Clean hotel. Lives the outdoor pool. Restaurant had excellent food with good prices. Appreciated the airport shuttle Comfortable beds

Property looks to have potential & work appeared to be occurring but interim repairs are poorly done & unsafe. Example: the handrail on the steps to the second floor was secured with duct tape. My son nearly fell when the tape separated from the wall. The pool & pool area are a very nice size but pool needs repair & the area needs cleaning. Also, there were hornet nests near the deep end.

The room was dirty. Picture was not same as the actual hotel. Elevator is broken, we had to take the stairs the entire stay. Smell dirty in the hallways. We felt the pictures did not show the condition of hotel. Worst experience ever. Specially for family vacation

Not your grandpa's Ramada. Stayed here for weekend visit for Humble event; chose Ramada for convenient location to airport and venue, and offered a pool and restaurant - all desired features which made rental car unnecessary with shuttle and ride-share services. Lobby staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant. Restaurant served breakfast buffet ($9 adult/$5 child) - nothing special but was the common scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, biscuit and gravy, pastries, fresh fruit and juices/coffee one otherwise finds at "free breakfast" places. Lunch and dinner menu offered surprisingly delicious and reasonably-priced meals. Accommodations scream "please update" especially exterior wings. Rooms are clean, beds were made each morning; vinyl plank floors. Hospitality staff was pleasant and cordial; room was warm at check-in as a/c struggled to cool at first. It was missing the grille so view of interior mechanism not pleasant and could not ideally direct flow. Blew straight into bedside. Bathroom / shower was clean- fresh towels daily. Disappointed not to be able to use pool following long day in hot sun due to cleaning following storm. Parking lot also has Tesla charging station. Hotel situated next to ride-share staging area for IAH - not sure who may be lingering around there. Wasn't particularly pleased to find exterior entry doors were not securely locked - no card access required. Rooms probably priced right for what is offered - I'd chose alternatives.

elevator didn’t work

Staff was super friendly. Pool was great, beds were confortable. Went to the Dolphin restaurant in the hotel twice and the food was fantastic both times and very affordable. We would definately stay there again!

The pool is amazing

The food was an amazing gem, both dinner and breakfast were handsome servings and tasty, the restaurant staff really works hard on delivering good service. Room was comfortable and spacious enough for our party.

The property was a bit dated and needed paint and an upgrade. Overall the room was clean but elevator has a strange odor. Entertainment was great they have a bar with love music and food.

The hotel is dirty. The floors looks like it was not cleaned. But the worse was the elevator. It’s so dirty!!!!! The smell is horrible! They need to improve a lot , cleaning the whole facility!

Hallway with a terrible cigarette smell, and the room 112 had to much humidity, to the point the ceiling was covered with droplets therefore the floor was wet and the beds as well. Mold buildup in the ceiling. Bad experience.

The pool was not clean, the room had a moisture smell, we found some cockroaches, and the drier didn’t dry my clothes.

The hotel is dirty. The floors looks like it was not cleaned. But the worse was the elevator. It’s so dirty!!!!! The smell is horrible! They need to improve a lot , cleaning the whole facility!

I was checked in for 3 hours and found a cockroach in my room, went to the front desk they did nothing. No offer to change my room, no refund. I moved hotels. Do not recommend.

The Pics of this hotel are completely deceiving. It’s made to look like you can walk out onto a walkway railing in front of a beautiful pool and it is nothing like that. Nothing at all. I was looking for easy access to get inside and outside and it was just very disappointing because that’s the reason I picked this hotel. Other than that the service is great. The room is very clean and the beds are super comfy, but don’t get a room thinking you’d get to go hang out on some lil patio overlooking the pool and enjoy yourself. You’re locked in and the patio doors don’t slide open. And that said there are many many many many hotels close to the airport. I would suggest getting one today before where the prices are half the price of what we paid. Heck, you could even be old school and drive up. I’m sure there’s room at something! but we travel a lot each year and this is just something I learned this time and you constantly learn with traveling.

The beds were not comfortable and you have to pay for breakfast.

The AC was functioning poorly and it was 80 degrees in our room when we first got there. Building was very out dated and poorly kept. The beds were too firm and uncomfortable.

The shuttle was late so we had to get an uber. It came full of people so we couldn’t fit, we were on the list from 24 hours before. Our room over the pool had no WiFi and smelled.

Shuttle forgot we were inside, took an hour from airport to hotel. Shuttle service only every 30 minutes. Aircon is very loud. Front desk half asleep, didn’t even sit up for check out.

This place is convenient to the airport and looks decent but smells bad and the beds are so uncomfortable. You hear everything outside the room. We got no sleep and ended up getting up and leaving at 2:45 am.

Their shuttle services may take 45 minutes ....it took mine to pick me. I understand its complimentary but at least let customers know if you can't make it on promised time

Staff was excellent and patient also interacted with the kids for the Olympics staff had the best customer service I had since forever all shifts when we checked out this morning the staff on duty was great she was a ray of sunshine and nice

The check in line and process was the slowest of my life! I waited like 45 mins in the line.

The stay was alright. The biggest problem I am having is it is now 5 days later and I have yet to receive my $100 for the incidental charge that I was told would go right back on my card. I have made calls and no one knows what is going on, it's always someone else's fault.

Shuttle never came at the airport, even after 3 calls to the hotel and waiting an hour. I had to use a taxi.

Poor service, tried to call for shuttle from airport to hotel and got put on hold 5 or 6 times, finally gave up and took a cab after half an hour...Then waited for another half hour to get registered, in spite of trying to check in online. You still have to wait on the front desk! There's little options to eat here..... Outrageous taxi prices to the terminal! Shower in the room was very weak and lukewarm, but the room was clean.

What keeps me from recommendng this lace is that their advertised 'airport shuttle included' turned out to be completely overbooked for all early morning flights and we (and evidently many other people) needed to get an uber or taxi to make their flights.

The staff was very friendly & efficient. Great location for easy access to IAH. Wonderful restaurant in the lobby area. The room was clean & spacious. We would definitely stay there again.

Room was fine but did order a shuttle to the airport was the whole reason I stayed and it was extremely late and almost had to order an Uber. No one at the front desk at 5am to assist customers.

We stayed one night as a stopover for our flight. We had a very good stay. Airport transportation was efficient, our beds were comfortable and check in and check out were easy.

Close to the airport with 24 hour shuttle. Just make sure you let them know 3 hours ahead when you will be leaving so they can make sure you get a shuttle at that time. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is aging but bed feels comfortable.

Good enough for a one-night stay. It is fairly remote from restaurants or shopping, but the Dolphin restaurant in the hotel was good and close to the George Bush airport.

The place was fine for the cost. Do not eat at their restaurant however. It's awful.

Would definitely stay again. Staff at check in were great and very helpful. Dining room with a bar super cute and intimate. Bartender was phenomenal and friendly!!! Rooms were clean with roku tv's which made it super convenient to continue watching my own shows rather than live tv!!! Overall 9.5 bc the morning staff was not as great!!

The hotel clerk Javany was amazing and was able to provide us a room as close to the entrance to assist with my husbands mobility issues. Hotel bar had a great happy hour offer for drinks and appetizers thanks Diego for the great service. Breakfast buffet had a great selection of hot and fresh food at $9.00 was a great deal. Our stay was pleasant and excellent value for what we paid. Would stay again
