The Hotel was under construction. It would have been helpful to know that before I booked the room. Fire Alarms going off, elevator intermittently working, not the type of thing I need to deal with after traveling all day!

The pool was nice but cold. Our bathtub was in bad condition, the plug leaked water out quickly during baths so you had to keep the water running. The shower head was so crudded up with corrosion we couldn't use it. Otherwise, everything was nice.

Location was adequate for my business purposes. Staff were outstanding. Really nice to have a fully functional fbusiness center to reprint a document needed for next day. A little noisy on floor above me due to remodeling, but not bothersome. Did not like having to go to front desk for sodas. All vending machines were removed from floors. Really dislike new trend for hotels to use barn doors for bathrooms in hotel rooms.

The hotel was undergoing renovations on the bottom floor was dusty and dirty. Exits/entrances were blocked by construction. The room air conditioner was disturbingly loud and interfered with sleep with us getting maybe only 3-4 hours of sleep per night. Staff seemed unconcerned and frequently used booking through a “3rd party (Expedia) as an excuse for their failures. Third party bookers are definitely treated as third class customers at this hotel.

Unfortunately we discovered bed bugs during our stay. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful so it was made right so I can't complain there, just ruined the stay and made more work when we got home. Also the lady that runs the breakfast was too much. She whistled and yelled through the whole breakfast. She would yell jokingly to wake up at everyone. At one point she hit a man on the butt with her towel. Seemed very inappropriate. It was making some uncomfortable and other laugh. Our table was uncomfortable and we also want to enjoy a calm breakfast and it was not calm at all.

The air conditioner was so loud that it woke me up every 20 minutes. I got very little sleep. Thank god I only stayed one night. When I mentioned it to front desk, all they did was say sorry. Sorry doesn’t cut it. I should have gotten a discount or something. I had a long days drive ahead of me so it wasn’t good.

The air conditioner was clearly malfunctioning and the room i stayed in should have been out of service until fixed. There were panels removed on unit and the terrible noise when it kicked on woke me up everytime. Other that that the messy construction projects were a bit annoying but besides that its a good place. Parking was tighter than usual with all the extra vip spaces. Overall disappointing but the room was clean and smelled decent

The ac didn't wirk in the room. We had a child that was already asleep and didn't want have to move rooms. The ac should have been check by cleaning supervisor before approveing the room. Also you should tell people that you are goung to hold 50 per room before renting them i am still waiting on my money to be returned.

Every thing was wonderful until the next morning when housekeeping came at 10 am while we were trying to get everything packed up. They knocked and even after I told them we had not checked out yet, they stood at the door until I told them it would be a few more minutes. When I told the woman at the front desk, she did not care. Check out is listed as 11 am not 10 am.

The staff were a delight!! We were traveling over the holidays and had a last minute emergecy chamge of plans and the staff helped us kindly and made our crisis into a small bump in the road. We will stay here again!

Overall our stay was nice however our last night we ended up sitting outside all night until 6 AM. I felt the situation could have been handled differently. Whoever was on that night shift was not helpful at all.

We were in town for a tournament and this hotel was in the perfect location! A great, quiet part of town with lots of close dining. There is a QT next door. The pool was nice and the room was very clean. We will be back!

Breakfast was nasty, we were a little late to breakfast and got bombarded by a lady tellin us how we were late and we are lucky to be served at all non stop rude jokes while everyone laughed and in our face berating us constantly we had just woke up we drove alll night in town for family emergency we were in every way exhausted my wife was on the ver3of tears through this experience until she broke who wants to be bombarded by ignorance right after u wake up telling my wife how she would feed Our daughter its ok ill adopt u because we were 10 min past breakfast time and talking about how my wife was skinny and her clothes like why!? This place was a joke never again!!

Very nice place to stay but... The small Asian lady servicing the breakfast area was obnoxiously loud and intrusive with guests. She definitely stepped over the line for "friendliness". Nothing she said was bad or offensive. It was just so loud and distracting at 8:00 in the morning. People just want to wake up and enjoy a nice breakfast in peace. However, it was rather entertaining when she stepped into the trash can to compact the trash down. :-)
