Main lobby/office was without a/c. The outside temp was high 90’s. The staff personal were excellent. Noticed some small bugs around bed area.

The property was nice and the rooms were comfortable. The pool however was very dirty, alge growning on the sides and much to my disappointment, no hot tub. The breakfast they serve was very good.

Terrible experience. I booked this hotel specifically because they have photos showing a hot tub next to the outdoor pool. When I arrived I saw that these photos must be very out of date because where the hot tub used to be is now filled in with concrete and there is NO hot tub. False advertising. The hotel is much more rundown than the photos let on. The air conditioning unit dripped continuously onto the carpet making the floor wet and created a musty and damp smell in the room. One evening, when returning to the room, my mother and I got into the elevator and the doors closed and the elevator didn't move. We pushed the buttons and nothing happened. The door wouldn't open. We pushed the call button and the woman at the front desk came to assist, but there wasn't much she could do. Fortunately within a few minutes the doors opened on their own but it was a nerve-racking experience and we didn't trust the elevator from that point on. Because of the issue with falsely advertising a hot tub when there is not one on the site - I requested a refund but was denied. Expedia worked with me to try to make a refund happen and an agent that I spoke with said that a manager named Jeremey approved at least one night of our three night stay to be refunded; however, when trying to find out details about when to expend the refund I was told it wasn't going to happen after all. I would urge anyone thinking of booking here to look elsewhere.

Didn't like the parking. Parking lot was small & the parking places were small.

The pool was under repair but other than that it was great

Friendly staff; only problem was, the elevator was down for the entire week!! Made it hard on my old knees!!

It was easy to Check in and find a parking Space.

- they filled in the hot tub with cement. We chose this hotel because it HAD a hot tub. It's even on their webpage still. - I work nights and sleep during the day, so I needed to make use of their 1130am checkout. I put the do not disturb sign on the handle. Whelp, 1005, maids attempted to enter the room. Woke me up. What's the point to the 1130 checkout and door handle do not disturb? -the employee kept trying to sell me their club membership. Multiple "no's" and he kept going. Generally, the room was clean and we didn't have other issues.

only bummer was about 20 minutes after I got to the pool, someone came to shut it down bc it was too green. I specifically picked a place with a pool to enjoy the hot day. other than that, it was great!

TV did not work first night. Blinds were missing the mechanism to raise and or lower them. Big stain in the carpet. Somewhat run down all in all.

Our room had a huge stain on the floor. There was also the hugest cockroach I’ve ever seen in my life in the bathroom. So for the rest of our stay, we left the bathroom light on so we wouldn’t be startled by another one. Before we could try to kill it had ran up under the sink. I did tell the front desk about it when we checked out and she seemed concerned and said that she would handle it. So I was happy that she addressed our concern.

The carpet in the hallway on the 2nd floor was filthy and had crumbs down the whole floor! The air conditioner was set to heat and every time I set it back to air, it eventually went back to heat! Needless to say, I had to turn it off and barely slept due to my room being stuffy. Lastly, my coffee maker did not work!! Never going back!!

The bed was great and the bedding is white so you know it’s clean

The first one we checked into stock so bad when you’re open the door there was a strong odor came out of the room. None of the housekeeper spoke English, so they were unable to understand what I was trying to explain to them. I ended up going back downstairs and talking to the guy that was the receptionist. He was a bit impatient and didn’t seem really to Care gave me another key to another room which smelled just a little bit better, but it’s still stunk. The towels didn’t appear to be very clean. They were a dingy white. I guess the only thing fair about the place was that didn’t charge a deposit which they wouldn’t have deserved anyway with the way the room smelled. They didn’t even provide us enough towels for two people. It’s not a place. I would recommend I wouldn’t stay there again.

The breakfast was ok. The original room assigned had an unpleasant odor, but the staff immediately accommodated us and assigned another room.

Overall the property was good. However, the fridge in the room could use more attention when cleaning. It had something leaking out of it that was surrounding it on the floor.

Room was clean and ready at check in time. Beds were very comfortable. Only negative you can hear car/truck noise in parking lot even on third floor.

The best part about this hotel was how amazing the staff is. Diana was the sweetest person and took care of me from check in to check out. Also, if you’re looking for a good nights rest, the blackout curtains will make your room DARK! It was the best.

The overall condition of this location was ok; however, the a/c had an error on the control panel and was somewhat difficult to control. The worst issue though was the shower. I liken it to taking a shower under a drinking fountain. Not sure I’ll try this location in the future.

I stayed and worked remote in the larger area king bed room. The bed was very comfortable and room offered plenty of space. I’m not sure how the WiFi strength was because I brought my own T-Mobile 5G WiFi tower, but that signal was great. Breakfast was very good, and so was the staff! I will stay again and I actually reserved this hotel for a future stay this coming mid August 2025.

Pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. No bad if sanitizer smell. Sheets were bright white. Hotel representative was so friendly and helpful ( I wish I had got her name) even working Christmas Day night didn’t change her cheerful attitude and great hospitality!! She’s a huge plus for this hotel!

The complimentary breakfast surpassed my expectation! It wasn't your usual continental breakfast. The staff exhibited both professionalism and genuine concern for our comfort.

The young girl, name Skylar was so very very polite and very helpful

The staff at this facility was excellent. The only negative to this property was that the air conditioning was not cooling properly. It is located very conveniently to the HEB Center and there are plenty of places to get coffee or eat nearby.

Close to the HEB event center for an event i attended. Close to many dining options for a bite to eat for the night! Plenty of stores to grab a quick something in case forgot something or in need of something. Staff very friendly and the breakfast was great. Free breakfast usually sad looking but here it was plentiful and delicious!

Beds were very comfortable. Checkin was fast. Safe in room. Breakfast was omelette, sausage etc. Just a great hotel!
