La Quinta by Wyndham Austin - Cedar Park

Despite reviews I read, locks on door worked. Hotel common areas and room were clean and freshly renovated. Room was quiet, but having the AC on probably helped. Everyone nice (staff and guests). No hot tub despite the pictures. Pool not heated because Texas.

Elevator did not operate to our 4th floor. We had to carry luggage up and down 4 floors!

Easy check in, great service, room was clean. I reserved the premiere suite and got the whirlpool and king size bed. Excellent choice. Worked out in the gym and all the equipment was working and clean. Super pleased with the price too!

I booked a stay here well in advance and was not informed they would be without an elevator for the whole weekend. She said she had a room available on the fourth floor and asked if that would be a problem. I said yes and all she said was I'll cancel your reservations for free, thanks. Leaving me in Cedar Park on a Friday afternoon roomless, Unacceptable!

The door to the south end of the building has no lock on it. It was broken last fall and will be the reason we will relocate time we return. The hallways had replaced carpet but security is very important these days.

Only thing I can say that was not favorable, is don’t advertise a hot tub if you no longer have a hot tub. Other than that, great place to stay!

Elevator was not working. They said it had been out for over a month so not getting fixed during our stay. Why didn’t they tell us in advance? What if we couldn’t physically get up 4 flights of stairs, or carry luggage? This was poor customer service on behalf of the manager and hotel chain! The future is the worst I’ve seen at any hotel I’ve personally stayed with family, scratched up, seat material coming apart. This was the first AND LAST La Quitna Inn I’ll ever stay in! I don’t know why any stays in La Quitna Inns at this price and these conditions. There are far better options, even at lower priced hotels.

Property was clean and hotel staff very nice. Parking was bad. Trucks with trailers were allowed to angle park and take up 7 slots apiece.

The elevator was broken. The A/C did not cool well. The location of the hotel s a little challenging too The staff was friendly and helpful

Nice property, pretty basic, beds comfortable. Pool closed not sure why and lobby smelled like Clorine.

I usually have no here as I’ve stayed multiple times. However, this last day needed some attention. Got to my room, here in the bathtub and sheets on one of the made beds was dirty (blood). Fortunately there were two beds in the room. This was not an old stain but fresh and new (gross). However the afternoon and evening desk help were stellar and friendly as usual. I usually choose this place for the great front desk associates that I encounter when I get into Austin. Cleaning crew could use a little nudge though.

The room smelled like a dog or that I was staying in a kennel. The elevator was dirty and it was hard to get help. The staff did not look professional at the desk.

Clean rooms, lobby and eating area.

Carpet in the hallway and room needed vacuuming and room furniture was dusty. Bathroom towels looked dirty grey, not white and smelled unclean. We did not complain, because the hotel looked short staffed. We will not stay there again.

Front desk was nice. Windows, bathroom were covered in mold. The room smelled awful.

The room was dated and dirty. Towels should be white not gray and almost see through. The lobby and common areas were better but the room was so dirty the floors would make you feet black.

The room particularly the bathroom was dirty. The overall property was a bit better, but it certainly wasn't up to par with the competition.

The beds were comfy and the staff was helpful, but I will not stay here again. The room was dirty, the toilet was leaking, it smelled like urine, the ac didn’t work properly and there was hair all in the tub. The overall cleanliness of the room was not good and made for an uncomfortable stay. The lobby and donning area was also very warm and made it uncomfortable to eat.

The property was old and felt that way. WiFi was so slow it almost did not work

Service was good, check in was quick, excellent location, beds super comfortable! TV remote didn't work and when we tried to call front desk to request batteries the phone was not connected. We could have gone to the lobby but we were to tired so we really didn't mind not using the tv.

Decent stay, great location but hotel a little dated with foggy windows and older furniture.

The TV is old and the channel selection was terrible. The mattress left a lot to be desired. Todays merry foam mattresses are the best comfort.

Room we were in needed to be updated! Door in bathroom the Kleenex holder was hanging out of the holder and the bathroom door had paint all peeled off of it. There were no soap dishes to put your soap in. It just needed updated. Not good lightening.

Very clean, friendly staff and convenient location. The windows could use an upgrade as tge fwy noisemia intense. Also the wi-fi does not work.

