Front desk clerk , very friendly and helped me with future bookings . Place is in renovation but I did a newly remodeled room very nice and bed was very comfortable. I love staying here while I’m in town close to everything . Housekeeping was very nice making sure I had enough clean towels.

The individual doors for EACH room slams when they close!! There is 1 sticker on 1 elevator that is asking for others to be courteous to your neighbor and do not allow your door to slam!!! Holiday Inn has enough money to fix this annoying issue!!

Was going ok. Daughter wanted to stay in town another day Called to extend stay. Was met at front desk by a black lady. She was rude and would not book the room again. Even though it was available. She wanted $185 FOR THE ROOM i paid $135 through hotels.com. said if i want a lower rate then book it on line. So i went on line a booked my daughter and grandkids a room at another room in a different hotel across town. I will NEVER get a room from holiday express again.

The lady at the front desk was terrible. Got there at 3 for check in and rooms weren’t ready. Had some place to be so waited in the lobby and at 345 others were able to check in. Went back up and ours rooms were finally cleaned. The front desk lady never let us know even though we were standing there waiting. She never once apologized, she actually kept complaining about other staff and never once smiled. Not sure id stay just based on front desk interactions.

It was my birthday stay and it was the best birthday of my life with the staff in Midwest City Oklahoma. When my blood sugar dropped to 59 on June 24 the front desk lady brought me apple juice and Hershey’s and my check in lady kept an eye out for me too. The whole staff was wonderful!!

I didn’t actually stay at the location. I did make an error in booking and didn’t realize I could not move the hotel stay out. Expedia tried for days to get a hold of these people to see if we could move this. Stay due to the Olympic development program, moving their event dates. They were completely unavailable until the last minute and then very inhuman about the way they handled the situation not impressed.

Hotel was so clean and remodeled. Front desk staff wasn’t super friendly. Food at breakfast was basically empty @ 9:30am and it was supposed to go til 10. I asked a worker and she said they don’t have time to make more. Bathroom door would not stay open. Had to stick a towel under door to hold it open, more annoying than anything. Overall a great day and very comfortable clean room and nice stay! Would def come back.

The suite we had was very clean and user ready. We have stayed here twice now and will request this room/suite again for our next visit to Oklahoma City. The location is convenient to get to our family and to the sections of town that we visit. The desk staff and house keeping help were very friendly and helped make our stay enjoyable. The free breakfast bar is always a good deal. There are some daily repeat food items but overall it gets us going in the morning.
