Loved the location, the hotel, the people who worked there, the valet is wonderful and the restaurant was delicious. Great bar. The pool and workout area was really nice too!!!

Cute property, comfy beds, did not appreciate valet parking who left my car parked in front of the hotel the entire time but still charged me $26. They did not drive my car a single inch.

Everything is amazing about this property! From the ease and convenient price of valet, front desk staff, area around the property, shopping, dining, ease of access, and the free use bikes, it's wonderful!!

The hotel was clean and the views were great. There is an expensive parking charge that you find out about when you enter the hotel, and getting in and out of the gate is a pain.

The pool is the only reason my ratings were not excellent all around. We were very disappointed with how small the pool is. It is impossible for lap swimming where as the photo makes it appear long enough for lap swimming. Our suggestion is to heat it up and put some jets in and make it a giant hot tub. It's useless otherwise.

I found the parking garage to be a bit of a nuisance. I paid for overnight parking with in and out privileges. However to get let back in and back out I had to call for assistance every time. A little irritating when you are leaving and returning at 2:30 and 4:00 in the morning from the airport. They need to work on that. Other than this issue, it was fine.

Great location. Great gym. Friendly staff. All the Duck life we were hoping for.

Hotel staff are all very nice. It's great they have their own parking lot with self parking. Rooms are quiet however the building is showing its age and the room especially the washroom was quiet dirty.

Stay was fine. Kept hearing doors slamming in the hall and we had a early flight. Room was not very clean. Staff was nice at check in and out.

Came back to the hotel to go to bed and one of the pillow cases was covered in brown stains. We called and they did replace quicker than I was expecting which was nice. That would have been okay, but then we could hear every single thing going on in the room next door to the word. I’m not sure if it was because it was an adjoining room, but it literally sounded like the people next to us opened their side of the door, but they didn’t. We got them to quiet down by ourselves because the front desk was dealing with the kids from the convention they had going on (I’m assuming, they didn’t answer when we called the 2nd time). We stay at lots of hotels and bring sound machines and know the whole drill. We really aren’t too sensitive to hotel noises. This was just way louder than anything I’ve ever experienced or even expected from a 4 star hotel. I will say, the location and decor is awesome. We see shows at the Hult center and it is just next door so you can’t beat the location. We’ll try somewhere else next time, but if we ever have to stay again I would probably ask for a non adjoining room to see if that makes a difference.

I’ve stayed at a couple Graduate Hotels and they are great properties. The Eugene Graduate is nice and the rooms are comfortable. That being said, all three elevators were disgusting. The doors, the panels and the floors were so dirty. After a couple of days, I mentioned it to the front desk. Nothing was done about. It just soured my whole stay. For nearly the same price, the Gordon across the street is impeccable, in comparison.

Room was clean - loved the decor throughout the hotel

The staff was friendly and amazing. Nostalgic decorations and themes. Unfortunately the room did have some issues. The bathroom vent fan was inoperable and completely filthy. The shower head was coming out of the wall. The pool floor had residue from old pieces of trash.

We loved the decor and vibe of the hotel but definitely needed more TLC in the guest rooms. Our bathroom didn’t look like any new towels were stocked and the tub was really dirty. We didn’t make a big deal about it because we only needed a place to sleep. Overall it’s a fun hotel but needs better housekeeping.

The room is comfortable and clean but they're starting to look a little worn. Usb outlets broken and the tub plug was broken as well. Which isn't what prompted my 4 star but the water pressure. The shower water temp stayed constant but the pressure would fluctuate from light to...' did someone flush a toilet?'

Nice, clean hotel with nearby restaurants and walkable to downtown. Comfortable bed and cute Oregon Ducks decor. Only issue was the tv's are outdated and don't have any streaming apps.

Our room was next to elevator and housekeeping so a lot of noise , thumping , slamming so light sleepers not very restful Nice pool

Super cute decor, room was cozy with two queen beds, nice view of downtown and surrounding hills.

The bed was comfy. It was pretty quiet where I was at on the 4th floor.

Bathroom too small

The biggest issue was the heavy doors slamming all night long and early in the morning. It's impossible to get a solid night sleep. I was a zombie for my 3 night stay and couldn't change my accommodations because of thier cancellation policy.

We visited Eugene for the US Nationals Track and Field and their track town theme was fitting and well done. The location is fantastic as well with great dining options within walking distance. We liked their Malin and Goetz amenities as well. Thats where the good things end. Low ceilings (like 7ft) , small bathroom with the worst water pressure ( intermittent) in the shower I have ever experienced (we were floor 7) Their design aesthetic is great - unfortunately they need a new building.

staff very responsive and helpful…..,especially Dana…..assisted with difficulty encountered due to health issues with guest. She was kind and discreet……really appreciated her!!

Nolan asked what brought us through town and I burst into tears! He listened kindly as I sobbed through TMI moment! We had been going through medical testing for our 7mo old baby at doernbecher Children’s Hospital and were that day, cleared of cancer! Nolan made our stay so special and it was completely unexpected! We had dinner at the restaurant Ava the service was out of this world! Valet was amazingly fast and efficient and extra helpful! The Graduate is our place for life!

