The room was nice, cleaned well. Loved the Dove shampoo, soap & lotion dispensers but we only stayed 1 night and the soap in the shower ran out. The bed was very comfortable. Location great close to lots of stores and easy accesaible to the city. staff was pleasant. I only issue I had was the elevator I was not a smooth ride so most of the time we opted to just take the stairs for fair we would get stuck in it

The property is somewhat small, it is hard to walk around the property because there is no space. There was no gym, it was closed for reno. It is well-connected; it is easy to get to places from there. The staff was really good, we asked for more towels we got them, the tub was not draining properly, we got it fixed the next day. The breakfast was really good; the young lady who took care of it was phenomenal; I asked to get the breakfast without seasoning, and she immediately worked her magic to get me a plain meal. I will come back to stay here anytime.

The property has not been generally updated in some time in terms of carpet, paint, wallpaper, lighting, etc. So, it was overall very drab. The elevator needs to be inspected immediately because when going up from the lobby, there is a significant jolt accompanied by a loud cracking noise. Neither is normal for an elevator on an individual basis, and combined they are telling you something bad is about to happen.

This is a pet-friendly hotel, the corridors are dirty, the gym is closed, and the meeting room is a storage room, the property needs a lot of maintenance and upgrade. Checking in and checking out was easy and the lady responsible for the breakfast was very helpful.

This place was disgusting! The whole property was dirty, smelled like smoke and was run down! The carpets were dirty, sheets and mattress covers had stains on them. When I opened the door it smelled like someone blew a puff of smoke in my face. All of our stuff smells like smoke now.

It was very dirty. The 1st room had paint peeling off the walls and the mattress had black mold all over the sides. The 2nd room was a little better as far as the mattress. The room its self was dirty. The floor needed vacuum under the desk and ottoman. It had a very dirty sour smell to the room.

The hotel was outdated. The elevator floor was broken and needed service maintenance because it felt unsafe when it took off to another level. Walking into the room itself it was more updated but entering the bathroom, the toilet was not properly cleaned, neither was the bathtub making me not want to use either. The sheets also had stains and one night when I went down to request a clean comforter, I had to wait over two hours for someone from the front desk to answer the phone. Having gone down to the lobb, there was non one. The location was good, close to many places to eat and Walmart.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better. There were dead bugs in the bathroom. The baseboards haven’t been cleaned in years. The shower curtain was falling off the wall so the curtain couldn’t close because of the slope which meant water went all over the floor. The conditioner bottle on the wall was empty prior to our arrival, and there were hairs on the clean towels. They were missing a waffle maker for breakfast. The employees were friendly and accommodating but there was a lack of cleanliness that could be taken care of with a little more effort. The price should be adjusted cheaper for the lack of cleanliness.

I was surprised the hotel wasn’t in good condition. The door to the room stuck as you opened it and you had to push it hard for it to open completely. The bathroom door looked like someone broke it. The entry light didn’t work. Shower gel bottle had water in it and the dispenser was not clean. While sitting my car drinking hot coffee all of a sudden the bottom of their cup broke open burning my leg and spilling coffee in my car. All these concerns were given to the staff and messages left for the manager but he has not contacted me to make some type of adjustments on our bill. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay there again.

We only stayed overnight before starting our college visits early the next morning. But the property was clean and check-in was smooth. Our son slept on the sleep sofa and getting sheets and a blanket were easy enough to get. Breakfast the next morning was well stocked and the staff was very attentive to keep everything refilled. My only negative was the size of the bathroom. We had a king with sleep sofa and the bathroom was tiny. There was barely enough room to open the door without touching the tub! With the door closed the floor was about 3 foot square in front of the tub and toilet. Very claustrophobic!

The bathroom was entirely too small. The sink and vanity were not even in the bathroom fortunately with my wife, and I said there was no uncomfortable issues in that respect because of the bathroom.

There was a distinct smell in the lobby. The TV wasnt the best as it kept blacking out. I have stayed in other Wyndham hotels and they have been much better overall. Staff was friendly for sure.

