Stayed 3 nights

We booked this hotel because of its location. Online the rooms appeared neat and clean and adequate for my son and I for three nights. When we arrived, my impression of the outside and lobby inspired me to ask to see the room before moving in. Sure enough, it was dirty, rusty, smelled musty and was dark. Worse, walking to the room was sketchy. Limited lighting of the space between the buildings felt scary, and when I got to our building, there was a man cursing on the phone and smoking right below our room's 2nd floor windows. I told the front desk person that we would not be staying at got the card of the manager on the way out. We drove 8 minutes away where there is a Hyatt House (King of Prussia) for the same price that was infinitely cleaner. I emailed the manager about my experience, asking to be called back and of course did not hear from her. She charged me for the first night; Fortunately Hotels.com remedied that for me. Do not stay at this hotel - there are many other options in the vicinity that are cleaner and have been maintained to large-chain hotel standards. Marriott needs to do something about this one!

This place was amazing. I only stood one day which I could stay there a little longer. It was super clean. That’s very comfortable. Kitchen was spotless. Pool was amazing. Very warm. Staff was so nice. Just the atmosphere alone was super cool. I would definitely stay there again if I’m in the area perfect for family.