Fantastic front desk service, clean room and hot breakfast

They charged me for the room even though I had paid through Hotels.com. Then it took them more than a day to get it straightened out. Have not yet seen the credit on my card. They also charged me an additional 2x$25 = $50 for incidentals and I have not seen the credit for that either.

We arrived at 1a.m. My husband couldn't find anyone to checkin w/for more than 30 minutes. He said the sign read they were helping a customer and ring the doorbell. He rang the doorbell & walked around the check in area for more than 30 minutes. I walked in and knocked on the employee only door behind the desk. I heard a female voice, who later identified herself as "Nico", say "Aw, oh, hang on, just a minute". A minute later Nico emerged from the employee only area. She was adjusting her jacket and sleeves. She finally got our reservation enter and we were checked in. She gave us a single room key. I gave the key to my children and had them go to the room to get to bed. After we unloaded a few of our bags, I realized I would need a second key. I wasn't going to wake my children to get into our room. When I walked back into the hotel, Nico was not at the front desk. I walked back to the "Employee only" door and heard voices. I knocked. I heard the conversation end and Nico again emerged from the back. I asked her for another key. She seemed less than pleased that I bothered her again. She finally handed me a key without saying a word. I asked her name as I took a business card. She replied "Nico" and spelled it for me. She looked unhappy. We arrived around 1:00 ish and my children finally has a key to the room about 1:45 ish. I don't believe I will ever stay at this location again. I've never had a bad experience at LaQuinta until now. This was not pleasant experience.

Exceptional service from Sandra at the front desk! Her warm welcome and attentive assistance made our stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites truly memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and valued throughout our visit. Kudos to Sandra for exemplifying top-notch hospitality!

The front desk attendant was in his first day. He told me he had a confession that this is his first day and an hour after arriving, his trainer left the property. He was frazzled trying to look up my reservation. Accidentally charged me twice. I called for three days and no one is there to answer phone. I went to property and there is no one at the front desk. I called the 1800 to ask for refund of my double charge and they said it would take a week to look into it as they can’t get ahold of anyone at the location either.

I had a wonderful stay. Sandra and John were exceptional hosts. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Check in can be a little slow at times but a great place over all and the staff is always very nice!

I liked it because it was near hwy 183 and it was on a main street in cedar park, close to many restaurants and HEB.

Was in a great location for the event I was attending at the HEB center. Exactly the miles away it had posted.

This is a basic hotel with basic services at a great location in Cedar Park.

Being so close to the freeway and the lack of city ordinance to limit the car exhaust sounds.

Loved that it was so central around everything. Very close to the event that we came to Texas to attend!

Nice area and easy access to highway

It was easy to find, right off the highway and very close proximity to restaurants and HEB Center.

Lovely and quiet hotel close to several shops and restaurants. The property had plenty of parking.

The Handicap room was nice. The bathroom shower of the handicap room was awful. Water ran out of the bathroom into the entrance hall of the room. No Shower curtain or door. The breakfast was good the first day but the second they were out of everything.

Have everything on breakfast buffet ready at 7:00. Provide grape jelly.

The breakfast buffet was a big disappointment. The eggs were always cold. There was no fruit. There was no sweet roll or donut or danish or anything at all like that. We were satisfied with everything else.

Need more staff, short-handed. Bathtub was dirty. The continental breakfast was the worst I have ever seen.

I was very disappointed in this stay overall. I stayed at this location back in August of 2024 and it was decent then. This stay was not at all satisfactory and I will not be returning. The front desk staff were polite and friendly, so no complaints there, but the breakfast area was so dirty, the garbage can was literally overflowing, the milk in the fridge was curdled so I took it back into the kitchen area and gave it to staff. Most condiments weren't stocked so I had to rummage through their cabinets to find syrup, spoons, etc. for myself and other guests. Housekeeping emptied our garbage and took out our dirty towels but did not replenish the towels, coffee pods, or water like they did in my last stay. The towels were really dingy. I was shocked that they were even putting those dirty towels in guest rooms. The lighting in the room was very dim because there were only a couple of lamps that did not emit enough light. One of them kept flickering.

I always stay here when visiting family. Always clean and great little breakfast.

Newly remodeled room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Air conditioning worked just fine. Reception desk employee upon checkin was awesome. I forgot to forget her name, but she was exceptional.