Our room was on the first floor and right outside the window was a noisy generator. It was noisy 24-7. We also, asked for room maid service and they forgot on the second day. We paid over $300 a night for an awful experience! We had Wyndham Rewards and they didn’t address that. Also, Wyndham sent us a survey and they still haven’t responded after weeks! Poor customer service!!

Told front desk our door would not close all the way, she said someone would check it next day. I was leaving next day. No other hotels available. Having to booby trap yourself in side your hotel room to feel safe. Receptionist stated no other rooms available and showed no concern. There was no iron in the room we needed to go to an event. Had to go as we were. Went to check out receptionist was gone from front waited about 7 minutes she shows up said she had to wash dishes from breakfast. She was very unprofessionally dressed her dress was low cut and her breast were practically hanging out only thing not visible was her nipples. Told receptionist I wanted to use different card for check out and she charged the card I used to hold room with. She Said I forgot you asked me to do that. Highly highly disappointed.

The front desk couldn’t find our reservation through hotels.com. Had to call in the hotels.com for customer service representative to calll the hotel to show that we had it booked . Process took 30 minutes. When we got our room we booked a double queen they had us in a single king. This change took another 30 minutes. Then when we got the correct room there was no bath towels. The front desk said the dryer was broken and they would send up towels. We never received them after 2 calls.

Joanne & Selena were so very professional and helpful. They always had a smile on their face.The breakfast was hot & delicious with a variety everyday and the 2 young ladies working the cafe keep it very clean and fully stocked with fresh food & fruit everyday.

The employees were professional and very friendly. I reserved 2 rooms, one had a number of issues door not installed properly, had a large gap between the door and the wall, people could see inside. The other room was good, but the bathrooms are small unless you have an ADA room. Breakfast was okay, coffee fantastic, not much selection, basic sausage, eggs, cereal, etc. Maybe consider adding waffles. All in all our stay was good, only there for 2 days.

This was our fourth and last Wyndham hotel of our trip, and unfortunately, we'd been extremely disappointed by the previous three. But gratefully this one was great! The staff was wonderful, and the room was really nice. This was what I had been expecting from a Wyndham, and unfortunately the previous places had major issues with maintenance/cleanliness. But not the Pittsburgh/West Mifflin Wyndham - it was exactly what we'd hoped it to be. I'd recommend it, and would stay there again.

The room was clean and comfy for one person or couple trip. Bathroom is extremely small the sink is outside of the bathroom. Staff was helpful and friendly I was 90min early and they still let me check in. Location your about 35min from Downtown but location has stores and chain restaurant's. I would stay here again especially for the price

Great breakfast. Very friendly staff. Well located, near a lot of amenities. Only complaint? The elevator is old, kinda loudly terrifying. There’s a very audible CLUNK every time it starts up. It’s a bit disconcerting.

The milk on the buffet was expired and the hotel could definitely use some new carpeting. The people in the room next to me left two large dogs unattended. Frightened and alone, the dogs barked constantly. The hotel tried to make contact with the owners, but after 2 hours of barking, I had to request ( and received) a new room down the hall.

The room was musty unless we kept the air conditioner max'ed out on cold. The breakfast area was tiny, and quality went downhill each day (over 3 days). Day 1 - no pancakes or waffles, but the egg "omelettes" and bacon were great; Day 2 - the egg "omelettes" were over cooked and the "Eggo" pancakes and waffles were precooked and un-salvageable (no amount of butter and syrup could add any life to them - so I threw them out), Day 3 - the egg "discs" were dry and burnt along with the sausage links and the same dry "Eggo" pancakes and waffles where dry (didn't attempt to eat them again).

Only had a one night stay but would definitely stay here again. The room was very clean. Bathroom fully equipped with shampoo, soap and conditioner. Breakfast was very good with plenty to eat. Not just dried up donuts, Actual good food, fruit, coffee etc.

We’ve stayed here many times and have always been very satisfied! This time was very different. Disappointed in the bed (it must be broken, the mattress was sagging) no shampoo, conditioner or bath wash in dispenser. The breakfast was very poor. No coffee, had to ask twice for it, the breakfast area very dirty and the food was not restocked. Very disappointed in this stay.
