This is a nice little hotel with really wonderful staff. The pool is small and near the road, not very private; so if that is important you you this may not be the place for you. The room was very quite and clean, the location is very convenient and easy to walk around from. The breakfast options are minimal, but there is always coffee available.

Did not like having to dodge goose poop all over the parking lot. Stepped in some! Yuck! But it was nice to sit in the rocking chairs and watch them in the creek. Love the creek, love the location. Love the fruit water, coffee, and tea availabe 24/7. Staff super friendly and helpful from housekeeping to check in/out.

Old Creek Lodge is an amazing hotel. Our family loved our stay there. Rooms were spotlessly clean and the fireplace was a bonus, It was relaxing to sit out on the balcony and watch the wildlife, including the bears. Breakfast was delicious. We certainly would return and we have told our friends about this wonderful hotel.

Every interaction was warm and genuine, and it’s clear they take pride in offering great service. Our room was beautiful—spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a cozy mountain lodge vibe. The beds were great, and the fireplace and balcony added the perfect touch. We also had a gorgeous view of the river behind the hotel, which made our mornings and evenings feel so peaceful. The location couldn't be better. Just a short walk to the main strip, it was super convenient to shops, restaurants, and attractions—yet still quiet and relaxing at night. We loved being able to park and explore Gatlinburg without needing to drive. Old Creek Lodge exceeded our expectations. Great value, excellent service, and a perfect location. We’ll absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We stayed for our 26th wedding anniversary. Everything was perfect the lady at check in was beyond helpful when we had a problem with our debit card she was so nice and polite. The room was so cozy and the view of the stream was perfect we saw a famy of itters and bear outside our balcony. Already booked a return visit for October.

If you're familiar with Gatlinburg then you know finding somewhere to stay can be tricky. The traffic can be brutal. This was a great pick, a little off the main stretch but not far, very close and walkable, but far enough that you could drive off without getting trapped in the traffic. You could go the back way and get to the bypass without hitting the main road traffic at all. Right on a the creek so it had a nice view and you could see the Ober Gatliberg ride too. Room was clean and comfortable.
