This property is well worth the price! Very clean, hard floors, plenty of space, kitchenette with electric burners, microwave and regular size refrigerator. Plenty of laundry units and rooms equipped with laundry baskets.

Great option if you have pets! The property is pet friendly and has a little path around to walk the doga. I also liked the kitchenette in our room and full size fridge.

Spartan. Only 2 towels per room. TV-no HBO or internet. No in-room coffee pot. No pool. Maid service is not daily. Blinds only covered window, cover sufficient for privacy but not light control. No hair drier. Only one small bar of soap. Bed comfortable. Large TV with good cable reception.

The stay was fantastic. The location of the property was located right across the street from my event. The parking was plentiful and I felt safe at the property. The only con I have was the comfort of the mattress and the amount of pillows. Maybe the owner should consider a softer mattress and offering four pillows instead of two.

CONDITION OF HOTEL WAS OK, NOTHING SPECIAL BUT NOT DIRTY. THE REFERIGATOR AND SMALL COOK TOP DID NOT WORK. YES WE DID REPORT IT. THEY HAVE A WATER MACHINE BUT NO ICE MACHINE. Hotel is easy convenient location new construction in 2022. Safety of key card to access living areas as a solo traveler this is a plus felt very safe. Room was clean the floor is some type of synthetic type flooring so smelled clean ,no previous smells.Fresh fluffy towels lots of hot water, bed was comfortable air conditioner worked great as was 105’ and me and my puppy were cool. It’s dog friendly just 50$ for him and 5$ per night which is a fair price. Was very quiet heard no noise from other rooms just a door closing which is normal as many are working people. Area outside to walk is safe sidewalks as it sits on edge of 183A toll road so away from busy area a dead end old road runs behind where we walked was quiet with a field so felt like country but not. Kitchen with full size fridge/freezer and microwave a plus to cook top of 2 burners. They have kitchen packages available to purchase if you don’t bring you’re own which is a plus. Very enjoyable stay was 6 nights was my first stay. I’m a traveling nurse so I could potentially stay at Woodbridge Suites on a contract anywhere that hotels are at. Plus staff are very friendly and efficient at their jobs I have no complaints. 😊

The smell of weed was horrible. When mentioned to the front desk they said “oh we don’t smell it” you could smell it in the elevator and in the hallways it was so bad that we were afraid that out employers might think we were smoking. The back entrance was not secure anyone could just walk in without a key card. The back of the hotel look like a party house, the rooms have mini kitchens but if you want to use it be prepared to bring your own pots and pans cups and plates. Or be prepared to pay a ridiculous price for them at the front desk.

My sister and I went to Austin for a wedding this was our first visit to Austin. Our flight landed at 8pm and this hotel was about a 30 min drive. We got there and the outside and lobby were beautiful. We checked in got to our room and saw little baby cockroaches between my sister and I we stepped on about 3-4 each. We went back to the lobby with our stuff and requested a room change staff was helpful but a little to relaxed about our concern. We went to our new assigned room right we walked in there was a roach in the bathroom behind the toilet. We checked the cupboards and found 2 adult roaches moved the trash can and there were 4 babies we decided not to stay as we did not want to get them in our luggage and infest our homes! We went back to the lobby and told the young man we will not be staying for the weekend. He said that was fine and let us know for the refund we would need to go through Expedia. Expedia is doing what they can to connect with the hotel however they are not responding. Please be sure to check luggage and clothes if you decide to stay at this hotel so you do not infest your home with cockroaches

The entire building reeks. The floor with our room smelled like a leaking dumpster in particular, with sticky floors and soiled carpeting to match. Our room smelled overwhelmingly of cigarette smoke—like, enough to induce a headache. As far as the room goes, if something was fabric, it was stained. Sheets, pillowcases, towels, washcloths, all of it. I’m not even sure if the towels were washed because of the discoloration and the amount of hair covering them. Not to mention the lack of basics such as no luggage holder, no hangers (despite the space to hang them,) no blow drier, no iron, no toiletries other than a bar of facial soap… rough. Do yourself a favor, spend the extra $20 or so a night and stay at the Hyatt Place next door, you’ll be thankful you did.

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and courteous. The room cleanliness was not so great. I looked under the bed searching for my eyeglasses and it had not been swept in quite a while, there were used kleenexes, spills, toenails, and other things that were gross. Overall, the hotel served its purpose, but we probably will not stay at this location again due to cleanliness.

We didn't even stay the night and went back home because we found 4 roaches in our room when we were trying to go to sleep. Drove home in the middle of the night. one roach was in our bed. The entire hotel also smelled like a cigarette. If this was food I would send it back and demand my money back, but hotels don't work like that. So I guess that was the biggest $75 I have ever got.

