Convinient located from the airport. Walking distance from Ruby Tuesday. Room are nice and clean. Bathroom was really small but doable. The indoor pool was bad and run down.

Our stay was great. When we checked in we asked about the shuttle to the airport and what time we would need to be there. The front desk person told us if we left at 4:30AM we would be good. So we got down stairs to take the shuttle and the front desk person asked if we needed breakfast, we said if it was available we would love it. So she opened the breakfast area at 4:15 so we could eat prior to leaving for the airport. She was awesome. Also this is a perfect place to stay as the airport was less than a 5 min drive from motel! Great place to stay and the staff went above and beyond what was expected!

We stayed overnight for a early flight out of Knoxville. They have a 24 hour shuttle service which was nice. The hotel itself was clean and the people were nice. Overall a good experience.

My only complaint was the pool. There were no lights in it so swimming after dark was a problem. There was also a very strong smell of chlorine. Staff was very friendly and helpful

I had to be moved to a different room because of a mouse issue in my room. And then the next night, my sister and her husband had to be moved from their room because of mice. I did not see any nor did they in the new room, but the thought was there every night. The ice machines were broken on all floors so that was just an inconvenience.

This has always been a great location but it has been a year or two since my last visit. This stay was not as good in that there was some mold in the bathtub and the room and hallways smelled like mildew. I hope those get corrected soon so I can stay there again.

Every interaction I had with the front desk employees were great! They were very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable except for what we found in the microwave... The downside is that the room was not clean. A previous occupant left two sausages in the microwave and the cleaning person missed it along with other small pieces of garbage found in all of the corners of the room.

The WiFi was not working in the room. When we asked the staff, they said it's like that on the 3rd floor and nothing can be done about it. When I turned the heater on for a minute, there was a strong smell which set off the fire alarms. Also, breakfast was not good for vegetarians.

Wonderful hotel...the only issue I had was that the bathroom sink/counter are not in the bathroom, they are in entry way.. there isn't a place in bathroom for you to put your clothes for shower,or toiletries,

Our only complaint is the noise. Doors slam very easily so it was happening a lot and voices in the hallway travel well. The air units don't have a loud enough fan to muffle any of it so we were awakened by other guests several times.

Room was nice, but the WiFi was pretty much unusable. Nothing would load at all, the TV was very staticky. The bath tub didn’t have a stopper that worked, so I had to figure out a different way to give my toddler a bath.

Short drive to UT campus and football stadium. It’s also close to airport so a little loud and can hear people coming and going all hours of night. Bed was comfortable.

I chose this property for its proximity to the airport. That accounts for the very commercial setting: gas stations, fast food restaurants, businesses that support airport operations. The rooms were clean and comfortable however for this stay my room was located near some kind of very big equipment that roared to life every other hour through the night. It was LOUD and vibrated the space so I did not get good rest.

EV charger doesn’t work, hasn’t in a long time according to desk attendant. . TV in our room didn’t work, they came and replaced it. Stations were all in SD very blurry.

From the moment I booked the staff was great. To the shuttle driver that was driving in the most miserable weather here in Knoxville, and Alicia, who is behind the counter was awesome. Anytime I had a question. Alicia was right there. Answering my question. The best western should be so grateful to have employees like her.

Late evening check in after a long drive, this hotel was like heaven. Seriously, the hotel is newer, clean with great amenities and the staff is terrific! I definitely will earmark this location for a planned stop on my treks down to the southern states!

Our stay was great. When we checked in we asked about the shuttle to the airport and what time we would need to be there. The front desk person told us if we left at 4:30AM we would be good. So we got down stairs to take the shuttle and the front desk person asked if we needed breakfast, we said if it was available we would love it. So she opened the breakfast area at 4:15 so we could eat prior to leaving for the airport. She was awesome. Also this is a perfect place to stay as the airport was less than a 5 min drive from motel! Got to the hotel at 12am from the airport. Was told I didn’t have a reservation and all rooms were sold out even though the lady right before us thanked the front desk lady for getting her a room. Stranded had to get any room I could get in the middle of the night. Called hotels.com and they still showed my reservation as active but they couldn’t get a hold of the hotel

Horrible breakfast, renovation was poorly done, hot throughout the hallways like no air ventilation, woman screaming someone was in her room ands his trying to kill her all night long but turned out to be a drunk lady according to the front desk. I will no longer stay at this property.

The people that were staying were very loud on the first floor the two nights we stayed and nobody did anything about it. I think they were there for an extended period of time. They played their music loud and were drinking out in the parking lot the night before and the next morning, they just left the pile of cans in the landscaping in the back. The breakfast was not good. The hot water was not hot, the coffee container was empty, the hot breakfast was empty, and the pancake maker wasn't working. Our room had a distinct smell that never went away.

Pillows are the worst Pillows, they are so uncomfortable. I think they came from the dollar store. I could hardly sleep because my neck hurt so bad from the rubber pillows. Breakfast is pretty gross, frozen egg patty, orange juice was disgusting, bagels were pre frozen.
