It was clean, but other than that, it needed a bunch of TLC. The water was very slow draining from the bath tub, you was standing in 6 inches of water after a short shower, it was that slow. Furniture was very worn. Swimming pool water was cloudy, not appealing. Breakfast was not as good as many of the other Homewood Suites I have stayed at.

Checked in on the app. That part was great. Room was nice and cool but the rest of the hotel was Hot and uncomfortable. Our King bed had a queen fitted sheet on it that was not acceptable. I went to the desk and they offered me the correct sheets so we had to change them ourselves. Tried using the outdoor grill by the pool but they are garbage. I guess we should have heckled them before buying food. App key only worked part of the time. Door going out to pool didn’t work. Breakfast was so so. No water available and waffle mix was thick and not pourable. Very sloppy. Overall not a good experience.

I was a little disappointed the pool was closed and seem to be green in color so it hadn’t been maintained well. I’m guessing. Also the condition around the hotel, what I was used to with a Hilton grass and weeds, grown up stuff, not mowed trash in the parking lot. I will say, though that the little bit of interaction I had with the staff was great and they were very helpful.

We were a little disappointed the hot tub was not working. That was a feature we were looking for when booking our stay only to find out after our arrival that the hot tub was broken and had been for some time.

The hotel itself was good and clean. The bedding was different for the life of me could not figure out the sheets system alone with the sheets being rough I finally called housekeeping to come in and make the beds, change out the towels, bring more toilet paper and empty the trash. Was disappointed that the ice machine on our floor was broken so did without. The kids really enjoyed the pool and it was nice and clean.

Great location, when checked in was not told where best to park, how to get to the elevator, no luggage dollies were available, asked about being on the 1st floor as we have a dog but were not able to accommodate, pool area was dirty, no clean towels at the pool for over 24 hours. Hair clumps in the pool. Room was nice although 1 TV remote did not work. Breakfast staff was great and food good with good options. Workout area very lacking. Some weights and mats would be nice, maybe a bike.

It was a good location, easy to find, only thing that was they had just painted on the second floor and the smell was so strong. We traveled with 5 children including our 8 month old and just would have appreciated being put on a different floor or part of the hotel that didn’t smell so strong of paint. The pool and basketball court was great for the kids so it was overall good and we enjoyed our trip to the aquarium which is why we traveled to this area.

When we showed up to check in at 7:30 pm our room was not ready. When we got into the room it was dirty, the doors were filthy, it looked like a child scribbled on the walls, and the comforters were stained.

The room was dusty. Dust is growing out of the vents and the ceiling fan was covered in dust. Room was not properly cleaned in months. Pull out bed is very old the cloth on the chair is peeling and it was dirty. The television and remotes did not work. Front desk had to be called for assistance. Worse experience ever in a Homewood Suites.

I rarely leave bad reviews. The buffet was good, the area was nice and the coffee bars were well stocked. As for the bad: The kitchen was significantly under stocked (I.e. 3 plates, 2 forks and 1 pot). Except for the bathroom and kitchen sink, nothing was clean. Everything was sticky or dusty. The sheets had not been cleaned. They had hair and grease stains on them. Our toilet made a horrible ear-piercing noise for 10-60 minutes after ever flush. We were told that maintenance was coming the next day but that didn’t happen. It finally resolved on its own the second day.

The staff were kind and courteous. The pillows had a "laid on them" smell. There were" small "splatters" throughout the room. And a MOUSE was in our room, going through our trash!! This has never happened to us in all our travel experience.

I wanted to do laundry because I planned on it when picking this hotel. Laundry available is important to me. I went to get detergent and no one was at the front desk. I waited a while and eventually left. I didn’t get to do laundry. The shower in my room was VERY old and permanently stained. It just felt dirty. The ceiling in my hallway was leaking and when it collapsed they put a cone on the floor next to the shattered ceiling tiles but didn’t clean it up. There was also a mouse in my room. This was my last night and it was almost 12 and because I couldn’t even get detergent earlier I didn’t bother trying to switch rooms. The back door where I would go in and out of was broken so the lever was zipped tied down to keep it permanently open. Anyone could have come in at anytime and made me feel less safe. I would not stay here again. I recommend renovating, hiring pest control, and training staff to be available.

The only real down note I have for this property is that I was in a room with a king bed and the sheets didn't fit it. I woke in the morning with the bottom sheet wrapped around my arm and a leg. Also the back door was always open in spite of signage saying it was locked and you needed your key to get in.

Liked that our room, or “suite”, really was a suite. Most hotels that refer to their rooms as suites, just have a sofa or club type chair in addition to the bed. This suite had a kitchen with full size fridge, two-burner stove top, microwave, sink, dishwasher and disposer. It also had pots and pans, glass dishes, silverware and glass glasses. Great little living area get-away!!

Our suite had a half shower curtain on a full bath tub. Every shower resulted in pool of water on the floor. Also, the pullout sofa was an ancient spring bed that was very uncomfortable to sleep on in addition to being very filthy with stains. They need to change that sofa bed.

