I arrived at night and the parking lot was dark. Terribly lit. Please put more lights in your parking lot. The floor was dirty in the bathroom. I don't want to step on other people's hair. Teach your maids how to clean. The mattress was concave. Teach your maids to flip the mattresses over they will wear better. Not a good experience.

Let’s start off by noticing how aged the property is, so keep that in mind. Do not stay in the 1st floor. It’s like an apartment and you can hear every footstep from above. I was lucky enough to have a family of elephants above me. The pool is falling apart and probably hasn’t been cleaned in some time. Pool floor is coming apart. The court on the outside is in shambles, basketball hoop is falling apart and is a safety hazard. I witnessed 2 (maybe property managers) walk around and then continued to yell at a worker for missing some small debris outside. That’s the least of their worries! Those two seem to be clueless in how to run a hotel. Breakfast tasted and looked like it was made the day before. Key cards lose activation everyday, so be prepared to have front desk reactivate everyday around 4pm.

The hotel is really starting to show its age. There was a broken lamp in our suite and the gas fireplaces no longer work. The hotel was clean, but I was disappointed overall.

The AC in our room didn’t work, We didn’t feel like changing rooms after we had settled and gotten groceries and luggage away, But then our sheet kicked up and revealed how unhygienic our mattress was. It looked like a crime scene and was disturbing that guests would but charged to sleep on something like that. We changed rooms at that point and I made sure the mattress was clean and AC worked in the new room, After moving everything I wanted to shower only to not have body wash or conditioner in my shower, and our door lock was broken everytime we left or entered our room we had to fight the lock to shut the door. We couldn’t watch tv or sleep cause we could hear people above us. Definitely the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel.

The breakfast was great. I was in room 107 and as soon as I opened the door could smell it from. The bacon was great on both days. They were quick to restock the food when it ran out.