Where do i start, took 45 minutes to check in, our room had a musty smell, roaches, on top of that our restroom smelt horrible was leaking from the toilet with urine all over the floor everytime we flushed it!! No breakfast, can only have one device linked to there wifi, they lock out the front desk at 10pm so you have to call and wait around for service. Probably taking naps in the back so they dont have to attend to there guests. There also not there in the morning as well ive never seen this at any hotel!. The beds are very uncomfortable not even bolted into the wall they move around and creak, paper thin walls you can hear people all night and its off a toll road geez i cant say there was anything good about my stay!! I complained to the front desk person nothing not even discount my stay but how would i theres no one there and they dont answer the phone. Just a horrible place and staff AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!

Never Again! A kitchenette that was such a waste, no pots/pans, dishes, utensils, etc. It's literally an empty kitchen and cabinets with just fridge, 2 burner stove and a microwave. No toiletries and a limit of only 2 small and thin towels. If you wanted fresh towels or sheets for the next day, you have to pay extra. No coffee maker in the room. Only 2 pillows on a full-size mattress with no box spring, just a horribly squeaky and loud metal frame that slides around on the floor. We have always stayed at Comfort Suites and have loved that brand, but this hotel was our worst experience with the Choice Privileges app. The walls are very thin and there were people moving around all night and day there was never a quiet moment and you hear the metal beds from pther rooms sliding around on the floors

It was ok for the price, it was clean and was close to the concert we were going to. The downfall is we only had 2 flat flimsy pillows and when i called the front desk to see if we could get 2 more i was told no. The room did not have a hair dryer and i was not used to that so of coarse i didnt pack mine. The bed was not comfortable at all. Checking out well, apparently noone works at night or in the morning cause the lobby window was down closed and in the morning at checkout a lil after 9 am still closed and everyone just was throwing the room key on the counter...i didnt care for that too much and found that odd that there was noone to handle customers in the morning .

Did not like being charged for checking in 45minutes early. Bed was to be a king but was a queen and not comfortable. Lots of loud noises from adjacent rooms including above floor. Only had a total of 2 pillows and one night worth of towels so had to get more the next day. Hallways had a strange smell. Staff was great though.

Where do i start, took 45 minutes to check in, our room had a musty smell, roaches, on top of that our restroom smelt horrible was leaking from the toilet with urine all over the floor everytime we flushed it!! No breakfast, can only have one device linked to there wifi, they lock out the front desk at 10pm so you have to call and wait around for service. Probably taking naps in the back so they dont have to attend to there guests. There also not there in the morning as well ive never seen this at any hotel!. The beds are very uncomfortable not even bolted into the wall they move around and creak, paper thin walls you can hear people all night and its off a toll road geez i cant say there was anything good about my stay!! I complained to the front desk person nothing not even discount my stay but how would i theres no one there and they dont answer the phone. Just a horrible place and staff AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!

We stayed at Woodsprings for its proximity to the venue for my son's college graduation. Check-in was delayed due to a medical emergency in the lobby. We grabbed a bite at one of the many choices nearby. When we returned, no problems with check in. It was a hot day, so it was a pleasant surprised to feel the room comfortably cold. It was fine for one night but not something i would choose again. The lamp shade was disgusting with stains. The bathroom light is motion censored and can’t read motion from the shower so it was dark for half my shower. Beds were uncomfy

Got there at 3:30 and no rooms were ready.Girl behide the counter cound not tell me when I could get into a room. Came back at 5:00 and we got keys. Keys didn't work. Went back and they reprogrammed the keys. Went back to the room and 2 girl's were coming out. They gave me a room that someone (2 young girls) have already been been given. That could have been a terrible situation.

Couldn’t get clean towels, toiletries, toilet paper, bed made or basic service of any kind. Front desk says ‘This ain’t no Marriott.’ Handwritten signs all over the place telling guests to plunge their own toilets and take out their own trash. Hotel smelled strong of marijuana. Dog excretion in elevators and hallways. Ended up buying toiletries, towels and pillows at Target because I didn’t have time to shop for another hotel. Will not be back, do not recommend.

Did not have room reserved, excuse was no cleaning staff. Had to downgrade to one bed wiith no offer of a refund of the difference. Dirty halls, elevator and lobby. Trash in parking lot. Door to room would not lock unless slammed. Hotel staff left at 10 pm, no lobby assistance after 10pm. The security of the hotel was horrible. The inner doors were rigged to stay open. Anyone not a guest had access. And staff eas still absent at 845 am when we left. Would not recommend.

