This property is a new favorite! This is a boutique hotel that has thought about everything. Lovely rooms with fireplace & every room has a view to watch the ships go by. Very clean & comfortable. The staff was attentive & friendly. Breakfast was delicious, as well as the appetizers & drinks in their Bar 600. This is a small hotel that is cozy & intimate. Worth every penny!

Perfect for a treat yourselves hotel. Amazing room with views out over the water. Really comfortable with incredible facilities. Staff were super friendly and helpful. It’s a fair walk in to downtown but there’s a complimentary driver in a vintage car in the early evening to get in and out. The bar voucher for the evening and fresh cooked omelettes for breakfast were really nice touches.

The staf was very friendly. The entire property was incredible. The rooms were top notch with a couple of exceptions. We had to clean a wad of hair out of the sink drain as it was stopping-up. The bed was beyond firm. I've had better beds ind hotels ⅓ the price.

Location and room views are excellent. Very nice building and rooms. Very good omelet breakfast and evening snack plates particularly the crab dip. Very friendly staff. Towels were scratchy. Did not get daily servicing of the room that we had requested. Very small shower could have been bigger if the claw foot tub was omitted. That might have also allowed for more counter space. Too firm of bed..

Beautiful place.. they let me check in early which was so nice. The floor in my room hadn’t been cleaned(hair, wood chips),it was bad I asked for a broom and had to clean it myself .. a little surprised by that.. was sweeping my room that I paid 360 dollars for. Other then that it was great!

The rooms are badly designed, with very low toilets and almost unusable sinks. The rooms are large and generally comfortable. As with many hotels, the heating/cooling is hard to set. Also, as with many hotels, the toilet paper is horrible. The workers are very friendly but not well trained. The breakfasts are excellent. For the price, it should be much better.

Beautiful well appointed room with fireplace, balcony, clawfoot tub. Beds were very comfortable. Balcony with view of the waterfront and bridge with ships going slowly by was amazing. Best hotel stay breakfast ever, with lots of delicious choices and custom omelette bar made for a great start to our morning.

Our stay here exceeded expectations. Astoria was our last night in Oregon, and this hotel made it a special evening. Our room was spacious with amazing views and amenities. The beds were so comfortable and perfect to relax and enjoy the incredible water views. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

This is a wonderful unique place that offered a lovely suite. For a high end hotel it needs a more refined staff. Both the bartenders were condescending and acted put out with requests. Other requests from the front desk required follow up. The breakfast offering was abysmal and two of our three day stay were picked over and out by the time we arrived at 9am. Most of this would have gone unnoticed from a motel downtown, but at $500 a night this was unacceptable.

The staff was very polite and helpful, and the amenities made it worth it. The room rate included a breakfast omelet, sausage, and potatoes, which tasted great, fresh delicious chocolate chip cookies always available, and nightly $25 voucher for dinner bar which turned out very special. Also, the view from the room was incredible with a nice gas fireplace.

The hotel is a true gem - cannot beat the location and amenities. However, having to pay a "guarantee" of $40.00 to check in early (2:00 rather than 4:00) was a bit over the top when you are looking at a mid-$300 room. We have stayed at many higher end hotels and I have never seen this before. It wasn't the dollars - it was the idea.

We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at the Cannery Pier Hotel and had the best time! The staff is so friendly and the amenities are outstanding. The location is perfect as we walked along the boardwalk to and from downtown Astoria with ease. The chef at the omelette station made the most delicious omelettes…very generous portion. I highly recommend staying here.

The property was excellent, with the hotel and the room designed and equipped for the incredible view and location. A true "land's end" portal to the mouth of the Columbia River right next to the Astoria bridge. The hotel sits 600 ft into the river so your room overlooks water on three sides. Huge freighters, sea-going tugs and fishing boats cruise silently by just 200 yards away. Windows, all that can opened, and a small porch puts you at sea with the water lapping under the hotel. We've been in little cottages overlooking the North End of New Zealand that weren't as spectacular. Wonderful romantic get away with an excellent bar and staff!

Property is easy to find. Location is convenient to town and the 101. Lobby, bar and rooms are clean and well decorated. Great craft cocktails at the bar. View from our corner room was beautiful.

Wonderful hotel with great views, beautiful settings inside and out! Beautifully remodeled and furnished, this hotel is such a wonder, I always appreciate when there was a lot of thought and heart put into the details. Very comfortable and beautiful, in close proximity to the downtown Astoria. Breakfast was very nice but they seem to be a little short stuffed ( the only small issue), the bar in the evening is great! Was a great stay, would recommend and would like to come back!

I did not care for the coffee at the morning Breakfast. It tasted weak. I know that they probably have a contract with a certain coffee company, as I saw the name on the different products in our room. Still, for breakfast, a strong and flavorful coffee is a must. But....we loved our room! It was cozy and warm with the fireplace, and well stocked with blankets and pillows. The soft robes were wonderful!!! We plan to come back sometime in 2024.

My friend was visiting from Minnesota and we had a great time at the Cannery Pier. Loved the beautiful room with the panoramic view of the bridge and the ships and tankers passing by. We had wonderful breakfasts and happy hour. Only one concern (from my friend who is a coffee drinker - I am not.). The coffee was very weak!!! Took a lovely trip to Long Beach and enjoyed the Kite Museum and lighthouse.
