Hot tub inop. Pool was dirty, but heated at least. Random trash and beer bottles throughout the grounds. Tje tub creaked badly and felt like it was going to fall through the floor. Ice machine inop. Had to scoop ice from a cooler located in the lobby. And all this at $250 per night. This place is old and outdated. In major need of a facelift.

Extremely disappointing stay. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was for the pool, but it was completely closed during my visit with no notice ahead of time. Even worse, when I called the front desk the lady who answered didn’t offer any kind of compensation, alternative, or resolution. Every other staff member I interacted with was kind, but this lady basically told me there's nothing she can do for me, that were on our own, and hung up on me!!! If your pool is going to be inaccessible for a long period of time and especially due to a CITY VIOLATION, you shouldn't display pool and spa on online reservations and MISLEAD people. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

We were looking for just a one night stay. Front desk was great. Property is old. Bathroom door didn’t close. Pool has been shut down for quite a while as it has green Algae growing. We were not made aware of the pool being closed until we arrived. Room was extremely small. Close to multiple restaurants. Would probably not stay here again.

Convenient location. Breakfast was not that good. We only had one day and didn't bother for the rest of the stay. The pool and Jacuzzi needs to be updated/renovated very badly, actually should be closed until updated. Ok to stay if you are on a budget.

Dirty and smelled. Bathroom was missing shampoo and it looked like someone had snoked in the bathtub and burnt the side. Room smelled funny. Breakfast was not great. Staff was super friendly and did their best with what the property was.

The beds were somewhat clean, but we still decided to sleep on top of all of the bedding. The bathroom had hair all over the place, including on the towels. There was even a cockroach on the wall. If we weren’t in a rush to find a place to rest for the night, we would gave gone somewhere else. Pretty disappointing for the price we paid.

We will never stay at this Quality Inn again. The room was dark and dingy. The bathtub had terrible cracks in it that made a horrible noise when stepping on it. The mirror was falling off the wall, the mirrors were dirty, the floors were dirty. I get that it is old, but really needs an upgrade for St George standards. We arrived and were told the Jacuzzi was broken and had been for a month. It was not a good experience at all. We checked out early and took our business elsewhere.

We booked our stay online several weeks in advance. We booked a king bed room, and asked for a pet-friendly room as we were traveling with two small dogs. We contacted the property ahead of time to make sure that a pet-friendly room would be available, and that parking with a small trailer would also be available. Upon arrival, we found that there was nearly nowhere to park (we ended up shoehorning our SUV and trailer into a corner about as far away from our room as you could get), and that we were booked into a room with 2 queen beds. Now, the fact that there were 2 queen beds instead of a king would normally not prompt a review, but when added to everything else, I felt it should be added. The room floor was so nasty that just walking across it one time barefoot left the soles of our feet black. The shower took forever to warm up, and when it did, the temperature was inconsistent at best. The pool and hot tub were closed, meaning we couldn't even soak after spending all day in the car. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. I would not stay at this location again. We stayed at a different Quality Inn the next night in Denver, and it was a completely opposite experience. It's not the hotel chain, it's this location.

For starters, I wasn’t really expecting much from this place based off of the reviews. The room we stayed in was clean for the most part besides the shower. The shower had a dark stain that looked like it wouldn’t come off. The sink water had a very distinct odor that smelled like a really bad plumbing issue. The plumbing for the sink looked like it was overdue for a change which is why I’m assuming it smelled really bad. Thankfully the front desk agent moved our room immediately and the other room was a lot better. The second room had no stains and it didn’t have any bad odors. So they did a good job in recovering our stay but I definitely won’t be staying at this place again in the future.

The property itself is an older motel, the rooms are moderately run down. The beds in our room were squeaky, the mattresses were pretty shot, and the toilet is so low to the ground it's like a kid's toilet. The room comes with a fridge and microwave which is nice. We did find some stains/spots on our cover blankets, and the tile floor made our feet really black so I don't think they've mopped in a while. The pool was pretty nice, but a little dirty.

It was ok. Great price. But it is old and sort of run down. Our room was as clean as it could be. Old furniture and the light switches were old and sort of dirty really. Carpet was ok, but a little wrinkled. It is just old and very dated and sketchy. Pool looked good. But we did not use it. The breakfast was rather sad. Same both days that we ate it. Sort of microwave round eggs and sausage, waffles and then different breads. The orange juice was super thick one day and way watered down the next. Both were undrinkable. The people at the desk were nice. We didn't know that they don't clean the room every day so that was a surprise. We didn't really need it cleaned especially for the price, but it would have been nice to know. All in all, it was just Ok. I don't think we will stay here again. But, nothing made us feel like we needed to leave early and find a new place.