Have stayed a few times and rooms are getting run down. Example: Warped wood on the desk - someone clearly spilled something and it sat there and warped and just never got fixed. Reception not helpful- I arrived late and there was no offer to help with my bags even though I asked what the best way was to get my bags upstairs . I had to park down in their lot, $22/night, then come back up to get a cart and take it down to the parking lot, get my stuff and roll it back uphill to the doors. Automatic door was locked so I had to keep the cart from rolling back down while swiping my key. Total pain for such a high priced hotel. I’m over this place.

Such a fun unique place to stay in Eugene. The customer service was excellent. I called to request an early check-in and they were so kind and accommodating. At check-in we were greeted and assisted by the most upbeat, kind person Jasmine who set to tone for a great stay. We loved the room and the vibe of the whole hotel! Super convenient place to stay when attending a show at the Hult Center!

Chaotic at reception. They don’t seem to communicate between the staff and aren’t trained in customer service. Had multiple issues during my stay and the staff wasn’t helpful. Waited in a 35 minute line to check in. The second day of my stay they called and left a message that I needed to get my stuff out of the room or pay for another night. I was beside myself because I had prepaid for my entire stay. After talking to the snarky front desk person she admitted they had made an error and that I had prepaid and there was no issue. Didn’t say they were sorry or that maybe next time they should look a little deeper prior to telling someone they need to get their stuff out. I have never had this happen before and I travel frequently. Lastly I was charged twice in the middle of the night without authorization. Once for 72.36 and another time for 55.00. When I asked the front desk what the charges were for they said they couldn’t see the charges and shrugged their shoulders. I hope the charges fall off but I may end up eating the charges because the lack competence at the front desk. There was more but I think I have given a glimpse into how bad staff or uncaring staff can turn a great hotel into a bad experience.

This was my second time staying here. The staff consistently provide stellar service, from the front desk, to the valet, to the coffee shop, to the restaurant - all of the staff are pleasant, friendly, and truly care about the customer experience. The beds are really comfortable but the sheets are a bit scratchy & starchy. The ambiance of the lobby and rooms is super cool! Vintage college decor and furniture. The in-room coffee is terrible. It’s a powder of some kind, pretty sure they provide this so you go to their coffee shop in the lobby instead. The cafe has plenty of coffee options, the avocado toast was delicious! The food in the restaurant was good, menu had nice options, everybody enjoyed what they ordered, and it had a great atmosphere, as well.

The staff were young and not real experienced at answering questions about the hotel or area. One person at the front desk told me to hold on while she wrote a note. Five minutes later she left the note to talk with a coworker forgetting that I was waiting for her to finish the note to ask my question. When I asked someone else about the breakfast available, he told me to go look at the menu at the restaurant. What I wanted to know is whether it offered a full breakfast.

Great Hotel in walking distance to Autzen Stadium. Great gluten free restaurant across the street.

Very nice hotel. Right in the middle of Eugene, and a block from the Amtrak station. The trains can be a bit noisy at night, but I like that sound, so it's not a negative for me. Room was clean, lovely, with a great view (I was on the 10th floor facing North). Bed was very comfortable. The area around the hotel is great - bustling center of Eugene.

This is the place to stay when you are in Eugene for an event at the Hult Center. The hotel is right next door to the Hult Center.

We booked the hotel because we had tickets to Hamilton at the Hult Center. The hotel was so convenient the room was great would definitely stay again.

Very clean & safe location for being downtown in the center of anything & everything! Easy & friendly check-in, on-site delicious food options, fun & retro decor, comfortable beds that were difficult to roll out of, walkable distance to fine dining, shopping & entertainment, are all reasons we’d return & recommend to others.

The hot pretzel and cheese sauce is a must try! The berry salad is so amazingly delicious and an absolute must have for me.

The Graduate Hotel's decor is dark and hardly welcoming. Our room, a king, was clean but without enough light and with only one chair. It took three tries and almost an hour before our breakfast finally arrive as ordered. We wouldn't be back.

The staff at the cafe was not great, the food there was also overpriced and not great. The pool is small with no hot tub. The rooms are interesting.. Pretty spendy for the level of service we saw.

This hotel caters to University of Oregon, so random travelers should be advised to check the school schedule. In my case, parent mixer took over the only restaurant for most of the evening and they don’t do room service. Also, a strange man walked into my room when I was coming out of the shower this morning. Other than that…

the staff is really friendly and its a fun walkable setting but be prepared to pay $22 a day for parking and the food at the restaurant isnt great. there are a lot better places to eat close by so go and explore, you wont regret it. side note: theres a fun saturday outdoor market around the corner if u dont mind the smell of skunk.

Lots of cool decor to look at throughout the property. Restaurant/bar and coffee shop/cafe were convenient and offered plenty. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The parking is an issue, more so on the weekdays it would seem. Bathroom quite small, and not great ventilation.

Everyone is so great at this property. Been several times & service is always spot on. Wish they had vegetarian options on the menu at night(we can find something to eat regardless)
