It was clean and quiet, but property was older, not so well maintained. Pool was dirty.

Room was ok. Had a musty smell almost like a dog had been in there. Water Pressure in the shower was terrible, barely would rise the soap off. Parking was terrible, they allow too many trucks with trailers and box trucks that took up multiple spot along with empty utility trailers in the parking space.

The hotel is perfectly acceptable and exactly what I'd expect: clean, pleasant, etc except that more than half of the equipment in the exercise room is broken. At least the treadmill works.

Shower pressure was not enough to take. Stale smell in the room. Gym was for just name sake. Breakfast incomplete.

Had a flight cancellation and staff was very accommodating but they do need to have airport shuttle since they advertise as an airport hotel and taxis don't always run early times.

Nicely kept up and plenty of parking. Nice clean, safe and quiet location. The front desk was absolutely spectacular. The during the day treated you like you were staying at a bed and breakfast. Price was very reasonable as well!

The rug really needed to be cleaned. Couldn't walk on it without shoes. The rest of the room was fine. Lumpy bed. Ok for one night but in no way worth the price. But, equal to everyone else in the area.

Stay here if you don't care about cleanliness. We found several black curly pubic hairs in our bed and obvious blood splatter on several of the pillow cases. It was apparent that the sheets had NOT been changed. And because it was the middle of the night we had no choice but ask for a new set of sheets that we had to put on the bed ourselves.

First experience walking in was they had so much scent being pumped in the lobby to try and make it smell good that it would take your breath and will give you a headache. The had mold on the tile in the hallway walking into our room. The toilets wasn't cleaned. They said hot breakfast well it is just microwaved egg patties and sausage links and one waffle maker. One major this was after first night we didn't have any more towels so we went to ask and they said they ran out and had to go buy more. We asked OK where are the bought ones were and they acted like it was a issue to go get more towels. They pictures on the site look nothing I mean nothing like the room we stayed in.

Staff was very helpful and professional. The room was adequate. Bed comfortable and bedding and towels clean. Floors need cleaning.

The hotel is right off the main road pretty close to the airport, which is convenient. We got into our room and noticed that the carpet was sopping wet and the room smelled very musty. I went to the front desk and they switched the room for us. When we walked into the second room, it smelled really bad and the floor which was laminate was greasy feeling on your shoes. I asked the front desk if all the rooms smelled like this and they said what they use to clean with makes the room smell like that. We were hesitant to stay because it didn’t smell clean. We ended up staying but got deodorizer from the store and put the coffee pads in the room to soak up odor. We would not stay here again. It’s unfortunate that the hotel is in this shape and needs TLC

The floor was sticky and dirty, and there were stains on bed linens.

Room was filthy floors especially.Checked in room opened soy sauce wrappers in trash can side tables has food grease on them hair in shower the toilet is bad loose fitted and rocks. Will never stay there again as I think there are new owners based on past experiences.

The floors were not clean. My socks were black after walking without shoes on. I asked for water at breakfast and he said they were out. There was an empty water pitcher on the counter. I asked for a water fountain and he said it was in the ‘workout room’ which was outside through the awful green pool area. The reception person (I didn’t get her name) was very nice and helpful, the gentleman however was not.

Bed was a little firm and squeaks quite a bit. Room was clean and property was pretty quiet overall despite the hotel being pretty full.

Hotel that’s past its useful life. Room was humid. A/C didn’t work. Very uncomfortable beds.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The main problem was the internet was terrible. The log on was confusing and it only asked for the password once. All the other times it just let me on, but the connection was terrible. The TV channel guide was like every other hotel we have ever stayed in, inaccurate. Just once I wish they channel numbers in the guide they leave would actually be the channel numbers you turn on. If you don't need internet, I highly recommend this place.

The room we were in was not we'll insolated and the A/C unit barely worked.We asked to move rooms and were denied a room transfer because they didn't want to have to clean the room we were in. Instead the staff offered us a fan to use, which tells me this is an ongoing and common problem for them.

Staff not available at front desk when needed. Found front desk unattended 2 times during stay, had to call 911 for a child locked out of room and no one at front desk to assist.

We arrived just after midnight for check in and the front desk agent was asleep when we arrived and it took 20 min for her to check us in because she was so out of it and tired. It is a miracle that our key card worked for our room.

Ashley is the manager and she is excellent. She goes above and beyond and runs a great hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful too.

To start with The Lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing, she was awesome checking us in and also gave some great ideas on where to eat.. the bed was really comfortable. and slept great

Jerry at the front desk was truly a professional who is very customer service oriented. The cleaning staff was very accommodating The young lady who worked the night shift was very friendly and a good representative of your company

Went to check in late at night and my reservation was given to another guest that signed my paperwork because the desk person did not check id on the person (was not the guest fault but he should have looked at the paperwork) Manager was put on the phone and I was told that he would give me a discount for this problem as it took over an hour to remediate and get me a room. First he said he would give me $30 total off, and I said that is not acceptable and how does that work when I am standing here without my room a room your receptionist gave away at my rate that I booked back in May, and there was basically identity theft, my card my reservation, but not my signature. He then said take the room tonight and come to the desk in the morning and we will work it all out. Surprise no manager just a receipt showing a slight discount for the night. At end of stay I Received my bill and there was no discount on the bill at all. When I asked the morning person checking me out he said he didn't know anything. I am now dealing with the hotel chain until this is made right. This place is run by dishonest person. I also had two other reservations for two other rooms for people in our group, those reservations were canceled for some reason but they were able to open them. The hallways and lobby had scent sprayers that were absolutely terrible and our room was very humid turned on the bathroom fan constant to help mediate the humidity. The rug was ripped, edge strip exposed w/sharp points.

I did not receive several wake up calls - this is important!

The location was perfect for our stay. There is a walking trail right behind the property. The breakfast was good for a fast pick me up. Our room was clean but was a bit out dated, the green walls made the room dark and dingy. The a/c was a bit difficult to keep a steady temp in the room but we survived. All in all our 3 night stay was good.

Cheap nice and close to the airport

One of our rooms smelled of mold and dirty carpet. It must have not yet been renovated because they promptly moved us to another room. The other room was great. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The usual waffles were good, but there is only one waffle iron. The plasticware was so flimsy you couldn’t cut the waffle! The spoons would not hold the oatmeal. The water was not hot enough to make the instant oatmeal and the microwave didn’t work. Coffee was just brown water.

Room was good. A bit small but served its purpose. Free breakfast was a joke. Eggs or eggs, waffle, 2 kinds of cereal, 1 fruit, yogurt, bagel or toast. OJ wasn't OJ. Ended up at MCD. A little pricey in my opinion, but again, served its purpose.

Quality inn was okay. They never seem to have enough towels. Clean but small rooms. Breakfast is not good

The staff was super friendly. One of the nights we had a rowdy crowd across the hall, and I had to call the front desk. They handled everytbing promptly and we didn't have any other issues. I also think they have a great variety at breakfast too. I have 3 kids and enjoyed it.

Extremely nice for the price. Staff was awesome and rooms where very nice. Housekeeping does a great job. We enjoyed the wonderful breakfast. Eggs, sausage, all sorts of bread, cold bar, juices, coffee, teas and WAFFLES! 😋
