Staff and service was really nice. When we got our first room and it was pretty warm. We told front desk and they would send someone up to take a look at it. They reset the ac and waited 15-30 but also said if that didn’t work they would give us a different room. And sure enough it didn’t work and the gave us a room. second room was great and cool. In the second day we had no hot water but didn’t say anything cause we were in hot sun all day and cool shower felt great. Overall we had some issues and they did great and we would stay again.

The room was a good size, clean, nice. Good water pressure in the shower. Only complaint was the price was a little high, and the restaurant (if you could call it that) was poorly staffed and way over priced. $9 for a frozen breakfast sandwich that was still cold in the middle, and $16 for 3eggs omelette and some potatoes. Otherwise it was great, but eat somewhere else, and bring your own snacks, very poor selection

Didn’t like the front desk lady. Stood at check in counter for 10 min or so because I didn’t get a digital key. Finally a lady comes out the back but continues texting on her phone while waking to the desk , kinda felt like she didn’t really GAF. Other than that the new hotel is very nice.

Wonderful staff, very sweet when we checked in and super easy checking out. Let us know they had activities going on and told us about the options on the restaurant too. The room was nice and comfortable, absolutely loved the bathroom door full length mirror! Would definitely come back!

This was my first time staying at this hotel. Got to say overall it was a really good experience. The only "issue" I had was the firat night I arrived and got to the room, one of the complimentary water bottles had been opened. The desk was very good about replacing it with apologies. I will definitely book this hotel again when I come back to OKC.

The only thing that bothered me was no free breakast. Like not even the breakfast that would be of little cost to the hotel available like toast, cereal, apples, or bananas. $15 for a buffet of bacon, eggs, and biscuits(no gravy) just does not sound appealing. Hopefully this can change by next year.

The hotel is lovely, very clean, great location. The only problem i had was that we had purchased breakfast through hotels.com and the hotelvsid not want to honor that. They said it sid not show on my reservation. A quick chat withvm hotels.com and they called the manager and it waa resolved. Breakfast here is $15.95 per person at a sit down restaurant. Great hotel and we enjoyed our stay.
