Sauna is now permanently closed. Pool has awful hours of 10 to 10 and they kick you out at 10pm too — the kicking you out part is new. The hot tub was broken. Bar next door built an outdoor space with loud music now so can’t even enjoy the fire pit. The rooms themselves are plain (and clean) but I booked this as usual for the amenities. Well now there isn’t much to this place other than just a place to sleep.

The property appears old and somewhat used up. I doubt it’s ever been upgraded since it was built. The parking lot looks like it had been strafed by an F-16. I didn’t appreciate the $5 daily parking fee that somehow appeared on my bill.

We had a wonderful stay and I'm glad we chose to stay here because we stayed somewhere else for our last night.And it was actually pretty terrible comparing.. The only problem here is there is a ant problem in the pool room So we had to relax in the hot tub with a bunch of dead ants lmao We didn't care we swim in creeks and ponds.But they're awesome breakfast made up for it.And awesome shampoo conditioner body wash nice comfy beds and pillows clean and with the full kitchen was nice.. its was cozy i could move in

Thankfully, the credit card I booked with gives me instant notices of purchases. My app notified me I was being charged $20/per day in addition to my already paid room rate for my 3 day stay. I went to the front desk to inquire about the additional charges. The lady at the desk told me it was a daily fee "for parking"!!! I advised her I was not paying for parking in their dark and pothole infested parking lot. She said she would remove the fee, but she didn't. I went back the next day and talked to a different lady and now I'm being told it was for "incidentals". I did not purchase any incidentals, and again, I advised her that I am not paying sixty more dollars in addition to the already exorbitant fee. She took off the charge, but had I not had an app for my card, i may have left there, unaware of the charge. BEWARE!!! IN ADDITION TO THE EXTRA FEES THEY TRIED TO TAKE, THE CARPET WAS FILTHY, LIKE A DIRTY SWEATER ON THE FLOOR. Cranberry Township has many hotels that I have used over the years, I won't be returning to the Residence Inn, Cranberry Township/Pittsburgh By Marriott!

Check in was fast and friendly. Amenities and room were clean. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fire ring. Highly recommend this place. Really close to great food as well!

Overall experience was good. Breakfast was really good. Only complaint was for some reason the door nearest our room was designated as "Exit Only" so every time we went out we were locked out and had to walk all the way around the building and the wind chill was about 20°. If this was a 'safety' feature ther need to fix it!

There was a huge crack in the tile in the shower. The water didn’t all the way turn off in the shower. Our door didn’t seal closed and we could see light all the way around it which didn’t make me feel super safe. The door to the parking lot didn’t close properly so you didn’t need a key to enter. There aren’t any ice machines.

We have been staying at this Residence Inn for years and it desperately needs a refresh. It is not the cleanest or brightest place. Spiders in the corners, the tub would not hold water and there was terrible noise in the room above ours in the morning when an HVAC unit was being replaced (we think that’s what it was) and we received no advanced notice or apology for the disturbance. Not coming back again!!

Could tell was older facility. 2-bedroom suite. Bed in one room definitely needs replaced. Floors in bathroom & kitchen need scrubbed. Key would not work in front door. Had to go down to lobby to let them know 4 times. Finally maintenance had to replace battery in door lock. Lady at front desk was unpleasant like it was our fault.

The staff is very friendly and everything seemed clean. I love when everything is working like the ac, fridge, tv, sinks, showers, I have no complaint. The breakfast was a step better than the typical continental options if you like the standard hotel food and th dining area is nice. I don’t understand the $5 charge for parking?

The staff here was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was quiet. The breakfast was good too. It appeared the hotel was a little older. My room had little things that showed age. Still I would stay again for the service, cleanliness, and comfortable stay. None of the "little things of age" were all that detrimental.

The bed was terrible I let the front desk know but nothing was done except that they said they would pass it along to the manager. The bed was sunk in, in the middle causing a very restless night sleep for my wife and I. Not the quality beds expected from a Marriot stay.

Breakfast was really tasty. The way the rooms are set-up is great. It's spread out and each room has its own bathroom, so there is ample privacy. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The hotel does need a refresh, though. The floor in the hallway seems as if it’s pitted, it dips in areas of the hallway. Maybe there was some type of water damage that warped the wood floor underneath the carpet. It needs new carpeting in the hallway as well as in the rooms. The property also needs new furniture in the rooms because you sink in the couch as well as the chair. Charging for parking each day was a turn off, because most hotels do not charge for parking. That should be factored in the price. Despite some opportunities for improvement, I would stay there again. The front desk personnel were friendly and warm.

