The reason I rented this property was because they had an indoor and outdoor pool. Unfortunately, I stayed four nights and neither pool was functioning during my entire stay. The gym was quite nice, but there was an empty container of wipes that was never replaced during my four nights either so no way to clean equipment. The rooms had been recently updated and were nice.

Everything was fine but the staff did not clean our room when we were out for the day. No maid service at all. We did not have the 'do not disturb' sign out, so not sure why they missed our room. Another complaint is the elevator is not near the lobby, but rather it's on the extreme far end of the property, so you have to walk a couple hundred yards to get to the elevator.

My first night had some bugs. Then I was moved to another room 2 doors down that was handicapped accessible (not sure why I was moved here and no one asked if that was acceptable). This room also had bugs and no shampoo. I asked for it and they brought me a can of dry shampoo. Good grief!! Such poor customer service. I will never stay here again

Old hotel and walking restaurants meh. Our bedroom air conditioner was super loud and hotel is very old, but clean. Bed was more comfortable than the Springhills we have stayed at last two weeks. Check-in service was very friendly but getting a drink was painful and wasted time. Picture was from our room.

This Courtyard seems kind of a hidden gem. My first impression was that it was an older property, as clear by such stylistic things as the elevator with its wood paneling. I've definitely seen more modern, upscale Courtyards. However, that doesn't matter much. Turned out to be a very pleasant stay. The room had all the Courtyard amenities, bed was very comfortable, it was more roomy than most. But most of all this was the quietest hotel I've ever stayed in. I did not hear a sound from any direction. I wondered if I was the only guest but no, the parking lot was mostly filled. This was not a business trip but it would have been great for that. Good legit desk with a proper office desk chair, good lamp. It would have been excellent for working or reading or computer use. And, perhaps uniquely for a hotel, the AT&T 5G was five bars and super fast. No need even to try the WiFi. Good stay.

Bed was old with big hole in the middle. Could not sleep, my body was slipping back into dip in the mattress. On my bill front office charged me bottle of water because I complained. This is horrible. I will never stay at your hotel again

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Guests were scared and couldn’t. Eventually after more than 30 minutes of the blasting alarm and guests standing in the hallway in pajamas, firefighters came and asked guests to evacuate. The staff was not present to provide information. It was very scary. Staff could have made an attempt to provide information or clarification.

Our main concern was Gillian at the front desk. Upon arrival to the hotel, we were met by Gillian, who immediately asked to see a card & ID. After handing over the requested items, we were informed we couldn’t use the card presented. My wife assured her the card was valid, but she stated she could not check us in without a certain card. We do not use our banks cards while traveling due to our information being compromised. But okay, whatever…we understand policies, seeing as though we own a food truck business. So, we step to the side to transfer funds to our personal account. While waiting, several other guests checked in. Gillian, who had been oddly monotone with us, proceeds to happily greet those other guests. My wife and I took note of how she allowed one guest who said she didn’t have her card to check in. Not just that, but after being told by the same patron that she couldn't remember the last four of her card on file, they engage in a friendly conversation while Gillian finishes the check in. Next, she checks in another guest, which by the way, never presented his card. He just ran it through the machine. Finally, we make it to the front again. Gillian takes my card and examines it before sliding it back across the counter for me to run. Once again, her voice was monotone—almost to the point it was inaudible. I can’t say for sure that she was more biased to a certain group, but what I can say confidently, is that we felt stereotyped.

Check in staff was slow and rude. After changing my reservation from 2 beds to one, I was given the choice to accept the room or leave the hotel. Not very friendly or nice. Finally settled on getting the rate adjusted for the reservation change....but took over an hour to make adjustments.....extremely frustrating

Overall the hotel was great for where I needed to stay location-wise. But what made it a fantastic experience, was the front desk/Jack-of-all-trades, Bliss! He gave me fantastic restaurants recommendations, was very kind, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay at the hotel!

The worst stay in a hotel ever. Kids were rowdy, running, screaming, slamming doors, playing and rambunctious for hours. I called the front desk at 1045pm, midnight, then sometime after 3am. It was so loud and disruptive i thought things were going to fall off my wall. They knocked on my door but i didn’t respond because i didnt want them to continue. It seemed like there was no parental oversight, no adult would tolerate that. I never heard anyone come and check, as they never paused in their activity.

It was easy to access the hotel. Parking was plentiful. It's not in the middle of the city. There's no walkability, but it's only a few minutes from the airport, and the price is right, and you get what you pay for. I.e., it has barebones food and bev. options, but the front desk staff is terrific. I was only in Dallas to attend a funeral over the weekend. In Friday, Out Sunday. This place delivered.

The coffeeshop is only open 3 hours in the morning. Like 6:30 until 9:30 am. Which really doesnt seem that helpful. Check out is at 12:00pm. Between the hours of 9:30am until noon checkout no where to get a little snack like coffee and croissant and coffee. Ay checkout time it would be great to be able to take a snack, small sandwiches and coffee with you. This one thing really irked us. Is staring at a closed coffeeshop at checkout. No where across the street or nearby witin walking distance to have a nice breakfast either

I was disappointed in the amenities. The room was comfortable and clean. There was no coffee pot or coffee. You had to go buy it from the bistro. The “breakfast” was bistro, frozen (unsuccessfully warmed in microwave) and pricey. The bar was not open and the courtyard was mosquito infested. We didn’t use the pool or gym so I cannot comment on those areas.
