The staff waa friendly but we has specifically asked for adjoining rooms and when we had gone at 10 am we were told they would be. When we went to our rooms that evening they were not. The sheets on one bed was ripped, spots on the pillowcase, fruit flies all over. The pool waa green so we couldn’t even use it. Room was "cleaned" after our first night but they only took half the dirty towels, made one bed, pulled the blanket up on the other and did not vaccuum, clean the sink or tub. Was no breakfast due to "renovations" but there is no sign of renovations anywhere

The location was fantastic. It was in walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The only downside was the pool was closed. We got to see a bear from our balcony. We would stay here again.

When arriving at the property the front desk attendant was asleep and I asked about the pool she said I could go in anytime knowing that the pool had a sign on it that it was closed we could see the pool from the room but my granddaughter could not go swim it made for an awful trip

Great value. Great location. Our room was clean and up to date. Bed was comfortable. TV was oversize for most motels. Air conditioner worked was a bit finicky. Elevator was worn and slow, but it worked too. Owners are refreshing property. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location. trolley out front. Can see Skywalk from hall window. Didnt like balcony view of convention center wall. Or that we had a connecting room we didnt request and ice machine across from us. No breakfast. Housekeeper entered room while i was in room and again bfre we checked out on day of departure. Parking was first come first serve. Pool was nice but water bit murky. Would stay here again because of location.

The a/ c was good .The bathroom had mold in it . The staff was nice at check in and out. The room had a terrible smell that didn’t go away even with opening the balcony door . The view on the balcony was of a wall . The best part of the hotel was the location in walking distance to most everything on the parkway.

The first room smelled and was dirty so we requested another. The front desk made me walk back to the lobby to get the keys to the new room, they should have delivered them as to lessen my inconvenience. The second room smelt less but was also in need of repairs. Both rooms had a beautiful view of the wall of the building next door.

Bed was very confortable but the AC is old, super noisy and not working properly so the room was humid and smelly like mold. Disappointing for a renovated room! Also the bathroom door was dirty with dust and black hairs 😕

The hotel stated they had construction going on so they did not provide certain amenities including breakfast so I contacted them about this and they said everything will be back to normal for our stay. However upon arrival we learned that is was not the case. We had to move rooms because brown water started pouring down from our ceiling which got our stuff wet. The entire building had a bad smell and the bathroom was lined with black mold looking substances. I had a sore throat after 2 nights of staying there. There was a whole 6 lounge chairs by the pool so any time we went we had to leave our things on the ground. We attempted to speak to front desk about any compensation for all of the inconveniences and we were told we have to wait 4 days to call a manager and that they are not allowed to touch reservations at all. The parking lot had JUST enough parking for everyone but there was a time where someone was taking up 2 spots which left the person following behind us without one. I witnessed another person complaining that there was no spots to park. I am not even the type to complain and I never leave reviews but I would never stay in this hotel again and I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Basic room, don't expect a lot of bells and whistles. balcony pointless unless you smoke, all you see from balcony is neighboring building wall. Still, clean quiet room at a great rate, super convenient to convention center, aquarium etc

Great place to stay on Gatlinburg's main strip. Almost right in the middle and within walking distance of great shopping, a ton of food choices, Ripley Aquarium, and all the attractions Gatlinburg has to offer. Would have given 5 stars but the bathroom in the king bed rooms is smaller than some other hotels in the area and TV did not work, took 2 calls for someone to come fix it. Otherwise perfect place to stay if you want to leave your car at the hotel which is highly recommended, and leasurely enjoy you're walk down Gatlinburg's main street. Don't want to forget to say that the front office staff at check in and out were very friendly.

Room was good. Service was good. TV did not work properly. It kept putting a login screen on face of tv about every five minutes and had to turn tv off an on to make it go away then it came back. They said they could not fix it. The shower curtain was too narrow for the tub and the result was water would get over everything. Water pressure was great even maybe excessive and when you get out of the tub water is on the floor and on all the items in the bathroom. It was a comfortable hotel and people very nice but probably would not stay again because of the problems.

Located in a great area on the strip of Gatlinburg! Facility is older, but I was very impressed with the room size, as it was super spacious and not cramped at all! I would definitely stay here again and again and would recommend it to others!

The room seemed clean enough, but there was a funky smell that I think was coming from the air conditioner. Also, we had a small balcony that the view was of the wall of the building next door. They didn’t let you know that there was construction going on in the building until after you had booked the room. The plus was it is very convenient to downtown.