When we got there to check in we were told that they had overbooked and we have no room. We had book in advance and there were plenty of rooms at the time we booked. Rather on a who showed up first basis it should have been on who booked first. No apology, no call or contact to even let us know they cancelled our reservation because they were over booked. This is terrible hotel policy.

The man at the front desk was so rude when I called to check my reservation and told me that he couldn’t find my reservation. I asked him to check if it’s under my husbands name and he hanged up on me. I called again to ask him to check for the confirmation number and he refuses to check it and again he hanged up on me. I called a third time to check under itinerary number and he pretended that he checked not even 5 seconds and said no such number and my brother asked him what he need to clarify the issue and again he hanged up again. I then called Expedia and she found out the reservation and confirmed it. So we went to the hotel and the front desk is closed. We finally found the phone number and the guy showed up but he did not even open the window enough to even see his face. He told me to sign papers, gave me the key card and shot the window without any apologies, his whole attitude and behavior is very rude, very unprofessional and I would not ever go to this hotel again and I do not recommend it. Even another customer that was staying there told me that they are rude and the front desk is closed. The man that works at the front desk lives there too. He was wearing a sleeveless short and shorts. My brother noticed that it smells like marijuana in the hallway by the elevator. My room does not have any towels, no soap or shampoos. I’ve never stayed in such a hotel that the guest is not a priority and cared for. That man does not make you feel welcome.

The checkin hours are after 3, but they closed at 8, so anyone trying to check in after that were out of luck. They locked down the front and left a number to call for after hours checkins. We tried the number, but it said it wasn't a working number. We had to leave and go find another hotel. I've never experienced anything like this.

When I arrived, there was no one at front desk and the door to the hotel was locked. It was 3:00 in the afternoon. A Door Dasher was also waiting to be let in. Finally a man who was working at his lap and was obviously a guest opened the door. He was very put out and announced that he didn’t have all day to get up and open the door for people. He also stated that the hotel staff hadn’t been very attentive and didn’t seem to care when people came to the desk needing them. I rang the bell at the front desk but no one came. I saw some maids walk bb, who were on the other side of the locked double doors, and flagged them down. One came and opened the door. I then proceeded to ring the bell at the front desk and still no one came. Holding the door that would lock behind me, I asked a maid to get someone so I could check in. Finally the front desk worker appeared and said he was checking the rooms. Since I had a reservation, the check in process was quick and seamless, yet the start of it all was not pleasant.

The room wasn't ready when I got there at 345. There was a person in front of me at the desk. We waited for 15 minutes before the front desk clerk came and she started telling the 2 people (janitorial) that were sitting at the table in the lobby that they didn't clean the rooms on the 4th floor. They told here they weren't on the list. I'm other words they were off the clock and not clocking back in. My husband and I went and ate and came back 45 minutes later and there were about 30 people in the lobby waiting for their rooms! Evidently the clerk was cleaning the rooms! So it of worry that the rooms wouldn't be properly sanitized and cleaned, we did not stay at this hotel!

The stay was fantastic. The location of the property was located right across the street from my event. The parking was plentiful and I felt safe at the property. The only con I have was the comfort of the mattress and the amount of pillows. Maybe the owner should consider a softer mattress and offering four pillows instead of two.

Nothing was in my room in the kitchen. You have to provide everything you need. Not even a cable channel guide. Remote didn’t work right. But I guess for $47 a night not bad but $78 that Hotel.com had me paying was ridiculous for what I didn’t get there. No continental breakfast.

Never Again! A kitchenette that was such a waste, no pots/pans, dishes, utensils, etc. It's literally an empty kitchen and cabinets with just fridge, 2 burner stove and a microwave. No toiletries and a limit of only 2 small and thin towels. If you wanted fresh towels or sheets for the next day, you have to pay extra. No coffee maker in the room. Only 2 pillows on a full-size mattress with no box spring, just a horribly squeaky and loud metal frame that slides around on the floor. We have always stayed at Comfort Suites and have loved that brand, but this hotel was our worst experience with the Choice Privileges app. The walls are very thin and there were people moving around all night and day there was never a quiet moment and you hear the metal beds from pther rooms sliding around on the floors

First I walked in the room and 2 live small roaches in the sink, a dead roach in the bathroom floor, by this I was tired and wanted to sleep, so I go to lay down and wake up and seeing a roach crawling on the wall, turn the lights on and see 2 more roaches on the counter table, by this time I had enough, I took pictures and videos of this mess, but I had to close my eyes, woke up it was morning, pack my stuff and left moral of the story is roaches Darren

The front desk young man, Tray was very nice. Awesome location, went to a concert at the Haught spot and surprisingly it was walking distance. Five Stars!!
