The service was efficient and friendly. The room itself - a double queen - was very spacious. Might have been because it seemed designed for disability access. Nonetheless, the beds and linen were very, very nice. A good night's sleep made easy. Also very quiet - and away from traffic noise. Parking easy and safe, breakfast was lovely - lots of options - and the hot food was very good. The only quibble was that the lighting in the bathroom needed improvement; hard to use the bathroom mirror for makeup, hair, etc.

Best stay at a hotel in ages. Actual hot water(not lukewarm), high flow showers, clean rooms, great smelling rooms, big thick pillows, great AC. A New facility that’s immaculately clean throughout. Friendly and helpful staff. An actual thing at the bottom of the room door to cut down on sound. Pool is nice and fit center while minimal gets the job done.

Allen at the front desk was amazing. Inlove to see excellent customer service these days and hes definitely got it! The hotel was clean and everything as expected. Only thingi can say is that the washer was down when we were there BUT it was in the process of getting fixed.

Overall, our stay was ok. The hotel was being renovated. They did try to make the renovation as minimally invasive as possible which was nice. The area was nice and safe and had many dining options nearby. We did have a few issues during our stay. The first room we checked in to had no soap in the bathroom and had plumbing issues and the toilet wasn't flushing correctly. It was draining, but there was not enough water pressure to fully flush it. We notified the front desk who moved us into a new room around 9pm because they had no maintenance staff. The door to the room they moved us to, was open wheen we got to it and appeared to be half cleaned. The pillows were laying near the foot of the bed with no pillow cases. The bathroom was partially clean. Along the shower and the bathroom floor there were dirty marks. And the grout in the shower had dark spots. After one day in this room we also ran out of body wash in the shower. On our third night there, around 4:00 am, an alarm went off multiple times.

Overall mostly clean and somewhat new property. Rooms were very clean. Fridge and microwave . Big rooms. Quiet area while I was there. Pool area is nice and the water is clean. Need to vacuum carpets throughout the hotel daily. Food crumbs and specs of trash on carpets all over the hotel.

The hotel was nice and well kept in the common areas. The breakfast was plentiful and really good. The bed in our room needed to be replaced though. There was a large section of the springs that were bad and this area was basically a giant depression and made the bed very uncomfortable.

This is probably the nicest Holiday Inn Express we have ever stayed in! The entire hotel was spotless. We had a suite with a king sized bed. Super comfortable. Room was close to the elevator but didn’t hear a thing. The breakfast bar was excellent and offered tons of choices. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We love the updated rooms, but with the bathroom sink and shower we’re separate. It’s so much easier for multiple people to get ready at the same time. The beds are so comfortable and the sheets are soft. Those will bring us back here again.

I really enjoyed the property once I arrived. The problem that I had is that when I checked in they gave me someone else's room. The key did not work at first so I went back to the desk and they updated it to work. When I went back to room I walked in to someone else's luggage, etc everywhere. Thank goodness the people were not there. It completely scared me that this had happened. I was so concerned the whole visit because if it was that easy for me to walk in someone's room...who was going to walk in mine!

This is the absolutely the best hotel. Allen at the front desk is a rare gem. I checked in on Friday the 26th knowing that the next day Moore was expected to get tornado action. When I asked what floor, I was on (3rd) I asked if there was a room on the first and he immediately changed my room to first floor to make me more comfortable and explained the plan that was in place in the event of a tornado. The sirens did go off that night and we ended up using the plan in place but thankfully the tornado shifted to the east of the hotel. Thank you, Allen, for taking good care of your guest.

The only thing that I did not like was I spoke with the lady at the front desk and ask how can O get fresh towels for my room. I was told since I was on my way out that house keeper would leave some in there for us. When we return, it was shift change and no fresh towels. If air had of known I would have stopped at the front desk and gotten some. Instead, I had to go up to my room and go back down stairs to request fresh towels.

Great stay. Great breakfast, had every option for food. Intended to only stay one night but right as we were about to leave at check out time we had discovered a nail in our car tire so we couldn’t leave the area yet. Thankfully they weren’t fully booked and they quickly made a reservation for us to be able to stay in the same room for another night.

Easy check-in, personable staff, clean and easy to get to. The pool was clean and there were plenty of towels to use. The breakfast was plentiful and hot. Our room had plenty of space for the five of us and all our things. Lots of dining options close by. For women/families, the hotel and immediate surroundings were well-lit and seemed safe, but it got fairly rough if you venture out very far. Lots of dining options are within walking distance, but it might be better to drive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!
