It was close to shopping center and close to Kennywood Park and it had a pool inside

Stayed in a clean 2 queen bed suite. Had 2 tvs but remotes controlled both tvs making it harder to watch something different. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The sofa bed trundle was broken. Air didn't circulate throughout suite. For 4 people there were 2 towels, 2 coffees, 2 water cups. The walls are so thin you could hear everything in the hall including the elevator and the shower from the room next door. Breakfast was good and included hot food. Pool was clean. Outdoor sitting area was nice but needed minor cleaning. Staff was friendly. Would stay again.

Pro’s: * Very clean bed, bathroom, linens, floors * Management accommodating and friendly. He let me book on Hotels.com from the lobby, to save a few dollars, and assured me it wouldn’t affect which room we got (some hotels reserve less desirable rooms for bookings through other sites). He also immediately restocked towels in the pool area when I asked. * Nice indoor pool, a bit small for laps but still suitable if you swim when no one else is using it. * Breakfast offerings a bit more extensive than the basic buffet: sausages, scrambled eggs (powdered kind), salsa/cheese for the eggs, pre-made waffles (very sugary!), instant oatmeal’s, small box-cereals, bananas/apples, yogurts (all high sugar though), coffee, hot water, tea. * Deep sofa could be used as a single bed or pulls out to full bed, nice for families. Con’s: * Sheets are lower thread count, scratchy- I would just bring my own pillow case if staying here again, as the pillows were good * Room layout is unusual. Typically the bathrooms are along the hallway side, which helps buffer sounds from the hallway. (During our stay the hall on the 4th floor was very quiet.) Here the bathroom is alongside where the bed(s) are, and the sink area is open to the main room, so more privacy for someone using the toilet/shower, but using the sink will disturb anyone’s sleeping. * Couldn’t figure out a way to block the bright light from the hallway visible around the entire doorframe. I usually block the bottom edge with a towel.

We had an amazing stay here. Our family needed a place to stay for two day Kennywood visit. I chose this place for online positive reviews / breakfast and $ value. A good breakfast was also extremely important. We have two growing boys, (12 and 15) and I always eat a big breakfast. Upon arriving, we were greeted by Sarah & Jean. They made our family feel like old friends. Sarah was very informative, friendly and through. She explained all the hotel’s amenities & gave us a list of all the nearby food places which we very much appreciated (and needed - we were starving from the busy day). Our room was very nice. Very clean, well kept and good condition. Pool 👍. Fitness center had cardio machines & adjustable bench w dumbbell rack. Boys & I enjoyed that in the evening & mom chilled in the room and got much needed, peaceful time to herself. Breakfast was AMAZING. I have Celiac disease (no gluten) so it’s always a concern for me traveling. The cage-free scrambled eggs were delicious and toppings of shredded cheddar & salsa could be added. Pork bacon, sausage/egg/cheese sandwiches. Chobani and Activia yogurt with an awesome topping selection of pumpkin / sunflower seeds, chocolate chips, coconut pieces, sliced almonds, walnuts. Great coffee and selection of juices were provided. The icing on the cake - they actually had a GLUTEN FREE MUFFIN selection (& regular muffins (choc or blueberry). We have season passes to Kennywood and highly recommend this hotel. We’ll be back!!

Yes, breakfast was great. The lady on duty was a tremendous help. She was very kind. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helped me understand how to use the TV in the room. Room was very clean, great room. Parking was convenient.

The staff was very attentive to fix an error made at check in. Upon arriving I went to pay a deposit for the room and the hotel charged me $450.00. When I questioned this they said they would release the hold. It is still on my account so I’m not sure it was a hold, I believe I was charged with the room in error and they are attempting to refund the money back to my card. I brushed this off as mistakes happen. Later in the evening we were in the pool area with the kids and had coffees and water bottles in reusable cups. The staff came in and left. About 5 minutes later the staff member hung signs on the pool door stating no food or drink in the pool area. Overall the staff was friendly but it didn’t seem sincere. All and all probably should have stayed somewhere else.

