The continental breaksat was awesome waffles bacon eggs and oatmeal all great loved that it was pet friendly great walk in shower very close to fast food restaurant. Very friendly staff will definitely be back .Thank you Shelly Mascheck

Rooms are very nice, very confortable bed, friendly staff, very accommodating knowing we came with our two little dogs. Location is excellent, plenty of places to eat. We definitely recommend!

It is a nice hotel and we are having a pleasant stay. The breakfast was good and the fitness equipment is top-notch. I would like to add that the shade in our window cannot be raised. It seems to be broken in some way. Also, there is some unsightly mildew on some areas of the ceiling in the bathroom. I would like to suggest using a mildew-resistant paint, like the Zissner brand.

I went to this hotel previously and the Hotel was excellent as a Hilton brand. Now this place is very dirty and the place need a lot of maintenance. Damage carpet, damage doors, trash around the hall and elevator, old gym equipment between the elevators, very poor view for what we pay.

Got into the room and into the restroom where I got lo ked in because the sliding door got stuck. My sister called twice before someone came to help. Secondly the light blocking shade at the window did not work at all. There was night light coming thru the window. It was a clean bed. The ac worked fine. Breakfast was okay. The coffee was tepid not hot.

I liked everything except the WiFi. My experience was that the first use was fine. However, the second use was not. I was highly encouraged to pay for an implied somehow better wifi, and I was not allowed to proceed until I did. Maybe I missed something, but that was my takeaway.

When I woke up in the morning, I discovered that the carpet in my room was wet due to a water leak. I even stepped into the wet area while getting dressed. Additionally, my window was located right above the lobby door. Whenever people were talking outside, their conversations were clearly audible from inside the room. It seemed that the window was not thick enough to block out the noise.

Only person who was polite, nice, respectful and with a good attitude was the receptionist ( second shift I’m assuming ) at check in I believe her name is Fiorella. The next morning when going to get coffee around 9ish , there was not enough coffee, no oatmeal, fruit didn’t seem very appetizing, no breakfast left beside some pieces of sausage. When asked the person at front desk she said “ what is there is what we have left , we aren’t making anymore “ even thought there were several people going back and forth looking for breakfast and just leaving with just coffee. When checking out there was no one on side at front desk , waiting for a few mins and we decided to just leave keys on the desk .. morning staff was just rude overall.

Nice place for the area, breakfast was not great. Room was ok but nothing special. Smelled old and moldy. Staff was super friendly and helpful though. I’d stay there again, but would explore other options first.
