Exactly as advertised. No surprises. The pool was clean and well maintained and my family enjoyed the miniature gold

1. Staff was VERY professional and polite. 2. Room was nice. Sofa bed matress wasn't very comfortable. 3. Breakfast was okay. The pancake machine pancakes are NOT good. Everything else was fine. 4. Parking was great.

Staff was awesome. Breakfast great. Rooms clean. Pool could have been cleaner, strong chlorine smell but it was indoors. Best part was the mini golf course they had, my family loved that!

we stayed 2 nights here 6 months ago and our room was not cleaned, we had to go to the desk late at night to get clean towels, everything else was fine. thinking it was just a flute we stayed 2 nights again, room was not cleaned, no lean towels and we had the same experience.we will look for another place next time.

I’ve stayed here before this visit and it was great! My only complaints this time is that some of their kitchen equipment was not working so we did not receive the same breakfast we were expecting from a previous stay. And I watched a cleaning lady drop a towel on the floor and then use that same towel to wipe down counters and the coffee bar.

We thought the staff was very friendly and helpful- we especially want to recognize Darin who checked us in and then worked every evening for our entire stay. He was great! The breakfast was very good, we liked having our room on the main floor. The room was clean- everything about our stay was excellent!!

This Holiday Inn is good, not great. Staff was wonderful, the general appearance was nice but the room needs an upgrade. The tub/shower was 're-caulked, poorly. Who ever did it didn't know what they were doing. The tub was stained simply due to age. The shower curtain was in disrepair and should be replaced. The toilet seat was extremely loose and needs to be tightened. Those are very cheap toilet seats. There was left over salsa/salad dressing in the refrigerator. Clearly it had not been inspected. The breakfast offered was good, above average. The attendants in the breakfast bar were 'noisy' and spoke extremely loud. Annoying descibes that behavior. Seen, not heard is the phrase to apply in this situation. The value for the money was average. The room was $200+/night. Need to improve quality. There are many choices in the general area of that hotel. Had I known that, I might have reconsidered my booking.

We stayed in the Kids king suite, it has bunk beds in a little room as well as a king size bed and a lounge chair. Perfect for our family, very spacious and nice. Definitely would stay again.

Everything was nice as usual for HIExp hotels. We expect clean, friendly, service-industry attitudes from staff, prompt attention to requests and information and/or rules of the specific area. This HIEx delivered in all of those. All of the reviews online were positive, helpful, and correct! Beds were clean and comfy; bathrooms, too, with larger than standard bathtub, good shower water pressure and room enough to turn around. We like to unpack toiletries and the sink provided room on each side for all our bottles & jars & cans. I always appreciate a fan in the bathroom to reduce steam and smells and noises in the corridors beyond the easily secured door. I remembered toothpaste and mouthwash but not a toothbrush, staff asked no questions, just handed me a wrapped new brush, and offered the un-needed paste and mouthwash at the same time. We did not like that the TV remote was not wrapped in a note letting us know it had been sanitized for our protection as most hotels since Covid have been doing. Also, I am usually very Tech-savvy, but the instructions on how to use the smart television were vague and it took a few minutes to figure that out. Sure, I could call the front desk, but as a man, I refuse to ask directions! As with all hotels serving an included breakfast I wish I could still get something to eat until 10 or later, we retire late and rise just as it closes. Lastly, we were charged twice, once as booked, once on check-in. Watch out, will wait a few days for refund.

The convenience to different restaurants was great. However the shower was stained and the mattress was broke down so bad we could not get comfortable the windows are cloudy so you cannot see out of them we couldn't get the temperature to be comfortable it was either too hot or cold we will not be staying at this hotel again

Room was big and bed was comfortable. The room was right by the elevator so it was a little noisy.

Was just a quick 1 night stay, but they were very accommodating to our family. We had already checked out but they went ahead and let us play mini golf anyways, which made our boys very happy :) We will definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed the friendly staff. The room, the breakfast, the breakfast area, parking, all was really nice. I especially appreciated being upgraded from a double queen to a king room. I have been staying at this hotel several times. But this years stay was the best yet.

Got a call that my spouses room had flooded & because of his anticipated late check in, there were no rooms available, even though we paid for guaranteed room Not a holiday weekend so what an excuse Think it was just because I had booked with Hotels.com, which I always do, instead of with hotel f& the hotel could get better price from another customer

Joy at the front desk welcomed my family as if she knew us for years. Joy was very polite a kind, this really made us feel at home!

We were in Broken Arrow, OK. Sadly we were there for a family funeral. Somehow it came up in a discussion with someone at the front desk and when we came back to our room there was a sympathy card and a bag of candies. We were touched. It was beyond simple hospitality. When we travel we often stay at a Holiday Express and we are never disappointed.

The gentleman that checked us in was a pleasure to deal with I believe his name was Uey.. we will definitely stay there again.. rooms, breakfast, coffee, especially the bathroom amenities were excellent and the fact they offer complementary items such as tooth brush, toothpaste, shaving items available if you have forgotten to pack them.. we really hope all Holiday Inn Express have the same standards.. but the complete Staff members which includes Cleaning Help are Superb..

Stayed over thanksgiving. The breakfast was great with plenty for the large crowd. Bass Pro is right next to the hotel which was fun.

Hotel was very nice. The breakfast food and dining area was huge!! Continental breakfast was good with lots of options. The pool size is nice and the property has a miniature golf course on it. Room was clean with a large tv so that was cool and staff was nice!