There are not many options for restaurants or entertainment nearby, but there was a nice movie theater. The hotel has a nice lobby area to play games and enjoy snacks. Door Dash delivers to this location.

This was a business trip. Arrived at the hotel Friday evening to check in, do a quick check of the room, and get dinner. During the quick check of the room, I didn't notice anything. Came back to the room after dinner and the room was stuffy. Found the A/C-heat unit unplugged. Went to use the fridge in the room and found it warm with a dead spotted lantern butterfly in it. Found that the fridge was also unplugged. Was out most of the next day. Back at the room after a long day, I discovered FLEAS in the bed and room. [They do not allow pets at this location.] Said something to the woman at the front desk and she switched my room. Had to move my family (including a sleeping child) around at 10 pm. While there were no fleas in the new room, there was hair in the shower and brown or reddish brown handprint on the shower curtain next to the toilet at face level. Having to take trips to Pittsburgh in the future, I will not be using this hotel again!

Every single staff member was beyond welcoming and friendly! From the parking lot to the room, everything was so clean!

There were dirty towels (previously used) hanging behind the door in the bathroom. The light in our bathroom flickered on and off throughout our stay, sometimes going off and staying off while we showered. The beds were old and way too soft. There were little flies in the room. Additionally, they put us in a room by the pool and there was a little league team in and out of there until late at night. For $350 per night, we were expecting a lot better conditions.

Staff at the hotel was amazingly helpful and pleasant! Lobby and rooms smelled clean and fresh. On the downside, bed and couch in the rooms were hard as rocks. Shower leaked water all over the floor and also was causing mold to grow outside of shower in the grout. Hair dryer needed replaced. All info was shared with staff. Apparently the leaky showers are a known issue.

The staff is very friendly. The room was clean except and this is always an issue when I stay at any hotel. The shower is never as clean as preferred. The shower had around the hinges that pink soap scum that accumulates, and along the bottom of shower you could see mold forming. I don’t know why the hotels don’t use atleast soap scum remover. I know bleach is harsh, and I forgot my bleach spray. I do carry cleaning wipes, but the scum needs a spray down. The toilet paper roll handle was falling off the wall. We paid over $300 a night for soap scum and hanging roll handle. There should be quality control after cleaning and maintenance going through the rooms to fix deficiencies. Other than those issues room #225 was clean.

Our stay there was great. The people were great and helpful. The only thing we had trouble with we couldnt get The tv to work.

The rooms were very small and poorly set up! Sink fixtures were too small for sink. Tried two rooms. Just bizarre. Need to tear down building and start over. Was very disappointed as it was a Marriott property. Understand it is it’s low end version but still!

The room was very spacious and clean. The shower had excellent water pressure and I liked that the toilet was separate from the sink. The continental breakfast was what you would expect.

Very little counter space in bathroom with no area to set hair and makeup supplies. Only other mirror in room was by door so unable to do hair and makeup with a mirror with place to set items. Poor design, unfortunately. Shower curtain cheap and sticks way into the shower. No housekeeping came to room even though we did not place a do not disturb sign out. Had to call for towels. They only provided 3 with 3 guests.

I've stayed here a few times and the hotel has been great. This time, room 301, the seal on the shower door was gone and it flooded the bathroom every time I showered. Other than that the place is great

The absolute worst service ever!

It is best in West Mifflin Pennsylvania. I had to check in one hour early and they allowed us. Woman at counter was super helpful.

The manager on duty when I checked in was amazingly nice made me feel comfortable welcomed and check in a breeze!

Property was very clean, inside was beautiful. Location was amazing, walk across the street to Target or Starbucks, drive 2 or 3 blocks to any and every store you could need. Ver happy with our choice to stay here!

There are not many attractions or great dining options near this hotel, but it is near grocery and home improvement options and a nice movie theater.

Everything was fine except the internet connection. Overall no other complaints.Good clean hotel. The guy with longer hair, i think he had braids, i can't rmember his name gave great locations to eat,he was very nice. Hotel is very south but 20 away from strip district ...visit Rolands seafood! Overall stay GOOD!
