The hotel was fine, a comfortable bed near the airport. They and many other small hotel rely on a small shuttle service. 24 hours. I waited for over an hour for them to get me to the hotel. It left me very tired after a long international journey.

The shuttle didn’t permit more than 6 people at a time, which didn’t work for our group of 9, and it was very difficult to get to and from the airport. It took over an hour to check in upon arrival at 11 pm (after a long day of delayed flights) and the hotel was very understaffed.

Couldn’t check in because of technical issues. Sat in lobby for nearly three hours. $100 deposit for incidentals, were none. Room already was paid for and still made to wait and pay 100% of total cost on deposit? Big issue, no parking. Wa stood by night attendant that they sale parking spaces for others. Approximately 80 rooms and parking flooded out to nearby business (Waffle House) till late night. Was told I couldn’t park in front of hotel at driveway when it literally was the only space remaining. Who runs a hotel with not enough parking for the customers? Room door lock deadbolt would not work. Overall, was alone with my 14 year old and my 4 year old for a sporting event staying at what I thought was a Wyndham level place. This place was using a name. Horrible accommodation and I travel world wide. Embarrassed that for me who lives in Houston that this is what visitors to our city get when they go for a reputable name like Wyndham and end of with WYNDNOT!!!!! Now I can wait 3-5 business days for my deposit that basically covered the price of another room. Ridiculous.

Waited 1.5 hours for shuttle to arrive after contacting front desk. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room that was filthy dirty and still occupied. The second room was more than acceptable and quite clean. A morning wake-up call was requested, but the call never arrived. I was able to awaken early enough to make my departing flight nonetheless. The property is nice; the service and communications within the property definitely need attention.

Thank goodness the Waffle House is in the same parking lot! Breakfast at the hotel was not good, the front lobby door is broken, my shower wasn’t clean when I arrived, and I asked the service attendant to clean it, she just half cleaned my bathroom and restocked it with towels and tissue. Still no clean shower. The room was horrible! It had no curtains in room 100, so I slept horrible the entire time I was there. Thank God I brought my computer and a HDMI cable or I would’ve been bored. The cable box wasn’t working either! The airport shuttle was beat up, the check engine light was on and you could smell the oil burning!

As soon as tou get to the property the space is so crowded outside. And it reeked of cigarette smoke. In the lobby, and even tho I got a non-smoking room, it still smelled sooo bad. Plus the conditions were not the best. I would not recommend this hotel.

This property is disgusting. My family was given a room late at night with exposed outlets, nails protruding from walls, moldy carpet, unclean counters, unwashed sheets, white primer on both sides of bathroom mirror where damage had occurred, the handicapped shower rail was coming off the wall. Toilet intermittently flushed. door didn't close all the way. I was told there was no manager by a w**d smelling and h**h employee who told me to plunge my own toilet as there was no maintenance as I waited for him to return to the unattended lobby. I would have called but there were no BUTTONS ON MY PHONE! Tub was dirty. I was told they wouldn't help me and to email the manager ( who hasn't responded). I WAS TOLD THIS WAS NOT A WYNDHAM PROPERTY BUT PRIVATELY OWNED--- STAY AT YOUR OWN PERIL! W**d smoke in hallways, no coffee available. Pictures will be on google. I'm still waiting on my deposit.

Hallways were full of smoke and sounded like there were parties in the rooms at night. Loud place barely got any sleep. Elevator didn’t work when I was leaving and had to carry my bags down from the 3rd floor. Rooms also were outdated and everything seemed a little bit broken. This place needs to be renovated. Also found hairs in the shower, toilet seat, and bed. Pillows were also stained.

The room has everything I expected a hotel in this price range to be (old and a little dated) but the room had everything that I needed it to have (bed, toilet, shower, etc); I didn't see any bugs and it was reasonably quiet.... That being said, the hotel in the photos look warm and inviting and the hotel in reality is none of these. I would, and probably will stay here again but "amenities" and "atmosphere" don't matter as much to me as they might someone else.... I just needed am inexpensive place to crash for the night and that's exactly what this hotel is....

This place is not *paradise*, but there are some palm trees surrounding the Waffle House next door, so hey! The property has likely seen better days but it is a solid value at half the price of some name brand competitors nearby. My room was actually a suite, so plenty of room to stretch out and be comfy. The desk staff were very friendly at check in. Water and soft drinks are available for $1 and $2, respectively. GB Intercontinental Airport is just 3 miles away with a shuttle if you need it.

Our room was in rough shape. Damaged drywall, bed frame too big for the mattress/bed, resulting in metal parts of frame sticking out into walkways in the room. Hallways were being painted at least, so maybe there will be some improvement in the future. Staff were friendly, if disinterested.

The property is older than it appeared on the website. There was a smell to the hallway and the carpet has not been updated. Additionally, when I arrived, I had to give a deposit for my stay which was not addressed on the website. I do like that they do have 24 hr transportation to the airport but question the safety of the van.

There are no instructions for how to get the shuttle. If you come from an International Flight, they will not come to concourse E and you will have to go all the way to concourse C. Nowhere this information is found until you call the property, after realizing that the shuttle does is not countinuous but under a request basis. The guy at the counter had a nasty and unfriendly attitude. Will not be returning.

When we arrived the TV in our room didn't work. I had to call the front desk twice. No-1 showed up the first time. I called back and they finally sent someone to fix TV. Then our toilet in restroom didn't work at all. We had to change rooms at 1130pm at night which was absurd. The male at the front desk was very non shalant and rude. I will not stay here again.

No, not really. Admittedly, I was leaving at 545am, so maybe they didn't have the full breakfast set up yet, but it was very limited items. Room kind of smelled weird upon arrival, but you get use to it. Air condition was fine. Seemed to be only one or two staff members. They did have a shuttle to and from the airport though and I thought that was great.

I would make time to visit the waffle house before attempting this continental breakfast. The hotel shuttle timing/conversation needs to be addressed. 3 stars is pushing it

Back here on our return trip. Friendly staff and close to the airport with free shuttle. Breakfast options somewhat better than when we came through two week ago. Juice machine fixed. Pancake machine working. Asked for bagels as I knew they might have some. But again, fruit and yogourt only put out once we were done eating.
