Executive Inn & Kitchenette Suites-Eagle Pass

Room was in a comfortably cold when I entered my room. Plenty of parking. Close to the international bridge number one. It’s close to downtown. Fast food restaurants and HEB grocery store is not too far along with gas stations. Pet friendly.

Room was clean and smelled clean. Only issue is the parking lot is kind of small.

Convenient and quiet. All the Parking spots are made for compact cars. Other than that it was great.

Like others stated in google review and i should have listened, pictures are nothing like location. Went there to simply check in and get back on road to meet with family that were already in town. When i came back to hotel for the night i came to a over crowded parking lot where it seems only compact cars should be parking in the spots other than a handful of spots that were a bit bigger for trucks. There were no parking areas left and seems like all cars parked there had to overlap just to fit. Also noticed a couple cars get dinged just from other customers attempting to get out of cars once parked. You would bascially have to climb out of window or rear truck/hatch to get out of car at that point. I went to a different hotel to rent for the night since it was 3am. Went back to this hotel to let property manager know of issue and that i dud not stay in the hotel at all let alone go in due to couldnt even park. He refused to do anything as far as refund, even though hes aware of the issues with hotel and parking. I can tell he was aware of it as he got somewhat defensive when i told him thats why i didn't stay there. I do not recommened this location, id much rather sleep in my car if that was the case.

The parking lot is lit up like daylight when it is dark makes for a safe place to park your car or motorcycle

Trucks with trailers shouldnt be allowed. Parking is very bad when customers dont respect the allowed boundaries.

Cheapest rooms and pretty clean only complaint is the parking spaces

Very clean well lit at night and secure

My room was clean, comfortable and well worth the price. The parking lot at night was very brightly lighted and I was not at all concerned about my car or it’s contents. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here if I’m ever in Eagle Pass again.

My stay was very nice and had excellent experience there. The room was clean and quiet and bed was comfortable. The price of the hotel was even better. Very affordable and great customer service. The A/C was cold and bathroom very well maintained and clean. I will definitely stay there again.

Service was great, as always. Very pleasant and courteous staff. We always stay there. Rooms are a good size and very clean.

The place was dirty, there were hair everywhere and an animal was dead in a drawer.

It was advertised with a kitchenette but this was not the case. Only had a microwave and mini fridge.

Overall ok for last minute stay and price. Upstairs room seemed unsafe, flooring not leveled. Nice updated restroom.

Even though the place was old and unappealing from the outside the room and bathroom were clean. They should drop the kitchenette because is not not one. Having a small fridge and microwave on top of it does not comply as a kitchenette

Ac makes a lot of noise,train is close to the place , also a lot of noise .. couldn’t rest ,cuz of that 😒

It was a small room, but nice. The location wasn't the best. It's next to a railroad and there are trains and train horns going off all night!

Clean but dated room. The a/c-heater worked perfect, towels were tiny and few. Service however, was great. Just an older hotel with no sound proofing at all. Traffic was loud.

The back part of the room was sloped at least 6 inches. We couldn’t stand up straight while in the shower because we felt that part of the room was going to crumble off. Terrible feeling.

Looks like they recently remodeled. Floor, shower, bed, fresh paint. Everything looked clean and brand new.

Double booked asked for refund for wrong night, still have not received!

I calles the front office to ask about my reservation and the man who answered barely spoke english & ranted about me needing to call Expedia. .WORST SERVICE EVER & THE PROPERTY LOOKS VERY OUTDATED AND NOT SAFE TO BE IN

The staff at the executive suites are the worst there could possibly be the office management are rude horrible vicious it's like they're out to make you as unhappy as they possibly can because they're so unhappy they never even let us check in we had to leave go to another hotel and check in this was an awful experience it's an awful Hotel with horrible horrible owners managers

The management was friendly, the service staff was excellent, the room was cleaned daily, and the air conditioning was wonderfully cool.

I liked the location, it is close to my job and a couple of good restaurants nearby. What I did not like was the manager/owner attitude. I asked the housekeeper staff if they could clean the room later. I was getting ready to go to work. The manager showed up at my room. He told me either the room was going to get cleaned up at 11:00 or not at all. The manager said he was not going to pay an extra hour. I understand his situation, but there are better ways to communicate. If he is not a people’s person, why is he in the business? I don’t think I am going to spend more money staying there.

I can't leave a proper review because i never made it to my stay. I tried to call numerous times in an attempt to reschedule my stay and never could get an answer. I tried to send a message though here and never got a response. We had near blizzard conditions at home making it impossible to travel, so i just needed to reschedule. Now I'm unable to reschedule or cancel and I'm out the money. I'll likely never book this place again.

At first I was a little leary of the neighborhood, but they put me in the room closest to the office so I felt safer. The parking lot is very well lit which was nice. I'm still not sure what type of neighborhood I was in but I stayed 3 nights and I must say I was pretty comfortable. The rooms are pretty much remodeled nicely. Staff was super.

I liked how close it was to the bridge crossing into Mexico, made it very convenient for traveling.

Average stay. Not bad for a quiet night. No breakfast though.

We had room 118 that was beside the garbage bins which were picked up at 5 am. Loud truck and bins banging. We had option of a room on a different floor but didn’t want to haul luggage up steep stairs. Upper room didn’t have a coffeemaker or microwave of mini fridge. Lower room did. No carpet which is a big plus. Unfortunately also extremely loud guests above. (not the fault of hotel) The room was very clean. The bath towels were very tiny. Bed comfortable. No breakfast offered. There’s a minimart within walking distance that has fresh fruit and veggies etc. Fee for the cat was additional 15.00 Played music until 3:30 am.

I had second thoughts about this place when we first arrived (it looks very sketchy) but the rooms were clean and the shower was hot. Staff are nice and courteous. The outside could use some work but the inside is fine. I liked that there is a safe neighborhood to walk my dog. I don\'t think this place has laundry and "kitchennete" is an exageration (more like a mini fridge and microwave which is standard in most hotels). Other than that, it was fine and served its purpose.

The room was clean and the gentleman in the front office was very knowledgeable about the area. Where to go eat and shopping. Overall, for the price, it was worth it.
