Super quiet property that I felt safe at. Feels more like condo buildings than a hotel. The room was nice and even includes a fireplace - but be aware that if your neighbors (especially above/below) are using their fireplace, you will smell it! The outlets covers were loose in several places and looked quite old - I had a hard time keeping anything plugged into them. And the hair dryer has almost no drying power to it. But other than that, the room was great for what I needed, super comfortable bed and a well kept kitchenette. Breakfast was pretty standard but the fresh-cut fruit was a nice addition! I would definitely stay here again.

This is an older property that I feel like has been around forever. However, Marriott has this residence inn up-to-date to the current style materials felt like new on the inside manager at the front desk was super friendly and very helpful. The only downside here is I could pick up road noise from Route 202 which is just a stones throw away

Because we had a late check in,we had to park quite a long distance from our room. The layout of the rooms made it difficult to find ours. I would suggest a map if needed for some rooms ( the ones in the middle. The room itself was comfortable and would be great for an extended stay.

I was really surprised with the cleaniness of our room. It was awful. I checked in late after a long drive and I brought my own cleaning supplies as usual. There was hair in the bathroom and literally dust and dirt around the bed on the lower level. I addressed the room on day 2 and the man at the front listened and basically says “OK”. The lady on checkout was very apologetic and offered Bonvoy points. I will not stay there again.

Our room was not clean at all. I can't believe it would pass inspection by the housekeeping manager before being turned over! There was dust caked all over all the furniture, fixtures. The tub bottom itself looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months it was so black. The mirrors were so dirty you couldn't even see yourself through the streaks. The oven and refrigerator im not sure have ever been cleaned. It was so dusty the walls even had dust stuck to it so bad i thought maybe it needed paint but ran my hand over it and dust went everywhere! Beyond all that the couch was covered in stains ans rips all over it. The carpet was coming up everywhere the bathroom walls had what looked like maybe (hopefully) hair dye all over them. Just absolutely disgusting. Id never stay here again and surely i would not recommend anyone staying here!

Staff were professional, facilities were clean & in proper working order. The room was a two bedroom with a kit here & sitting room. The bedrooms were open, rather than two separate rooms. There was a bedroom with a wide opening to the sitting room & the other was a loft. It was fine for us and it looked & felt new. The toilet & showers room was a little small, I had to straddle the toilet to close the door but there were two full bathrooms which was convenient. Overall it was a good hotel& I will stay here agsin

Booked it with another couple for an event at the expo. Was an amazing place to stay. 2 bed rooms each with its own bathroom. Full kitchen and living room. The only thing that sucked was we didn’t get to stay longer there. Lol

This was my first stay at the "Bonvoy". Nice, clean space. Great kitchen, though i didnt use it. Fantastic breakfast and really nice, accommodating staff. My only issue was that was on the ground floor and the noise from the unit above me was a bit annoying. So request the second floor if you have the option. I'm a light sleeper so it may not be an isssue for you. 5 stars

Front desk clerk had an officious attitude. Whenever I asked a question she acted like I should know better. Key stopped working at 10 am on day of checkout right after we finished breakfast and walked all the way back to our room, clerk acted like it was our fault, saying keys only work til noon, so I was like,”It’s only 10:15!!!” Breakfast staff were very nice and friendly. Never staying there again!!

What an amazing stay we had!! Went to celebrate my husband’s birthday, called ahead and spoke with Bernice. What a sweetheart she was!! We arrived to balloons and even a tiny birthday cake 🎂🤩 my husband was soo surprised and over the moon. Nice, clean accommodations and quiet relaxed environment. Decent breakfast choices. We even got a romantic fireplace upgrade. Marriott never ever disappoints ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars across the board!

Excellent customer service. They allowed us to check in early to accommodate our work needs, asked us to join the breakfast being served at that time as well. So polite, friendly, and made us feel so welcome. I loved the pillows and was very happy. We aren't able to spend this much each night of our work assignment, but it was wonderful to stay here. Would love to stay at this chain always!
