The room was clean and nice. We waited for over an hour at the airport to be picked up by their shuttle, but it never came. In the morning we had set a time to be taken to the airport and there was no front desk staff, and no shuttle arrived. We only stayed at this hotel for the airport transfer, but we were never able to use it. Also, no "free breakfast" in the morning because no one was there. So we ended up spending more in Uber drivers and a breakfast at the airport.

I ended up having to stay over night in Dallas because I missed a flight. I decided to get a reasonably-priced and well-rated hotel room near the airport. This place fit the bill, and was very convenient. Nice staff, clean place, good gym and pool.

Elevator not working. Had to bump my baggage down 1 flight. (I am 85 yrs. old ). Also was told shuttle to airport wd leave at 5 am. Actually left at 5:10. I had a flight leaving at 6:10 so every minute counted

Beware of limited shuttle hours! Booked this and at checkin found out that the shuttle service is only from 5:00am-10:00pm 5:00 wont cut it for our early morning flight! Attendant’s only suggestion was to use Uber.

Free shuttle only runs between 5 am and 10 pm. Flight was delayed so it was after 10 pm and I had to find my own way to the property at my own expense. Found two others going otherwise would have been alone waiting and sorting out transportation

The rooms smelled like mildew and musty. Not very clean rooms. You don't dare walk on the carpet with bare feet. Front desk personnel were very hard to get to help you. Personnel were not very friendly. I wish i would have paid attention to the review rating. I rate this hotel a one.

We lost power, and stayed at this hotel we had previously stayed before. Was very disappointed how run down it has been. Needs major updating. Room stank of smoke even though it was smoke free. Our clothes reeked of smoke and mole? Mildew? Even kids said the bathtub looked ugly and wouldn’t shower there.

This is a good place to stay if you just need a place to sleep. It was clean but the property itself needs to be refurbished and updated. The poor conditions make it look dirty even though you can see the housekeepers cleaning the rooms. I asked for my room to be put on do not disturb because there was no sign to place on the door. Well someone did come in because they took the used towels. My trash wasn't taken out, beds were not made nor was the vacuum passed in the room. Why come in and only take my towels? If you are gonna take the towels then do the rest of the housekeeping. Clearly there is an issue with towels at this joint cause they don't like to give you extra towels and they come take them when you ask them not to come into the room 😆. I like my privacy and I expect it to be respected when I leave my room. Breakfast was good but you are asked for your room number as you walk in the dining from the clerk at the reception desk across the foyer.

The room didn't look like the pictures, the elevator was out the first day here and we had to go up 4 flights of stairs. The room had an odor and the floor in the bathroom was sinking in about to fall through and the water in the bath tub was backing up every time we showered. The last day there, they were out of towels. For breakfast Sunday morning there was a dead roach in the corner. I will never come back nor will I recommend it to anyone.

The checkin time says 3 pm. I was traveling with my child and we reached at 6 and I was told they don’t ashbe any clean room in their system. They made me wait for another 30 Mins to talk to staff, update system and then give us a room. Rooms were smelly and carpet was wet in some areas. Bathroom walls had steins on them. I would not recommend!

Love that we were able to get an early check in after the crazy boring and all nighter we had at the airport. Also love the courtesy transportation. Did not like that roaches we saw walking up the walls in the bathroom.

Very much a motel not a hotel. The pull out bed was not usable as the mattress went through the frame and landed on the floor. The room was old and in massive need of updating. The bathroom was very basic and the shower wall dirty. I would not recommend or stay here again.

The hotel definitely could use some updating, but it was okay. There's a strong smell when you walk into the lobby that i think is the chlorine from the indoor pool. The room also had a little bit of a musty smell. The AC worked great. The bed was comfortable.

We booked hotel on way to our event since it was a last minute trip. As I scrolled through a variety of hotels, this one was in my price range and the pictures did not look too bad. The staff was friendly which was a plus. The room however was less desirable. It was very dated, there were stains on the covers, the fridge in room did not work, the shower did not have pressure (it took me over 20 minutes to take a shower), the toiletries bottles had been opened but left in the bathroom, and the door would not lock properly. Supposedly there were no other rooms available so since we got in late from the game I just made do with what I could. For what the price of this room was, I expected better as that is what I am used to getting at this price point.

The front desk staff is rude. They do not honor their word. I was told I would be refunded for one night because my flight was cancelled and I checked in a day late. But they won’t honor that. The staff is rude and when i was checking out there was roach on the curtain.

The hangers on the blinds were broken and light came through the windows, the bathroom was dirty. Also I recommend this hotel to a family member and the receptionist didn’t respect the reservation my friend already had, I don’t know the reason but if the reservation it’s made it needs to be respected. Also, I came late from our reunion and ready to go to bed, and my card key didn’t work. I went to the reception to get help and I have to wait for 30 minutes for the clerk to help me out, he was sleeping and didn’t get up until I keep calling the hotel phone number for several minutes before I get help. Terrible customer service.

When we checked in desk person seemed inconvenienced to have to help us. We paid $50 to them for parking so we could catch shuttle to airport. When we got to turn in room key next morning we were told that we were not registered for shuttle. I tried to explain to desk clerk (,very limited english) we were never told to sign up for shuttle. When it became apparent that we would have to drive to airport I asked for refund of my extended parking. I was given major attitude and he threw a piece of paper with his managers #. He also got into argument with shuttle driver. Would not recommend due to very poor customer service

I arrived to DFW at 10 pm. Called the hotel for the shuttle. Waited on the line for 20 minutes never got an answer. Decided finally to take an Uber. Cost me an additional 25 dollars which I asked to get reimbursed. Lady at the front desk told me to speak to the manager in the morning. When I talked to the manager and told him that nobody had answered the phone. I showed him the times that I had called (which was well within shuttle times) he told me he couldn’t do anything because nobody had told him anything and that he would have to wait to talk to the lady. Manager was very aggressive and did not want to hear anything I had to say.

What I liked is that it was close to my destination. What I did not like is the failure for check-in and check-out staff that were unable to answer what I thought that were simple questions on the document that I was required to sign at check-in. I received a text from the property stating to let them know if I required any assistance during my stay. I asked 2 questions and still have not received a response almost a week later. Definitely do not recommend this property.

We arrived at the hotel a little after midnight. The front desk clerk was not there because he left the premises to get himself something to eat. We had to wait 20 minutes. He told the security guard, who was very kind, to tell us he was out getting something to eat. When he finally got there, he did not even apologize. He had 3 parties waiting on him. Very unacceptable!

The night driver and the night check in guy were nice. The morning staff were less than thrilled to be helpful. The room seemed clean except there was trash behind the nightstand and mold all over the shower head. There was also a leftover phone charger plugged in the bathroom. That tells me your cleaning staff isn’t paying attention to things very well.

I loved the 12pm check out. Really helped since we were there for a basketball tournament. I loved the 10:30 breakfast and the different options. Everything was good fresh and hot. Overall 4.5 i would definitely stay there again if ever in the area.

Arrived late from the airport. Very nice to have airport shuttle (545a-1045p). Room was clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast Sunday morning...Eggs, biscuits, sausage gravy, sausage patties, etc. Very reasonably priced for all the amenities offered.

Breakfast was from 6:30 to 9. I came down at 8 and it was almost empty until I saw a customer approaching to the people in charge of the breakfast and asking them for the food and they were sitting down talking . They got up and brought more food they didn’t know it was almost empty because they were just talking while we were trying to get what hat was left .
