Really nice place to stay. Location is great, within walking distance to downtown. Bear sightings as well! Would definitely stay there again.

We booked this last minute for Mother's Day and it was a perfect family location! The staff was so friendly and we felt like they greeted us with real smiles. The room was perfect and we even got to see a bear! The pool was fun for the whole family and we even found a quiet spot beside the creek near the outdoor pool, to just enjoy the nature. We will be back!

We love Glennstone Lodge it’s always our go to spot when we come to Gatlinburg. We always recommend it to everyone.

While we encountered some disturbances from other guests, the hotel staff was incredible and accommodating. The location is perfect, off the main strip, but close enough to walk down (it is on a hill) each day. Our kids loved the pool! The rooms could use some updating, but we all loved the hotel and seeing a bear out back by the creek was a big plus!
