Not a terrible place to stay for the price. We were traveling home from the beach and found it a good half way point to let our kids get some rest and get out of the vehicle. The lobby/guest services staff were not friendly or welcoming at all upon arrival. At one point I was questioned about my service dog. When I provided credentials, I got a slight eye roll and a “mmk thanks” response. Several places in the room that could have been in better condition. Stained curtains, dirty/sticky doors from grime build up. Beds are not comfortable at all, especially the pull out bed on the sofa. We all woke up feeling worse than when we went to bed. Breakfast was some microwaved sausage and “omelet”. They did have a waffle maker, but with it being the only one, it took forever to get myself and my children some. Our housekeeper was helpful! Overall, not a horrible place for a budget but I don’t think I’ll return.

Incredible stay for the value paid! It's very close to the airport, not too far from downtown, and has a free airport shuttle which I loved. The shuttle didn't make me wait long either which was amazing. Would recommend 10/10.

Room was not well cleaned, floor was filthy and in need of good vacuum cleaning. We discovered bed bugs in the corner of one bed and in the pull out couch. Horrified asked for another room on another floor as it was past time to get our kids to bed. Asked for a refund for the terrible experience and shocking bedbug exposure. We were reassigned to a 3rd floor room which was extremely hot but at least no bugs after thoroughly inspecting. The front desk told us the manager would reach out to us about a refund. Next morning- no contact from management. I call after we checked out- no call back. I called again. I stopped by the lobby 3 days later on a Monday during business hours. I emailed the manager. I send a corporate complaint to Choice hotels who owns Comfort inn and suites. Nothing but an offer for a coupon bonus points to stay at a future hotel with the company. I just want my money back. Terrible customer service experience. Only good thing I can say is that the airport shuttle service is helpful for getting to an early morning flight.
