Close to airport. Had a airport shuttle.

We did not experience the Breakfast as we had a 5:30 AM flight. It has always been excellent though. No need for laundry service. The room was clean and fresh. The staff is excellent. The shuttle personell are friendly and polite. Leaving at 3:30 AM with the first Shuttle, we left an item. the cleaning staff took it to the frontdesk and it was there upon our return the next week.

I always stay here when I have a flight from Dfw airport. It has everything I need, a pool, Gym and a good breakfast.

Best bargain. No wine but did laundry and loved the pool. I didn’t know I had to call them to get picked up at the airport!

is good place, nice location - somewhat dated, shuttle experience not good - took too long and not very cooperative for the conditions at DFW - had to walk long distance to get to shuttle spot with no choices offered. Then took a long time to get to me after was at the shuttle spot

My hotel room was roomy and clean - the breakfast and coffee was really great! There is noise from the planes flying over, but you get used to it- the shuttle service was definitely one of the perks - I was able to get to the airport and back safely without any issues.

The room was nice , renovated and pretty clean! It was nice staying in there . The only thing that got us upset is we booked that hotel for outside pool and it was closed that day for cleaning purposes.

They said they would send a shuttle, but it never arrived, so I had to wait at the airport for an hour. The check-in process also took an unreasonably long time.

The shuttle to the airport was by reservation only so we had to get a cab

Free shuttle to airport at very early time was a great bonus

Dirty bathroom

Stepping into the hotel it was evident that it was clean and friendly.

The room was very nice size and smelled good. Front desk staff were wonderful. However, the bathroom had dirty washcloth hanging on shower rod from previous guest!

Property was fine for the price point. The room had hair all over it that didn’t belong to me or my husband which means the room wasn’t cleaned greatly, internet and tv was awful and I was on the 1st floor which was noisy and not great. The parking was nice and price and they allowed a late checkout so it was ok for the price since it was only one night. Probably wouldn’t stay here again though.

The room smelled like sewage. We figured out it was coming from the pipes.

It was very dirty and not regularly maintained. Not as pictured on other reviews. Mostly everything was dirty. Water drained slow in the shower. Soap dispensers were so dirty i was glad that i brought my own. If i had paid 60-90 $ for this place that would be understandable but for $140 a night i wish i had just gone somewhere nicer

Every morning I woke up I had new bugs to kill in the bathroom. Not my favorite start to the morning. Outdated and not well cleaned or maintained. The rooms were also so humid even with the AC running the carpets felt damp the entire time. I’m from Florida so I understand humidity but this was something on another level. I had to wait over an hour to be picked up via their shuttle service and call multiple times to ensure they were coming. On my initial phone call I was told I’d be picked up in about 15-20 mins. After an already long day of travel this was very frustrating. Once picked up the shuttle driver couldn’t locate another guest and kept driving around the terminals only to discover the guest was already in the shuttle.

The hotel was horrible. Arrived and was given a room. Unfortunately the room smelled of smoke and had dirty marks all around the floor. That was not too bad, but the appearance of Cockroaches was too much. I called the front desk and they claimed they had no other rooms available and the roaches were normal. According to the front desk, the manager would follow up with me. Never happened.

AC noise is like airplane engine.

Great Breakfast. Food Service staff was excellent. Room was clean and spacious and loved the Dove shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash!! Room was veey clean, smelled good, the only complaint is that their TV's are not SMART TV. The Samsung TV was not capable to watch Netflix Hulu, Tubi and other streaming services on my accounts because the hotel has it set up for just their tv channels. It 2025 and for the level of customer service at a Holiday Inn Express, their TV should be updated, so it was a bummer to watch news, and old TV shows But other than the TV issue it was

Rooms were outdated and poorly furnished.

The bed was very comfortable.

Hotel was in a convenient location, room is clean and the bedroom is a separate space which is great for those who are early risers and don’t want to wake up those who aren’t.

We stayed here overnight because we'd been delayed by weather at Dallas airport. This hotel was close by and had a room for us at short notice. Everything was good on the whole, but they need to sound-proof the glass in the rooms. The noise from the highway was pretty bad.

We found that every time the AC Unit kicked in, the noise was rather loud.

The room was clean, however the water pressure in the shower was horrible. There was barely enough water pressure to shower

Excellent front desk experience. Staff very cordial and helpful.

So convenient if you are using the parking spot or need access to the DFW airport. Staff at the front desk were so kind!

