Poorly staffed but staff was very very nice and accommodated their best. Pool was not very clean. Elevator call button broken/exposed on our floor. Housekeeping called once a day early morning so our room never got cleaned up on our two night stay. Bathroom supplies were minimal-one bad if soap, one shampoo one conditioner one lotion which were used up after one person. Had to ask for extra towels often but easy to get.

Pretty good breakfast provided. eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, toast, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, juice, coffee, and condiments. Plates and plastic utensils are available for food you have delivered. Quick to unclog toilet. Very nice available staff. Convenience items for sale in lobby. Indoor pool is shallow at deepest 3.5 feet. No hot tub. The road you need to turn into from the highway is easy to miss even with GPS, and gps rerouted back to hotel but takes another 7 minutes. The parking is tight and fills up quickly. Nothing of interest in walking distance and no restraunt at hotel or next to it. Older furnishings in rooms, small TV that we needed help with to get channels on. Not enough towels or TP in room. Pull out sofa bed mattress is very uncomfortable as you can feel the springs. Microwave turntable doesn't turn, the highway noise was very loud from our room with the window closed. Toilet clogged easy. Bathtub had no mat or grip strips on bottom and I slipped and hit my head on the wall when I fell backwards. No handrails in shower/tub. Not very much shampoo, conditioner or lotion provided. There were makeup remover wipes, which was nice. The room was clean. Coffee maker and ice bucket were clean as were the things that go with them. No ice machine on 3rd floor but had a couple vending machines. Lyft transportation had trouble finding hotel and cancelled our ride and a new person was assigned to us.

Fairly clean, beds were ok. Not enough outlets. Breakfast was only ok. All the preteen and teenaged boys in the pool made for an unpleasant experience as they were VERY rough with little kids being in the pool too, as well as yelling extremely foul language.

The stay was good overall, staff was welcoming and friendly, food was your typical hotel continental breakfast, my BIG ISSUE was that to do a load of laundry it cost a total of $5, $1.75 per wash and $1.75 per dry however you need to run the dryer cycle twice and the staff is well aware that there’s an issue and don’t really seem to care to do anything about it.

Great stay..customer service was amazing. Best I have had in along time. All employees were very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again. Room was big, beds were comfy, pool was awesome. Breakfast was pretty good.

Our room was pet friendly. We have pets, that’s no problem. We didn’t bring our pet on this trip but our room smelled like pee TERRIBLY. We could not get out of there fast enough.

Many options for breakfast. Tasty. Room was only cleaned every other day and that was only mopping tile and taking out trash. Had to ask for coffee and cups for water. Bed was never made up.

Amazing customer service. Only thing was that the white cloth shower curtain had mildew in the bottom of it. Other than that, nice place to rest with my kid for a softball tournament. Delicious breakfast; items were stocked as they were going to the families. We would stay again.

King suite Room was spacious. I was pleasantly surprised to have the bedroom separated from the rest of the room. The a/c-Heat unit was fairly quiet. Breakfast buffet was good and plenty of choices. The bed was a little extra firm - I’d prefer a pillow-top or something but that’s just me. Location was great for access to the freeway and restaurants close by.

The air conditioning appeared to not be working in the lobby and 1st floor hallways - fans were in use. The 2nd floor smelt of pot smoking. The noise coming from the interstate was annoying. However, the breakfast was delicious and well stocked/worked. Even though it was full of guests and almost no parking left- the guests were quiet and courteous.

The check-in staff was very kind. I didn't get her name. The room was out dated and I wish I had a bathtub not a shower. The room was very clean. The a/c made this loud noise that would come and go. it was so loud it would wake me up all hours of the night. it did keep the room cool though. The breakfast was good and warm. The thing that made this hotel a 1 star was the hidden charge. So few days after I notice a $10.00 charge from the hotel. I called the hotel and told the staff I notice a charge. The woman that answered the phone without asking for my information (which makes me think I am not the first person who called about this!) told me that any customers that book through third parties like Expedia, hotel.com and others will be charge a fee by the hotel. I asked her if that is the case what is the point to book through them? they are supposed to be cheaper to do so. She then explained that Expedia lets their customers know about the fee. I explained that I read everything before agreeing and there is nothing that saids that. she replied "will that's what my manger told me" I told her I will call Expedia and I did. When talking to customer services he looked and saw there is nothing said about having to pay an extra charged to book through Expedia. Expedia put me on hold and called the hotel. The hotel agreed to pay me back. Expedia also said he was going to talk to his manger because this needs to be investigate.

I prepaid for the hotel to HOTELS.COM AND when I checked in it was a holding fee for incidentals of 50.00 normal … BUT I WOULD ONLY GET 40.00 credit back since 10.00 was and online booking charge!!! WTH !!! So the room rate that I booked was actually 10.00 more SO THAT WAS A SURPRISE! Not happy HOTELS.com and I am a platinum member!

Hotel staff changed the hotel from king bed to standard king bed and did not decrease the price as there are no option he is saying. No glass in room. Old and disorganized staffs like bins. Hotel charged $10 service charge for hotel.com booking and I don’t see this thing for other best western hotels. Bad breakfast, very thin liquid for waffle and waffle was like very soft and weird.

We were checked in by the nicest man. He was present throughout the time we stayed there and always was warn and inviting to us. The rooms, while not new were clean and well maintained. It bed was comfortable and the room spacious. We stayed here because my husband and son had stayed there overnight returning home from a trip. They found it superior to the other hotel they stayed at at the beginning of their trip.

Next to busy freeway. Truck noise all night. Ask for a quiet room, get another noisy room. Didn’t feel like moving to another unknown room. One day the room was not cleaned and make up. Didn’t known until we got back that night.

Property was very clean and check in was a breeze. We got to our room and the guest before us had clearly been smoking in the room as the smell was terrible. I immediately called down to the front desk and Sunnie made quick work of moving us to a different room. She was super kind and very helpful. Other than thay small glitch all went well. Bed was super comfy, although I think an extra blanket in the room would be nice as the air conditioner works real well! Breakfast was good. It is a bit loud being next to the highway but thats to be expected, ear plugs are a quick fix to that issue. Thank you for a very comfortable stay.

The breakfast was terrific! A nice selection of "real" food, not a continental selection. The hotel is right off the interstate, close to Norman, and was very clean and safe.

The rooms were nice for the price. The breakfast was okay.....most continental breakfast have some type of breakfast meat, that was not the case. What was served was good, though. The lady that works the front desk definitely lacks good customer service skills. It was an all around good stay for the price.
