THERE IS NO HOT TUB. Previous guest said there was and there is not. Upon check in it took a couple of minutes. Krystal was working alone and was great with us getting checked in. Get to the room and the box used to control the temp was broken. Took 15 min or more to get it to lower temp. Bed was a bit firm. I could feel where others sleep like it was a worn out mattress. Room was large and comfy. Showe didnt have hot hot water. Just enough to say it is very warm. Wish it was hotter. Pool looked merky. You could not smell any type of chlorine or any cleaning agents. There is a patio right outside pool but why have it if ur not gonna offer chairs out there to sit in. Just tables were offered. We went to bed and work up and the same trash was outside the hotel trash can that was there when we checked in. Breakfast it nothing to rave over. Eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, toast, waffles, yougart. Was hoping for more all good. The kid ate. Teied to upload photos but wouldnt let me.

The power went out throughout the hotel. This hotel did not have back up generators..unable to take a shower..flush a toilet ect ect..the downstairs desk person didnt have answers nor could she guarantee a refund or a partial refund if we were to leave. Thankful the power came on 45 min later. The lights in the bathroom kept coming on..so poor wiring. The hottub had a nasty film atop the water..the jets didnt work and there was a loud alarm going off in the pool area.

The elevator worked half the time. Toilet sprayed water out of the tap onto the floor. Bathroom floor was constantly wet. The rooms were recently remodeled but a lack to attention on everything working correctly. We have stayed here before is why we stayed again. I am not sure if we will stay here again.

1st off They refused me my prepaid non refundable room w/O a legit credit card at check in for incidence. Bank card wasn't good enough. Reserved king size bed w hottub. It's just a jetted bath tub. some pros and cons. The jets in the hot tub 1st floor are not working. The pool area feels like a sauna. Very hot thick air. The water in pool has something in it other then chlorine. They need wifi extenders. I'm on 3rd floor. The wifi continues to cut in and out and 75%of my channels on TV say no signal including cmt, animal planet exc. that they have playing in the lobby. I've had to hotspot tablet the whole stay. The breakfast was just ok. refrigerated options limited. At 7am and they had 2 yogurts, no hard boiled eggs, the hot food looks like heated up frozen biscuits, sausage and flat round eggs. On a Saturday morning. The the coffee maker is in the bathroom when there is plenty of room and outlets by there microwave desk area. Nothing like the La quinta I just left in Ardmore and more expensive. So what I do like, even though the tub wasn't what I was expecting it was a little more relaxing then a regular tub. There is a make up mirror in the main mirror, the bed is extremely comfortable and the air conditioner works well.The tub shower is outta dated and has a bright yellow plastic shower curtain. All and all I can't say i recommend spending extra money for room with hot tub. I don't think I'll be back to this location again.

Staff is very friendly, beds are comfortable. I stayed on floor two which has not been remodeled and it is a good that their going to remodel because it worn down. The fitness center needs help. The room is very small and the AC wasn’t blowing. Not all of the lights worked, TV turned on but the cable wasn’t connected. The elliptical and bike did not have power. Treadmill worked, but it was dirty and not stable enough for a long run…walking was fine. Breakfast is mostly processed junk with a few pieces of fruit, but typical for most hotels at this rating. Lastly overpriced at ~$210/night

Check in & check out was very easy. The room was clean. The breakfast was ok. Your standard cereal, waffles & yogurt. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was for the hot tub. The hot tub wasn't working correctly. It was warm but the jets weren't working. Hotel was close to many restaurants & a Walmart.

Easy checkin process. Good amenities, comfortable bed, nice big room. My only complaint is the cockroaches all over the floor. I nearly stepped on roaches as I walked in my room. Roaches in the tub.

Staff were phenomenal. Property.. I can see where they tried, can’t see where they succeeded.. room was overall just musty. Ceiling had dust (I hope) all over it. It was almost like a concrete room with a horrible echo and very cold feeling. Bed was extremely hard. Bedding was dirty. Shower and bathroom floors were filthy. Hair on the counter. None of it terrible, but not what I expect from La Quinta. Will not be staying here again.

I don’t think our room had been cleaned at all other than making the bed. Bathroom had weeks of soap scum in the corners. And hair all over the shower. Crumbs on the floor aswell in the corners. Definitely needs a deep cleaning. Staff was very friendly. Only stayed 1 night.

Parking lot was extremely small and there were two large moving trucks with trailers taking up at least 14 parking spots all together, then you get inside and find out that the pool is closed, and when you reach your room, it’s dirty! The hot tub had a soap scum around it, the bathroom floor had urine drops around the toilet and floor, and there was pubic hair on the towels. This hotel definitely does not follow disinfectant measures considering the place isn’t even being cleaned properly! Not record stay here!

