, but didn't. The bathroom light made a terribly loud buzzing/screaming sound every time the switch was on. We requested to change rooms multiple times due to these issues and kept getting a runaround answer. We realized we left an important item and called the front desk for help and asked to pay to have them ship the item to us as we live 5.5 hours away. The front desk attendant rudely stated that they dont do that. Do not stay there for any reason.

The AC stoped working

The stay was decent - one night. The biggest issue I've had with the room as the bathtub faucet. It was very difficult to work the faucet. It was very hard to switch to shower mode. Very tight.

I wish that they would update a lot in the hotel it's kind of run down door would not shut had to slam it to even get it to close shower couldn't even stand underneath it too short for someone that's 5'7 bed squeaking when sitting on it carpet seemed really dirty

Our bathroom was clean, but it was so dimly lit that you almost had to leave the door open to get enough light in to find your towel. The beds were good. The television was poor. The maid staff seemed great, the front desk staff was just there to get their job done. No smiles, hellos or personality. The rooms were loud. The windows didn’t block hardly any sound out. Don’t plan on eating breakfast there. They had one waffle maker, that was in such poor shape you could not get a waffle out of it in less than 10 pieces. The orange juice machine did not work, there was no milk for cereal (even after we asked for more milk) they never put forks out, the sausage patties were still cold in the center. In 3 mornings if trying to get breakfast there, we essentially got pre packaged honey buns that we had to take up to our room and heat in the microwave.

The front desk people were so rude to us. The house keepers are very rude. They would knock on our door everyday we were there demanding to clean the room with such disrespect. I’m literally disgusted with this hotel. When I came and got my 100 despot back the guy literally took his time and told me how bad I left the room which was not true at all. I keeped it clean as a whistle the only reason why they thot that because they didn’t like dogs at all and mine were service animals

Front desk operator took my deposit and said his machine malfunctioned and he needed to do it again I said ok but I don't want charged again. He said no deposit no room, I tried to show him it took it off my card, he wouldn't listen thenade me leave. Terrible staff

Breakfast was below average...creamer was the cheap powdered creamer...There was sausage, no bread of any kind, no eggs...just waffles and sausage.We were there for a funeral, we got to BA at 1:30 asked if we could check in early...told no, I was hoping we could change, service was at 3:00. The person I spoke to was very rude, I understand we could not, but the gentleman told me if I had read the website I would have known check in was 3:00. Honestly, I didn't read everything on the website, we had just lost a family member and I just wanted to find a place to stay. Needless to say, we will no be back.

The man at the Front Desk was Very Unprofessional and Cancelled my Stay, and he raised his voice at my wife on the phone most Unprofessional Front Desk Staff I’ve ever encountered

I paid full price online and was told when I checked in I had to pay a 100$ deposit that I didn’t know I had to pay The service was horrible I would never go back or recommend

Great customer service

When I first arrived to the hotel which was pretty late after driving a whole 3 hours to come see a family member they wanted to take more money besides what expedia had already taken off for the room I had no cash on me and no money left for a deposit and one of the gentlemen was very helpful I then got in my room and a few things were wrong with the room he quickly put me in another room where all the amenities were then working and I appreciated his help and his very wonderful attitude and being so helpful it was greatly appreciated and much needed and I would stay there again in a heartbeat

The room was decent, they do change a $100 cash refundable deposit at check-in that's not mentioned in the ad or at checkout. The breakfast was ok and the location is good.

Enjoyed the stay, quiet and convenient!

The gentleman at the desk was very nice and friendly. The breakfast was okay: sausage, waffles, raisin bran, bananas, and pre-packaged individually wrapped honey buns. Also coffee with sugar, sweet n low, and creamer packets, as well as orange juice. The indoor pool was really small but the pool area was clean. There is no elevator, and at our 3:00 check-in, there were only 2nd floor rooms available. Our room looked nice enough, comfortable beds and plenty of comfortable pillows. The toilet tank wouldn't fill unless we took the lid off and tapped the float, it stuck. We had to plunge it once, despite following the directions posted in the bathroom explaining that the water saving toilets are temperamental, please don't use much tissue. Parking was close and well lit. The building was old had a faint smell of cigarette smoke, I believe some folks were smoking in their rooms, though it was clearly posted that it is a nonsmoking facility. The building could use some cosmetic upgrades. Overall it was an okay place to stay, and was worth the money, but we probably won't stay there again. We'll spend the extra $30 a night and stay somewhere a little nicer with a bigger pool.

Quite and left unbothered

The night staff acted like they didn't want to be there. The breakfast was late getting set up both days of our stay. There was cereal available, but no milk. The room was very dated. Bed was comfortable. There were several vehicles in the parking lot with people inside smoking dope. So much so, the smell invaded my vehicle.

Conveniently next to a QT and McDonalds making super easy for food or any other needs.

The room was dirty and my husband was cut in the foot with tack strip nails coming out of the threadbare carpet. Breakfast consisted of dry cereal (no milk), sausage and waffles. That’s all. Definitely not represented by what was pictured in the Expedia site. The staff were rude when we asked for better accommodation. There was no hot or even warm water coming out of the bathroom sink, even after running the water for several minutes. We did get a refund, but they charged us for the 2nd day even though we left at 1 pm. I will never stay here or at any other Quality Inn again.

We were on a 30 day trip and chose places with a breakfast and when we got there a sign was posted that there was no breakfast. When I asked I was told it had been for awhile. Then remove it from the site.

Our room was clean. Morning staff person was rude. We asked for butter for our waffles and he said no. Seriously? I realize this is a budget hotel and typically it is just fine but dry waffles and undercooked (as in pink) sausage, doesn't cut it.

I was a bit concerned after reading some of the older reviews (bad smell, bedbugs!) but I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, the staff professional if not talkative, the bed was quite comfortable. The only smell was in the hallway, and it was reassuringly bleachy! The continental breakfast was a bit disappointing in content (or lack thereof) and variety (same every day). But for less than $50 a night, I can't remember a better bargain!