The room was good. Bed was comfortable. Walls were a little thin, could hear the TV in the next room and the ice machine next door. TV was decent, took a bit to figure it out, could use a little upgrading.

The staff was super friendly and efficient. The room is extra big, and very clean. It is centrally located, so everything is within walking distance. I truly enjoyed my stay at the Reagan Resort Inn. I will stay there again.

Passing through from Pa to Mississippi and chose this hotel due to recent reviews. But we definitely had a much different experience. The staff was not friendly nor welcoming. Not rude but didn't seem to want to be bothered. Room was very muggy and smelled of mildew which for late October was not hot.

Ill never book through Expedia again! Prior to our trip, i attempted to extend our getaway by 1 day. Instead, Expedia canceled my original reservation and remade it for just the night we wanted to extend. Fortunately, there was 1 room available which was a queen bed Instead of the king that we originally reserved. On our last night here, we came back from walking around town to find that for no reason, our toilet was not flushing. I called the front desk and was told to come down and get a plunger, that there was no one on duty to take care of it for us! This is totally unacceptable and we will never stay here again nor will we recommend anyone else stay here!

This hotel is compact but it couldn't be more centrally located. A few blocks from the main entrance to the Smoky Mountain National Park and right on the shopping strip of Gatlinburg. It looks like it is just renovated or going though one. Rooms were clean and bed very comfortable. Not much in the way of views because of the building location but again when I can walk down the street and not have to get in the car after the various drink tastings ;) a definite plus. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. No breakfast but coffee in the office. Definitely would stay here again .

Perfect location. Right in the middle of the fun. You can walk or catch the free trolley. It's walking distance to most places. Great restaurant in the area. The hotel was clean and comfy. I will definitely be back if I'm visiting the area

Perfect location in downtown Gatlinburg. Right beside the convention center. Parking is tight but you get 1 free parking pass to the garage across the street. It is an older hotel but that is what you get for the location. The rooms are recently remodeled and are nice and clean. We keep returning there for convention events.

room was updated, location was great. Trolley stopped right out side the hotel. our private balcony unfortunately looked at a wall, with the windows from a hallway looking right at it, so everyone walking down the hall was looking at us. pool was not open and no breakfast

I don’t believe they had food options unless you count vending machines and coffee in the lobby. The room was comfortable. It had one desk type chair for sitting. With four people in our room the table not place to sit was on the beds. The refrigerator was not cold, so any beverages or food we brought couldnt be kept cold. When we arrived there was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. I went to the front desk and they supplied me with shampoo, but they didn’t have conditioner. The pool needed cleaning but the kids had fun swimming until a group of college aged guys and a girl showed up drinking (out of glass containers) and being rowdy and chased our kids out of the pool. Ultimately one of them ended up hitting his head on the side of the pool and splitting his head open. Due to the blood in the pool and on the deck, the pool was closed most of the second day of our stay. The daytime staff at the front desk was scarce when we needed assistance. We later found out the gentleman who worked there was often outside chatting with other employees and that was why we weren’t being helped. Overall our stay was disappointing for a Hotel in the heart of Gatlinburg.

The hotel was very good. The location was great as it was right on the downtown strip. It is closer to the end of the strip that is less populated and so it made things like going to restaurants for breakfast and dinner easier because the wait time was not as long. The only problem i had with the hotel is that they were not serving breakfast because the area was under construction.

Pros: Location on street is great. Room was clean and comfortable. Cons: We were not told before booking that there was no pool in use and no breakfast “until further notice,” two important factors for us. Supposedly the property is under “renovation,” but we saw no evidence of that. It was kind of dark in the hallways and parking garage. Don’t count on seeing anything but a wall from your balcony unless you get one of the few that look over the pool because the building is an odd configuration. It was also noisy from the rooms next door well into the night and we had trouble closing the bathroom door properly. With all the negatives, we felt the room was overpriced for low season and lack of amenities.

Pros: Great location on the main strip, comfy bed, great water pressure in the shower, friendly front desk staff, clean, parking is included Cons: Daily cleaning fee of $5 added at hotel (seems that should be part of the advertised price), hotel could use some TLC but it was on the cheaper side of what was available so ok for price, no breakfast but within walking distance to several breakfast restaurants

Good property and under some renovation. Morning breakfast (at time of this writing) was closed due to renovation. We stayed in one of the renovated rooms - and needs considerable attention to detail to make ideal and get the room where they are attempting. Overall, a decent stay, price, and location. My only odd note, you won't find out about the renovation or no breakfast till after you book and pay.