We were family and had 2 seperate rooms. The rooms were very small. We had stayed at a LaQuinta in Florida before and were very pleased so we did not hesitate to book again. This experience was different, we were there for 5 nights and never had a maid service our room except one day to collect trash. We had to go the desk for towels we even bagged our own garbage and handed it to the maid in the hallway. We were told about staff leaving and they would get to us. I run a business and know you do not tell patrons we get to you when we can.

Very nice low cost option, pet friendly. Nicely remodeled rooms. Only negative was the window coverings, which were pull down shades. Light came in around the edges, which disturbed my sleep. I have stayed at other La Quinta’s with blackout curtains which are much better.

A spotless and spacious room awaited us as we arrived. The hotel was very clean. The proximity to restaurants is nice as is the ease to get onto I-35. Lots of good parking and easy area to walk in even when it was dark.

I reserved a room online. Drove 10 hours to get there. Was told they gave away my room but could get me a different one. It took FOREVER to check in bc the lady kept saying they overbooked. She charged someone else's room to my credit card. Gave me a room with 4 loud, non-stop barking dogs around me. After 30 minutes of hearing barking, I went to front desk & advised we were leaving. She said manager was not there but she would discuss with her the next morning. Still has not refunded me. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The hotel is being renovated currently with the hotel rooms already updated. The staff at the hotel were kind, friendly & very helpful. We called & spoke to Debra about checking in a little early to get ready for a wedding. Not only did we get to check in early but they upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost! Breakfast was hot & tasty. Pool was a hit with the kids. I would recommend this hotel for folks who want a nice, reasonably priced hotel.

Janet at the front desk was amazing! She was very understaffed and was running all over trying to do everything, so we had to wait a while to just check in, but I totally understood. Breakfast was cold by 8:30am, and didn’t have much of a variety. I also heard the lady that was in charge of breakfast, being rude to a customer. She also started putting things up at 8:45 while the area was full of people and more trying to come in. I’m not sure why she seemed angry. The hotel itself was fantastic!!! I honestly believe the problems were due to staff and cleaning crew quitting and leaving the hotel way understaffed. The carpet didn’t look like it had been vacuumed in a week, my room wasn’t very clean, but acceptable. I am not judging the hotel being bad, it just was desperate for workers that holiday weekend. When I finally was able to check in, the lady at the front desk was wonderful and extremely helpful. I will stay there again.

I had a great stay at this La Quinta location, and that was because of the service of a wonderful human: Jovonni (I hope I’m spelling that right). This was a stressful trip for myself and my young kiddos, and we were arriving into town an hour and a half before checkin. We would have nowhere to go, and anyone with children knows that is no good. I called the hotel, and J was able to arrange an early checkin. When I came into the hotel, I had yet another issue (totally my fault due to all the stress of the trip). And Jovonni made it right for me. He helped me and my daughters out tremendously and I am so grateful he was the one working at the front desk. Apart from the excellent service, the hotel itself was nice. It’s in a perfect location. Restaurants, Walmart, etc are all within walking distance. The accommodations are sound, and the place was clean even though it’s being renovated. Overall, we had a good stay and I will absolutely stay at this location again on my next trip to Moore

At check in front desk wasn’t happy to be there. We go to our room and it smells like urine. So we move to another room. A/C wasn’t blowing cold air after about 30min or so. Wife tells front desk night shift different guy and says a/c has motion sensors. So I go and try to talk to him about the issue and we get into an argument/ measuring match. Talking about he would check us out cuz he had the right to, have us “Hop Scotch rooms” if it was him he would check out, he’s not an maintenance guy and doesn’t know how a/c work, etc. After a long 10hr drive this wasn’t something anybody wants to go thru. We BOTH could have handled it better. Got 3rd room and a/c started cooling within 10min

We have been traveling to Moore, Oklahoma for the past few years multiple time during the year and we always stay at this La Quinta. We always have great service ( the front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast) and our room is always clean. It is close to shopping, gas, eats, and OU.

We always stay in this hotel when we visit family in Moore. It usually has construction/remodeling being done. There were some areas on first floor being remodeled. Our room was clean. I think the hotel may have new managers because the normal guest services workers were different. I miss the former workers. The breakfast on Sunday was awful. The only thing available was biscuits and gravy or waffles. We were in the lobby for breakfast by 830a. There should have been other options like bagel, toast or yogurt. Hopefully for our next visit things will be better.

Lady at the front desk that checked us in was very helpful….rooms were clean, pool was clean, breakfast lady needed some help getting food out! It was busy and breakfast ran out quickly. Breakfast was fine for a free continental breakfast. Stayed for one night on the way to Texas… would stay again.

Appreciated the remodel, the one bedroom suite was perfectly designed with 2 doors to the bathroom. Unfortunately the pool was COLD after being told it's heated. The hot tub was just odd... very deep seating and water powerfully coming out around the jets instead of though them. Chemicals/chlorine were very strong. Worst breakfast I've ever had - the only eggs available were boiled.
