When we returned from a hockey game at 10:00 there was NO place to park. We had to park next door at a restaurant. In the morning other guests left at 6;00. They went outside and made a lot of noise talking and laughing then started their trucks and revved their engines making it impossible to sleep.

Although the website promised a fitness center, it was closed. The pool was filthy. The carpet in the room was so dirty that I didn't want my feet to touch the floor. The tank on the toilet was broken. Ugh. The area around the hotel was truly sketchy, with homeless people camped out drinking under a tree.

This location is dated, room wasn't the cleanest (also bugs), pool didn't look clean. The staff was nice and free breakfast was good. Loud stuff going on at the train yard at 2am..Hotel did the job for a quick stay.

We walked into the room and there were roaches on the wall, went to check the rest of room and found some in bathroom, ac vents and under ac. We asked for a refund so we can stay somewhere else but all they wanted to do is offer us another room. After 30 minutes of going back of forth with property and hotels.com we gave in a took another room, we actually had no other choice since they wouldn't give a refund. Manager told me to come talk to them in the morning, I went down and was told manager nor owner shows up on weekends. We did get to inspect new room before we stayed. Front desk workers were nice. Only compensation was to get app and they would give me 1000 points since we book via third party. Pool was green, so kids weren't able to swim, whole reason we booked there in the first place.

This hotel is comfortable enough. The pool didn't look clean and the fitness room was closed. Looking in the window you can see nothing but boxes. Looked like it was used for storage. The main appeal of this hotel is the location. It was very close to the venue we were in Austin to visit. My main complaint came after the stay. I left two pair of jeans in the room. I called the next day and was told they weren't there. I know exactly where I left them. I realize it is my mistake, but still...

This was a great little hotel. Great and safe area. We just needed a place to sleep for one night but wanted near our event. This was perfect. The swimming pool was dirty but everything else was excellent. Great price

The bed sucks the TV sucks, no guide even the guide on ch 2 does not match the channel. The pool has a white powdery substance on the surface. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone else. Definitely never return to a Best Western hotel again.

Very disappointed with this hotel! Very dirty, strong smell was in the room that made my asthma act up. Sheets made us itch all night long, cockroaches were in the bathroom. When I went to the front desk and asked if I can get a refund and leave after I arrived by 10 minutes, the guy called his manager and asked if that was possible, the manager said no, ridiculous!! Will never stay there again

Needed a place to shower, lay down and watch House of the Dragon and that is what I got. Room smelled like a mop bucket, clean but dirty at the same time, smell was overbearing. Couch had a rip in the arm, side table legs looked like they had been chewed on by an animal, large fly in the room upon my arrival (had a big blaster in my car so it did not last long). Shower had mold in the corners, mattress almost folded in half when I laid on it, had to take the cushions from the couch and put them under the mattress at the head of the bed. The only positive was the fridge was super cold and the water pressure was top of the line, full force from the shower head and the sink. Will never stay here again.

I didn't eat breakfast looking at what they were offering i wasn't interested. My only issue was the cleanliness of the room ...Hair was all over the bathroom floor behind the door bathtub and side of toilet.Check in was very easy the attendant was friendly

The room was large and the hotel was fine. It is one of the oldest hotels in Cedar Park so it was just a little outdated. It was safe, clean and in a good location so for the price, I was ok with it not being as nice as some other chains.

This hotel is the best bang for your buck in the area. It doesnt look as pretty from the outside as some of the other, newer hotels in the area, but it's clean, and has everything you need. Rooms are spacious, bed was decently comfortable, and I like that the toilet/bath is separate from the vanity sink area because that makes 2 people getting ready easier. There is a hot breakfast included also. The rooms are outside entry, and I don't think there is an elevator if you're on the 2nd floor, but if those aren't an issue for you, I higy recommend this place!

I was hoping to watch some HBO but was unable to get any cable channels at all on the television. The remote control was very old with faded lettering. There was no diagram with instructions for it but I went through every conceivable combination of buttons on the remote and all I could get were about a dozen non-cable channels. There was also no coffee maker in the room. ALSO: I called for a pizza delivery from a place listed in the room literature as being next to the hotel, but it was no longer there. After I bought some snack bars from the lobby, they crumbled apart when I opened the packages, were extremely sticky, had apparently melted at some point, and tasted old.

The first night, there were 2 families at the pool outside my room at night. The first one was playing their music very loudly. The second family had a young one shrieking incessantly while i was trying to go to sleep. The second night at 2 am there was a group of drunks in the pool sreaming, yelling, cussing, and banging around. I picked up my room phone to call the front desk and it did not work. The clerk the next morning told me that the police came out 3 times. Nothing was ever done by night staff. If I stay there again, it will be far away from the pool.

Great place to stay in the area. Convenient to shopping & dining. Had a small issue with the billing but we had 6 rooms reserved. Got that straightened out so no biggie. Cleans room, good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Quite literally one of the most awful experiences at a hotel that I've ever had in my entire life. The staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Sarah at the front desk is what I would call a monster. She REFUSED to take a message, let me speak to a manager, leave a voicemail, or speak to management through email; all while calling me many names. Sarah was also very rude to my husband after she kept hanging up on me. She couldn't provide me a receipt from a $50 deposit they took at check in. Claimed to have released it and told me to "get over it" and she "doesn't know what to tell me it's my problem." Hung up on me over 30 times. Truly disgusting behavior and I'll let everyone know on every platform I can. Don't wish this hotel nightmare on anyone seriously stay away!!!!

I didnt appreciate the$100 deposit that was charged to my credit card with no prior notice!!! Now the property has had $100 of my money for 7 days. What if i had not noticed it? Would i have gotten it back????

The stay was good but gave someone else the key to the same room and at 2 o'clock am someone open the door not all the way because we had the inside latch on the door it was a scary moment to be woken up by someone else opening your door in the morning

The staff were great. Very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is older and could use some improvements. There is an air gap in the front door, carpeting is dated. Good location. Close to restaurants, shopping, etc. We did stay 2 days so it wasn't awful- just needs upgrades.

We were disappointed. The pool was not open until April1. And had hoped to. Swim in the 97 degree heat the day we arrived on. March 14. The dates. For the outdoor pool. Should be added to. The Hotels.com web site. We found a nearby indoor. Splash facility.. The breakfasts were. Great and staff managing the breakfasts did a great job. This location was very. Central to many activities we. We’re there to enjoy….the sports park, the Austin Steam Train. Association yard to see the train come and go,, really good restaurants for supper.. Our stay was very nice..
