The pool wasn't open which was a disappointment. Also, there were weeds with prickly things on them shooting up throughout the shrub beds in front of the building which was my first impression when I pulled into the parking lot.

PROPETY WAS CLOSE TO ALL THAT WE NEEDED. THE ENTRANCE FROM THE MAIN ROAD NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED, IT IS VERY SMALL AND UNEVEN FROM THE HIGHWAY. THANKFULLY THERE IS ANOTHER ENTRANCE TO THE HOTEL

The place was under construction, but they kept it tidy and clean. The rooms were completely redone everything new, and pristine. They served a hot breakfast, which was delicious. The pool was very refreshing. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I had lots of (14)boxes for move in college stuffs on my truck. Every 30min, I could watch my truck make sure safe, and parking lot light is bright and closed to entrance. On 1am I watch out side of parking lot for my truck, the police car was driving inside of parking lot. I felt more safe … and I could get deep sleep till 8am. Everything was perfect!!!!

Amazing experience. Loved the renovations and the outdoor pool was definitely the favorite part of our stay. Definitely convenient to have the app and check in and out all with the click of a button!

Getting ready for bed the first night we found pieces of toast on the floor and desk chair. We picked up and threw them away. I requested vacuuming of room the next day. No service was provided as trash was overflowing when we left after 3 nights.

Stayed at the property just for a bed for the night . Arrived around 9 pm to drop our bags off before grabbing a late bite to eat. When we walked into our room located on the first floor we noticed a white powder substance on the floor. Dropped our bags on our in room couch and got ready to leave. I figured because the room smelled liked the inside of box of the carpet cleaning powder that's what it was but still avoided the affected area just in case. On our way out we went to the front desk but there was no one around at the time. Famished we left to eat and decided to see if there anyone was there when we got back. There was not. We slept in the room over night got up, ate the amazing breakfast they provided them instantly checked out. When we told the front desk about the white powder she basically said that it was exactly what I thought it was and sometimes the powder rises back up. Honestly I didnt know how to respond to that, so I just decided to drop it. Can't just dump a box of carpet powder on the floor and say it's clean. Cleanliness, especially nowadays should always be top priority.

Breakfast was terrific each day. Staff helpful. Wasn't happy that the carpet in the room was damp. Thank goodness for slippers! Whole place smelled musty/moldy.

We just stayed here overnight on our way home. It was fine. The room and linens were clean. The hall carpet is stained thru out building and our door barely opened you had to push your shoulder into it and there was rust stains in the tub. But it was clean, and fine for a day. Pool was small but kids liked it, breakfast was okay.

I thought it would be loud there, but actually nice and quiet. The weird thing I found was the drapes only were the sheer type, and no heavier drape to close and darken the room.

Pinky and Tracy were top tier gals. I had to call and ask questions prior to checking in and Pinky was so nice and helpful, I got to meet her during my stay and she was even more lovely in person! Tracy did my check in and was able to switch our room so we could be closer to our friends in the wedding party, really appreciate her for that! The room was so spacious and comfortable and there were no issues with anything. The breakfast was great, especially the cinnamon roll waffles!

The fridge, microwave, and phone didn’t work. not a good experience finding the room door open when I got there and the fridge not working. The room also needs a facelift as carpet and area around bathroom is worn out.

The desk chair was old and beatened up. The toilet seat was loose and 1 of the rooms we requested was for a king bed and was given 2 queens instead without being notified or offered something for not getting what we requested. Also we checked in around 4:30 and still had to wait on 1 of the rooms to finish being vleaned

Breakfast was quite good. Our room faced the parking lot and major roadway. The noise level made it difficult to sleep. Sounds from the hallways also entered the room making sleep difficult.

I am very disappointed, because it is a great hotel to rest! I made my reservation on expedia and at At the time of check in they charge 50 dollars that are refundable when you check out. 20 business days have passed and they have not refunded me the 50 dollars and they simply do not give me an answer. I paid for the room to rest and delivered it in order. They don't have to charge me more. terrible service

The front desk staff were indifferent. There was confusion over our reservation even though I had a receipt. They could not give me a wakeup call as the room telephone had no dial tone. In our room the vinyl desk chair was peeling. The room was clean and met expectations. MSB

Had an issue checking in was told expedia messed it up but fortunately i had my receipts and emails from expedia they wanted me to pay again. And after an hour in our room someone opened our locked room door. The front desk did apologize with an attitude i might say and stated they had computer trouble. 2nd day our keys didnt work and the front desk needed to re key them. The interior of the room was weathered looking. So for these reasons i gave them a poor rating

Good service. They had just had a power outage the night before I got there. BIG storm. Many of their systems were still down. Could't make a room key, stuff like that. But they still gave me great service. Had to walk me to my room each time I came and went to let me in. they really went the extra mile.

Terrible customer service at front desk. Upon my arrival, I was told that the room I successfully booked was no longer available because the hotel overbooked rooms. (I was not informed of the change.). After 20-30 minutes, I was informed that they now had a room (similar to the room I initially requested) available. That experience ruined my two-night.

So tell me Hotels.com how do I book room on a very frequent basis and never have a problem with a hotel. This person at the front desk said my reservation was not available and the itinerary number and every other reservation number was not recognized by Hampton Inn. Hard to believe. So where is the truth. Never happened before. But happens in Wast Mifflin, Pa while trying to visit my mother in hospital, in dire condition. I had a valid and paid Hotels.com reservation. Someone at Hampton Management should look into this immediately as well as Hotels.com

Walking in the front doors and we got a huge blast of cigarette smoke. It lingered in the main lobby. Terrible cell service inside and some trouble connecting to wifi. Our hotel room smelled musty. It was right next to the front desk so maybe it was due to the cigarette smoke. We did notice some stains on the ceiling where there must have been water damage in the past. The breakfast was nice and overall an okay place to stay for an overnight. Careful pulling into the parking lot. It's not clearly labeled so I wasn't completely sure if I was going the right way. Huge dip in the road and if going too fast you would definitely bottom out. Good location-near lots of stores and restaurants.
