We stayed here twice within a couple of days. The first night was pretty good. Second not so much. The good: location is very convenient, rooms were spacious, breakfast is pretty decent and includes hot items like eggs, sausage, waffle maker. Online check out was quick and easy. The bad: if you have a room that faces the road, you're going to hear a lot of noise. Rooms are not well insulated against it. The second room in which we stayed had an old A/C unit that was insanely loud. Room was too warm without it on, but with it on it was hard to sleep. Pool area is very nice although the pool itself is on the small side for a hotel. Overall hotel is clean, but also feels dated and like it could use a refresh.

No handicap accessibility the elevator was broken no rooms on ground floor, farthest room from the office and upstairs. Hot tub wasn’t available over crowded, the pool was way too cold.

Property was alright for a night stay. Only major complaint or issue id have is the water was not hot in are room was warm couldn’t get any hot water out of the shower. And I tried the hot tub outside and it was warm but not a hot tub status hot. Everything else was good. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was decent and the staff was nice.

Not sure they are changing the sheets in the rooms. Bloodstains on the sheets in one room, lots of black hair in the bed of the room they moved me to. Stayed at Ramada against my best judgment and got burned. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and never had this happen.

The property is well located. The property is pretty rundown, the room had a bad smell possibly coming from the carpet. The carpet throughout the whole building was old and dirty. It needs a serious upkeep. I won't stay there again.

The room had bugs and cobwebs in it. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was excellent. I think the hotel needs to be sprayed for bugs and extra care in cleaning. The carpet in my room could stand a good shampoo or replacement.

It was just really noisy from the street traffic. Both my husband and his nephew needed to be on a shuttle at 330 am for the St George Marathon. We would request rooms on the pool side- not on the street side for next time. They both got about 2 hours of sleep due to the noise outside.

I needed an easy place to stay that was close to the hospital. The front desk staff was so helpful helping me get my room and then extend my reservation. Especially the evening shift gentleman that asked me each evening how I was doing.

Checked in about 11:30 pm and the desk clerk checked us into the wrong room and asked us to come back to the front desk. After getting to the right room, the desk called about an hour later to tell us we needed to sign the paperwork. This was after 1:00 am and we had been asleep for over an hour. He ended up coming to the door and sliding the paperwork under the door. Then he called very early in the morning to remind us not to return the paperwork. Not a very restful night to say the least.

I booked a king suite with a sofa pull out bed but instead i was given a handicap accessible room with no sofa and only the 1 bed. I told the staff member at the front desk who told me there is nothing he could do about it because i booked it through Expedia and he couldn't make changes. I told him it was not a change, I only wanted the room I booked and paid for. He then told me they had no king rooms available to switch me into. I looked at their direct website for the dates I was staying and it showed that they had 3 available to book. I showed him and he still held his position that there were no rooms and I had no option but to accept the room I was given. The rest of the staff was great but I did not appreciate being lied to or the lack of accommodation or professionalism. The rest of the staff at the hotel was great.

During our most recent road trip, we decided to stop in St. George to get a few hours of sleep before hitting the road in the morning. We used Hotels.Com to book our stay and, since it was after midnight, the option to book same day was not available. I booked my stay for 07/04 and when we tried to check in, the front desk told us he couldn’t check us in because our reservation was for the next day. It was 1am and we were exhausted, we asked for an “early” check in even if there was an additional cost and he said that, if it was 4am maybe he could do it. Zero empathy or willingness to help! We had to pay for a night just to get some sleep. Horrible customer service! Wouldn’t recommend. The fact that there was no intention to help and just said: call hotel.com shows the poor customer service they have.

The breakfast menu was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was good and plentiful. The room was clean and comfortable. I always stay at this location when I’m in St George and I will in the future. There are plenty of dining options available close by.

We enjoyed this hotel. Was concerned about the beds at first being too firm but we actually slept great on them. The pool area is great and well maintained. The breakfast is the only area that could use some improvement.

This is the second time staying here. It’s safe and convenient to the freeway. This is an older hotel that needs a little work. The carpet in the hallways is well worn. The chair in our room was well worn too. But the front desk personnel are professional, warm and kind. The breakfast was terrible. The eggs are powered and were like warm. The orange juice was not orange but almost brown. Not a good breakfast at all. But this place is safe and very popular with travelers on the freeway.
