I was upset that the expedia website said indoor pool and when i got there they said the pool was under construction. The front desk saod they have tried repeatedly to let the expedia know to change it and it hasnt happened. I have learned i need to call to check the status of amenities before booking.

Staff was nasty and rude, doors on the elevator and on the front of the stay were broken down and they got stuck multiple times the room was locked and easy to navigate but their elevator opened on me at the third floor and I opened another persons room because it didn’t take me correctly to the fourth. The outside was full of trash around the place and the parking lot

Friendly staff coming and going. Really clean and updated. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Only drawback was I wish the pool was open later and bigger other than that I highly recommend coming here

We called for the transportation. The guy was extremely rude and end up hanging up on me. When I got to the hotel, He was very agitated and rude and when I went to get water he was very rude to another couple checking in. Then in the morning we went to get on our reserved transportation back to the airport and the driver had called in, but we weren't notified until 5:00 a.m. when we were supposed to leave, there was 15 of us waiting to get on the bus. We all had to pay for our own lifts and we weren't even notified until it was time for the driver to leave with us

Employees were friendly. Breakfast was good. The condition needs to be improved. The elevator was made a clunking sound when it would pass the 2nd floor. There were dusty sprinkler heads. Some areas around the sink were missing caulk. Missing screws in the elevator

On the web sight it says wheelchair accessible pool. We arrive to find under construction. That was the only reason for the booking. We had to leave and find another hotel.. wont be pre booking anymore

The carpet in room 302 was wet and smelled like chemicals and dirty carpet shampoo water. There were also water or mold stains around the ceiling perimeter. Advised the front desk about issues and was told the manager would follow-up. Never heard back from anyone. Requested additional clothes hangers but was told that housekeeping went home at 4pm and they could not provide any. At checkout, was also charged an additional $75 pet fee, which was not disclosed prior.

The real shining star of this facility is the quality staff. They were great. The hotel itself is just Ok... Everything is pretty basic for the price. Didn't pick up my trash until the 3rd day. Overall not a bad place to stay, solid location.

First time I have ever been disappointed and let down by a Hampton Inn. The hallways and room smelled musty. We reserved an accessible room. One was not ready for us. The room that we got had a musty smell; the bed was not comfortable and the shower did not work well at all. Very disappointing all of this from a Hampton Inn.

The elevators did not work and there was not a sign, so I got stuck in the elevator alone for several minutes. The next day there was no signage, but neither elevator was working. There was mold/mildew in the caulking around the bathtub. There was either mold/mildew on the ceiling or a very bad paint job that looked like mold growing around the edge of the ceiling.

During our 3 day stay we did enjoy a good breakfast!! Loved their waffles!! We also liked the convenience of having Great Wolf lodge and the Meow museum close! What we didn’t like during our stay was the cleanliness. We found a prior guest dirty laundry in our closet and some stains on our pillow and towels. When asked for more linen it took multiple attempts to get more towels. Which was rather frustrating cause you felt like you were begging for them at that point. Other than that the staff was friendly just not quick to accommodate.

COLD A/C and comfortable mattress. Nothing fancy about this hotel but in the extreme Texas heat of August, the A/C was cold. I’ve stayed in quite a few other DFW area hotels, and all of their A/C’s struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temp. Would have been nice to have some extra pillows but the front desk said they were out. For a one-night stay over before our flight the next morning, this hotel was great. Nice gas station right on the same block for a quick grab of refreshments and gas.

I always look at the reviews before deciding where to stay. The reviews for this hotel were amazing. However I would say the reviews are wrong. The hotel is an older hotel. We booked a suite with a living area and two queen beds. The living room sofa had stains. The beds were very hard. When you lay in bed you will fall to the side near the left because the bed has been worn to that side. The first night the bedroom ac did not work well. There are thermostats in the living room and bedroom however when you use the bedroom thermostat it did not work and you need to go to the actual window unit to adjust. The first night shower was horrible. The water would not drain so you are standing in high water as you try to shower. Another warning for those with a family the bathroom is very small. The sink are is split and open to the bedroom area. You don’t see this in the pictures. The tub and toilet area are a joke. When you open the door it actually hits the toilet. I did speak to the front desk the next day and they did take care of the tub and ac however there was little they could do about the old mattress and small design or the stained sofa. We wanted to move to a different hotel however it was a busy weekend and couldn’t find another one. I usually love Hampton however this one very disappointed. For the money I paid I would have expected more. I hope this helps some of you who are looking for a fair value for your family.

Booked a 2 night stay king bed. Arrived and the heater didn’t work. I wanted to move and attendant said they only had a double queen and that it would be a 100.00 up charge. I objected and he said that they would switch units with another room which I said well move there and he said can’t do that cause it was a double. Bottom line is they switched units and the heat worked, but the blower motor had a bearing going out and made an annoying wine which it was late now and we just bared with it. All this because they said I booked it with Expedia. Really pore attitude and dispossession.

When I arrived to check in, I was told that my reservation was not held & said it was b/c there was no credit card even though a cc was not required (which I showed them) They had a room available & manager would not honor my reservation & then tried to sell it to me at a much higher rate, then offered a lousy 10$ discount. I had to scramble to find other accommodations last minute after 9pm

Our room was everything and more and my family had a great time. Mitch was Amazing and was so friendly as soon as we walked in the door to check in. He made sure we had everything we needed and definitely made our stay more comfortable. So thank you Mitch !

The room was well accommodated and clean and comfortable. The staff during check in and checkout were very friendly. Whether purchasing items at the snack bar or making change they were friendly. Esparanza in the breakfast area was very friendly and her service was wonderful. She even came in on Thanksgiving day to do breakfast for the guests. She always wore a smile. I will come back to the hotel because the staff were very good.

Room clean, but drywall on corner of bedroom/bath beat up bad. Needs repaired. No hot breakfast as girl had called off. Gave bag with fruit, muffin and granola bar. Apple was old and rubbery. Could not eat it.

The hotel and room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had also booked a room for my daughter and her family for one night. They then wanted to stay two more. I couldn't extend their stay on the app so I booked two more. The young woman at the counter, I wish I had gotten her name, was able to recheck them in the next morning so they didn't have to change rooms. Esparenza came in on Thanksgiving morning to do breakfast. She was very friendly every morning and did such a wonderful job.
