Nice facility and friendly staff

The bed and pillows were comfortable. There was an open used bar of soap and shampoo sample in the shower as well as a used washcloth hanging over the shower curtain rod!!!!! The TV did not work even though the front desk staff made two trips to our room in attempt to fix it. He was very apologetic. The carpet is filthy. I am surprised this hotel is in the Wyndham family of hotels.

The bed had a crater in it mattress was bad Tv cable did not work damage in the wall they should have never rented the room. Bad hotel and staff

Ants in the room. Leftover clothes on the drawer. Weed in another drawer. Not clean at all. Writing on the bathroom walls. Woke up with bites on my arms.

Didn’t realize the room I booked online was a smoking room and they said there was no other rooms available. I choose to stay in there. It smelled horrible but little air freshener helped. The hallway and elevator smelled like marijuana. About 830 ish we went downstairs and the lobby smelled like marijuana. Other than that it was pretty good