Friday 8/1/25 @4:30ish pm. Check in was good, receptionist was polite. I reserved 2 rooms for 2 days close to each other due to medical reasons on my part.The rooms assigned were on the 2nd floor in the very back of the building and a bit of walking distance even if we parked at the back entrance of the building. I went back to front desk(same person) asked if there was any way we could switch rooms to some closer to the front being that I had had hip injections and was in quite a bit of pain. She was NO LONGER pleasant. She informed me that if I wanted to stay "close" to the other room that was all she could do. The info was fine, it was the delivery that was uncalled for. The rooms were excellent in cleanliness. All other staff very polite, sadly no one we encountered from staff spoke English. Luckily both my husband and I are fluent however, my kiddos and grands are not. Our beds were not "refreshed", dirty towels were not taken, no clean towels were given for our 2nd day. We didn't get back into the rooms till about 9pm on our 2nd night. My daughter went to front desk asked for clean towels for our room. My son and his family ended up having to use the towels from the day before. I did bring this up when checking out (same person I checked in with upon arrival) she tried to tell me that we probably had a "Do not disturb" sign or maybe cleaning staff just forgot to clean both rooms.

I enjoyed my recent stay. Both the night time staff and the morning staff were amazing, kind, funny and accommodating. The breakfast was great, my room was so comfortable, the bed was amazing, the soap is the same kind of soap that I use and I was so appreciative because I was out of soap, so that was one less thing I had to buy. I also appreciate being able to come down and get snacks so I didn’t have to order small things. There’s also a nice walking trail near the hotel that I appreciated. Thank you for your hospitality! Everyone that I met and interacted with was good including the food staff and housekeeping. Hope to stay with you all again soon!

The windows were older and could hear the planes. The furniture was updated but the actual room updates were poorly done. The room’s air conditioning wasn’t the best and the sleeping room was much warmer than the main sitting area room. Also, the front desk staff were openly arguing in front of guests when we were in the lobby, and seemed to not care that guests could hear and see them.

We took the airport shuttle when we got back in. It took one hour to get picked up. When I called to check on the van the lady working was so rude and hung up on me. We will never stay there sgain

The staff was all wonderful and very helpful to me I enjoyed staying there and would definitely return.

Late overnight stay to catch an early flight out of DFW. Convenient airport pick up at 11.20 pm with a cordial shuttle driver . Alexis at front desk was warm and welcoming to all and answered questions to all in line .

Most of the staff was helpful and professional! Except one woman at the front desk! She mean, Kurt and outright RUDE! She shouldn’t be at the front desk’s bc it gives the wrong impression of the staff and hotel!

Great easy place to stay close to the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious and clean. Good comfortable beds and we even had a chance to dip in the pool. Bonus was door dash delivers right to your hotel room

Great location and airport parking is great .

Somewhat noisy, as it was near interstate & DFW. Everything else was great !!

Very convenient to airport

The overnight stay was great. Clean rooms and the airport shuttle was very convenient. There is t dining in the area without a cab or a car . The closest is at The Sheraton and the walk is not safe. Eat at the airport if you do t have your own transportation. Otherwise the hotel itself was good.

I love the proximity to the airport and the cleanliness/feel to the hotel. Very nice. A bit noisy due to it’s proximity to the main highway, but still a great place.

Great rooms, staff and the breakfast was delicious- I loved that you had real oatmeal, not the packaged stuff. It really shows care for the hotel guests.

We had a pleasant weekend stay. Beds were comfortable. Room big and clean. Breakfast was good.

This place was really clean, per the usual for a stay at Holiday Inn. But I've Def had better stays at other Holiday Inns. There are around 200 rooms over 3 levels at this location, that center around an outdoor pool area. It is very nice. The breakfast area does not properly accommodate the number of patrons that may be occupying the hotel. The line to get breakfast was more than 7 deep- with very little room to even stand. Most of the items were out, multiple items. They have a newer coffee machine that grinds and dispensers fresh coffee- great right!? There were 2, again in a tiny area with around 5 people at each machine. By the time I was able to get in line for coffee- they were both full of grounds and out of order. I waited and waited, no one was there to refill the coffee or the food. There was not enough seating, not enough room, not enough coffee, and not enough food. I understand this being a larger location, but accommodations for that larger crowd should be prepared for. This was a Friday morning. Besides the planes, it's on a very busy highway. Trucks and engines and horns were constantly heard from my second floor room. Def was not the most favorable time with Holiday Inn.

Everything was clean, comfortable and functioned well. With the excellent lower price it definitely worked for me. Since I am a longtime vegan, it would have been nice to have vegan choices labeled.

Convenient and great value. Shuttle service from DFW is nice. Breakfast is standard hotel fare in US in this class of hotels. They may try a paid premium breakfast

Great breakfast!

We arrived after 10 pm on a Saturday night and had an early morning flight home. With their breakfast opening at 6:30 am, we reserved the next shuttle at 6:40 am. After a long day on Saturday and going without dinner, we were looking forward to a quick breakfast. We could hear workers prepping breakfast behind the roll up doors, but at 6:40, they had still not opened and we had to take shuttle. Disappointing because no other options were available within walking distance of the hotel.