It’s a little old but it was clean and quiet. Our one bedroom suite was massive. Plenty of room for four of us to not feel crowded. The toilet wasn’t working in our assigned room and we were immediately moved. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall, it was fine and very spacious. The room was basically clean, but the mirror and bathroom counter were smeared like wiped with a rag that wasn't clean that left residue. Only 2 bath towels provided for 2 people, so if you want to wrap your hair in one and yourself in another, you are out of luck. Shower spray and water pressure were great. But the shower only had a tiny ledge for soap, so your shampoo, razor, or whatever else you need has to sit on the floor. Would be nice to have a seat or something to set things on. It would likely be a challenge for anyone older that might have balance issues. The bed was comfortable, but had only a sheet and a very odd cover that looked like maybe it was a mattress pad? It only fit the dimensions of the top of the bed, did not extend down the sides. So, once in bed with 2 people, you don't have much for covers! Breakfast was limited and pretty bad. No fruit, the eggs were inedible. The staff was very nice and parking easy. It was quiet.

Stayed here for a convention at the Renaissance. Beds were very comfortable, rooms & hotel were clean. Our room had a little stovetop, small fridge/freezer, a microwave, and a dishwasher, which was really neat! Shower had great water pressure.

I called for an early check in and the guy said he would let housekeeping know since everyone had already checked out for the day (at noon) but was never notified so I showed up at 3pm to check in (normal check in time) but was informed my room wasn't ready and it would be another 40 mins. I was upset since our sleepover party started at 4pm but could tell the lady at the front desk didn't really care. After 45min I was told it still wasn't ready it would be another 20 mins. After many of us moms complaining because we had 6 kids that were getting burnt in the pool we finally got our room at 6pm. I was told the manager would contact me on Monday to compensate me for this issue but I still haven heard from him even though I reached out to him again on Tuesday. I guess tomorrow ill be calling for his boss's number.

Got to the property at 6pm for check in and was told they cancelled my reservation. They said expedia should have called and told me they overbooked but noone communicated that. It was a good thing we were a few hours away from home or we'd be in an unfamiliar town with no place to go and trying to find another hotel. Also, one of the families that tried to check in before me was told they had to wait because their room wasn't ready. Before checking in I saw the reviews about people having issues booking their room and should have heeded their caution. This hotel appears to have an ongoing issue with bookings and room preparedness.

The location canceled my booking and didn’t notify me. And they didn’t have any rooms left. So I was left trying to find a room for the night at midnight. And the night desk clerk Freddie wasn’t helpful at all. He told me I will have to contact Hotels.com to get a refund. I asked him to send a message or contact Hotels.com that they canceled the room and he said he couldn’t do that.

The property itself was fine. My issue was always having to wait for the front desk person to get back. Also, we needed to use the pull out sofa and when we asked for sheets and pillows (there were not any in the room) the front desk person said they would bring it right up. After waiting over an hour, i called the front desk (new person was working by this time) I had to go downstairs to pick them up because there was no one to bring them to me and there were not anymore extra pillows. That being said, 5 people shared 6 pillows (not very comfortable at all).

We arrived at 5:00 and our room wasn't ready. We waited about 45 minutes for it to be ready. The lobby restroom was out of paper towels and the soap dispenser wasn't working. There was a soap bottle set out. The breakfast trash was still out and overflowing. The breakfast heaters were still on and smelled awful. I'm not going to be eating breakfast in morning based off the condition of the area this evening. I booked here because Homewood suites have a reputation for cleanliness and comfort. I have not felt either.

The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating when we attempted to check in and the reservation confirmed by Expedia didn't exist. I appreciate the manager quickly offering another room and resolving an issue that could have been very stressful. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was yummy and other staff was friendly and helpful as well!

Completely disorganized staff from top to bottom. Total confusion. Rooms weren't ready long after their posted check-in time. Ultimately we had to leave for a neighboring hotel to get ready for a wedding. Non-refundable should not apply when it's the hotel staff that causes the disruption.

Homewood Suites in Broken Arrow was easy to locate. It was close to numerous quality restaurants and a multitude of shopping venues. The room was spacious and tidy. It was very nice to have kitchen facilities in the room, which included plates and glasses for our use.

The front desk guy was very helpful, but we had to wait for checkin as the prior guests stayed well past checkout time (not his fault). The room was large and comfortable with ample space for me and two grown sons. Cleanliness was very good. Breakfast foods variety was good. Weather was rainy so did not try the pool

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite with a lot of kids. Most everything was clean except for the pack n play they brought us - looked like it hadn’t been cleaned when we opened it. They said it was the only one so we just put a sheet on it, which worked fine for the night we stayed. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast buffet was fantastic - lots of great options. Would definitely stay here again!

The stay was fine, there was an odd smell in the room. Everything seemed clean but it was more out dated than i expected. Breakfast was great, staff was friendly. I wasnt pleased with the drinking that was happening at the pool, so we weren't able to take our kiddo out to swim.

This has become my wife and I's 'go to' hotel for a get away. The rooms are amazing and for the price? You will not find a better deal in town, especially if you are looking for a suite. The breakfast is a game changer, simply amazing. The staff is professional and nice. The room (suites) are top of the line and the best value for your money in the area. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. My wife and I will continue to return.

The bed was hard as a rock and our backs hurt every morning. Was told all the mattresses were new and all the same so unable to change beds. Our fridge wasn’t keeping our drinks cold in the room and had to have maintenance exchange it for a new one. The eggs were cold and burnt at breakfast and the sausage was also cold. Not many options at breakfast for diabetics who can’t eat carbs.