The property was okay. The side door didn't lock has a note that said Exit Only anyone could come and go with no security. Switched rooms multiple times. First the pull-out bed was broken. Then the next room the AC froze and wouldn't cool the room. They shut the AC off and said we will get you fans. I came back later thst day to a room that was 80 degrees. Went to the front desk she was so helpful moved us right away to our third room of our 7 day stay. Lots of things had to be moved multiple times. We were traveling with our special needs son and he requires a lot of things. The beds were uncomfortable. I'm still waiting for my partial refund from Expedia.

No where did I read there is a parking fee. Staff all seemed highly miserable. I was charged a random $10, and the staff had no idea and got an attitude, and told me to report to my bank. Ask front desk for towels for pool, for an attitude. And asked for towels to be sent up to My room because housing never placed them in there. And never got towels. Had to ask again at 2am for extra blanket and towels again that we never got, and received more attitude. Breakfast was good, but the staff yet again seemed miserable and was giving visitors attitude.

The Key to our room kept not working, intermittently and then just stopped working all together and they had no maintenance people who could come fix it. Luckily it worked one last time to let us into our room. Problems with door locks seems to be a trend since the one on the pool isnt working either with no sign at all. Staff was extremely hard to find the 3 times we went to the desk we had to wait 15 plus minutes each time to see anyone. The person on the desk seemed to not care that we were stuck out of our room in swimsuits and all of our stuff and the custodial lady was condescending saying she's going to show us how to use a key...as if we've never been in a hotel before. Hotel itself was great the room was great but the staff left a lot to be desired.

We were in town for a basketball tournament. Great location and convenient. The only downside is the staff is hit or miss. The team was gathering for a team meeting with their coach to prep for the next day and were called “pets” by one of the evening staff members. Unfortunate

We stayed one night visiting the science center in Pittsburgh with our son for his birthday. He says it was the best hotel ever. We obviously had a great time, the breakfast was surprisingly good, everything was clean and everyone we spoke to was courteous. 10/10 in my book.

Have stayed here for three holiday seasons now. Love the location and access to shopping, dining, and family. This year’s stay was tempered by new fees charged which were not present the previous two years. Was not happy with that.

Staff was wonderful! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Great location and good sized rooms with all the amenities. It is however pretty dated. Wallpaper in kitchen area was peeling off, carpets were worn in the rooms. Breakfast selections were good but the warmers keeping eggs . Sausage, breakfast sandwiches etc didn’t keep it warm. It was tepid at best.

A great hotel! It’s a little dated and shows its age but it’s clean, comfortable, has excellent options for rooms. Small kitchen, 2 bedrooms, wheelchair accessible. The pool was clear water and not gross. The hottub was great. Breakfast was excellent!

They made us feel right at home. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly! Only had one not so friendly employee but she isnt going to bring down the rest of the staff. Very clean. Cozy and comfortable! It was a great experience. Would love to go back! Only thing they could improve on i will say is the breakfast. I didnt even bother waking up and eating our second morning. It wasnt good at all.

My boyfriend and i stayed here for our one year anniversary. They had a nice bathroom a nice living room and bedroom. It was clean. They had a pool and hot tub. You can get snacks but they are extremely expensive. Like 7 dollars for a tiny bag of chips. There is a dollar tree close for snacks. Dominos is also close. Quick and easy check in and check out.

The employees, all of them, were all so helpful and kind! the rooms were clean, the kitchen was so nice, full size oven & stove top. the pool and hot tub were nice and maintained, my kids had a ball & the breakfast options were actually good and not your typical terrible 2 options. they had delicious already made Belgian waffles, sausage breakfast sandwiches along with eggs, sausage, and oatmeal. the bakery items were a lot to pick from and they had my sons favorite cereal. 10/10. thanks again! :)

This was such a great hotel! The suite was spacious and had lots of nice furniture. The pool and hottub looked great, though we didnt have a chance to try them. We did try the breakfast though which was phenomenal! It was our 3rd hotel in 4 days and had the best breakfast BY FAR. The staff were all lovely. My only regret was not checking in sooner to spend more time in the hotel!