Checkin was slow because there was only one person working. Room was somewhat difficult to find. My room had a door to an adjoining room...the people were not noisy, but I could hear everything happening in their room. When I tried to turn the heat on, a very strong burning smell emanated from the heater....so strong that I turned it off. When I mentioned it at checkout, the attitude was 'whatever'.. Won't be staying again.

Unfortunately our stay was far from great, when we first got there we were told the keys didnt work properly which each time we would go to unlock it, it would take a min just to get it to even work. The following day on Saturday when walking to the breakfast room there was a dead cockroach just sitting on the top of an AC unit. The worst part was Sat night around 10pm a loud noise started coming from the closet area which sounded like a loud hissing/running water sound. We looked and didnt see anything so we decided to just try to ignore it and go to sleep about 15 mins of it happening and noticing it getting warm in the room we decided to try and call up to the front desk to see if they can fix the noise but our room phone didnt even work. We turned on the lights and saw water had soaked one of our own personal towels and our luggage right underneath that because where the sound was coming from a water leak was coming through the wall and water was spraying out and leaking on to our personal belongings. It took us 5 mins to find someone to resport the issue to since we couldnt call. Luckily they had a room still available to move us to but was extremely inconvenient at 10:30pm to move rooms but the front desk gentleman went to get the Manager she didnt even bother to acknowledge us. We even had an issue where they kept trying to charge my card multiple times the rate for the weekend when it was paid when we first checked in. I have photos and videos of everything.

I arrived at 12:30 AM after a grueling trip.I had reservations for two nights. When I got in the room, I was unable to bolt lock the door. The phone didn't work so I walked back to the front desk. She came to the room and also struggled with the bolt lock. She stated I didn't need it because there was a latch. I said I'm not comfortable with out the bolt lock. She struggled with it by lifting the door up and finally got it locked. When I went to unlock it, it stuck badly. I said I'm not comfortable with this lock. Can i please have another room? She argued with me.I told her it was about my safety, please assign me another room. She gave me another room with a working bolt lock. There was a dead bug on the bed sheet.It wasn't a bed bug. I looked it up. Then I discovered the next morning that the phone did not work and the key card did not work. I was given a replacement key, I ate my breakfast, packed up, returned my keys and went to another hotel. Expedia got the second night canceled and I received a refund for the second night. The clerk was disrespectful. The property was dysfunctional.

For the price, this hotel far exceeded my expectations. The staff is extremely friendly. The rooms are large and very clean. The outdoor pool and hot tub are excellent, clean, very warm and well maintained. Great place to stay on a budget. Will be staying here again

It’s in a convenient location, close to the freeway and tons of restaurants. It is clean-ish and the service is friendly. It was very noisy and in not the best area. I was awoken at 2:30 AM by a couple in an argument right outside my room, that made me feel quite unsafe. It’s definitely a “get what you pay for” kind of place. Besides all this, I will definitely stay there again.

It's not the fanciest, but they don't pretend to be. It is what it is for the price and it was clean and ready for our stay. It's great that the rooms also have mini fridges. Breakfast was well stocked and had a nice variety to choose from. Overall, a great value and pleasant place to have a rest.

I’ve stayed at this location twice now and have been satisfied both times. Sure, the place shows a little wear, but the price point and offerings made it fine. I appreciate the ladies who oversee breakfast. They do a good job. No fruits offered but otherwise a very decent breakfast. The desk clerk has been informative and kind at check in. Great location on the east side of St George near I-15 and a few miles from Snow Canyon State Park. The only con I encountered during my first stay, I discovered a little patch of black mold on the ceiling where the roof clearly had leaked, but they apologized and said the roof was replaced and they’d seal the room and patch it up after I left. Overall, I’m satisfied with this hotel and appreciate it being the cheapest at my time of booking.

I don’t know why this hotel doesn’t have a higher rating. For the price it is excellent value. Easy access from 15. There is a breakfast, with lots of hot and cold items, provided. Very comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend it.

Definitely a two star hotel. Strong smell of cleaning product upon arrival. Door key cards did not work well. Front door deadbolt would not latch due to alignment of the door. Bathroom door would not latch for the same reason. The tub finish was peeling which made the tub look dirty, though I believe it was clean. The mattresses are quite springy. The pool and spa had a green tint to the water. The best item at breakfast was the waffles, but it required waiting about 15 minutes in a line to use the single waffle maker. The staff comes in promptly at 9:30 to shut down breakfast by turning everything off and closing the window shutters which felt a little too aggressive. On the plus side, the hotel seemed clean. The coffee was good and the hotel is conveniently located.
