Front desk are very u frendily and looks like they dont care and competely not welcoming. Unnecessarily charging $25 per day parking on the property and it is not a downtown or any upscale place. They are juat 4 star airport hotel. There was nothing mentioned as well. Just beware of booking this mariott.

Great hotel with pristine rooms. I loved the convenience store within the hotel that was open 24 hrs. The staff was friendly, and the location was convenient. I used the gym during my stay and it was fabulous. Great hotel!

Nice property near the airport but the shuttle service needs attention. It takes forever to catch the shuttle, regardless which way you are going and the drivers and phone staff are not on the same page. For being right next to the airport, the shuttle is not convenient.

The hotel looks super nice from the outside and the lobby smells good but when you get into your room you just want to run away from the hotel.. the rooms are old, they smell like mold, the bed sheets were weat and had some blood on the bed sheets.Do your self a favor and look for a another hotel (i stay with 2 kids) worst night ever.

We arrived to the hotel first thing we noticed was a strong smell in the lobby. Then after checking in we went to our room to find a bed that wasn’t made and a dirty bathroom. I never had such a filthy experience in my life from a hotel!!

My flight home was delayed at the last minute so I needed a hotel for the night. I was able to easily book a room on Expedia. Check in was very easy. My room was very clean and comfortable. I spent a wonderful couple of hours by the pool and had a great dinner in the restaurant. I slept well in a very comfortable bed. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was fine except that I had to wait over 40 minutes for the hotel shuttle to pick me up at airport close to midnight so there shouldn’t have been any traffic issues. Also, room was not clean. There was a gum wrapper on couch and a piece of trash on floor behind toilet. These were things visible to me so it made me wonder about what wasn’t visible. Breakfast was good and hotel staff was very nice and accommodating

I didn’t like that you had to pay for Parking the property had all different types of smells. During my entire stay there was only one staff that greeted me couldn’t catch her name but she was great. Overall I do feel that there are better hotels for the price that was paid.

The overall property was very nice. I loved everything about it except that it had a very bad mildew smell upon entrance and throughout the hotel. It smelled horrible. I am addicted to beautiful scents and for this reason alone iI would never stay at this particular property again😢

The staff are very helpfull reception staff very good, the rooms are very bad condition inside and out the pictures are not correct . I booked three room all in bad condition mine had mold broke bath tub dirty and a hole in the window, out side no pool and the area was trashed , carpets are warn out and no heating in the room only ACU

It took more than one hour (and several calls to the lobby) for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. It was around 10pm when we finally arrived at the property, so the restaurant was closed and the bar was only serving pizza (cheese or pepperoni). The room 1124 was clean, but the double beds are really small and it was very hard to sleep with all the noise from non stop planes all night and traffic. The acoustic isolation in the room is very poor.

Our stay was decent overall, but we did encounter several issues such as poor television and wifi connectivity. The staff were responsive and moved us to another room, but we also experienced maintenance issues with the toilet. Additionally, the parking fee of $20 per day seemed a bit excessive. I'm not entirely sure if I would choose to stay here again in the future.

This property was probably a very nice property at one time. The lobby is very pretty. The pool is half indoor half outdoor and a very good size. But the rooms and hallways are are starting to show their age. The tub has been repainted and is chipping paint, the trim is super beat up and the bedding wasn't that of a nice hotel. I feel like the rooms and hallways could use some attention. With all the hotels the area has to offer in that price range we probably won't be back.

Fire alarm in room went off at 2 am due to low battery. Took 30 mins and 2 calls to get someone to come to the room and fix!!! When I pay over $200 a night for a room I expect a little more! Won’t be staying at a Marriott anytime soon in the future.

First impressions can set the tone for the stay and certainly did this time. The airport shuttle had some damage to the passenger side of the vehicle and the A/C control was held up by duct tape. The lady who checked me in acted as though I was bothering her by checking in. My room was nice and clean, but when I went to take a shower, I noticed that there weren't any washcloths. I showered anyway and later went to the front desk to request a washcloth, where once again, i was treated like I was a bother. The gentleman behind the desk this time, didnt even bother to look up at me. He just called someone and asked them to get some washcloths to me. I went back to my room and a lady dropped them off a while later. I'm lifetime gold on Marriot, so I am familiar with how things usually work and I feel lile this was outside of the normal experience - I certainly hope so, anyway.

I wasn't sure how a Marriott near the airport would be, but this is a solid hotel. The price is reasonable, very reasonable considering that the food is good, the rooms are clean, the showers are amazing, and everything has a pretty new look to it. My gripe is small: $16 for two large bottles of water? That's more than the airport itself charges. Overall, I am very pleased and would definitely return if my trip is again ruined by American Airlines.

Because I work from the hotel rooms I stay in, I chose this hotel for room service and a good work environment in the room. Unfortunately, the website and Hotels.com have not updated the fact that NO room service is available. In addition, which may be a non-issue for vacation travelers, is the room lighting is poor when working into the evening hours. The service was disappointing. 4 people at the reception counter, no customers except me. and when I asked for a cart to bring my things in, they all just watched me struggle with getting items from my car on to the cart and then struggle with opening the two sets of doors to get into the lobby with the cart. On my 2nd trip, a kind bystander (guest at the hotel) rushed to open one of the door sets for me. I was very clear at the front desk in asking if someone could help me prior. All they said is- we don't have valet or a bell desk to help you. I cancelled my 2nd reservation at this hotel, and will not stay here again.

I am surprised at Marriott and ashamed that I hastily did my research. The property was somewhat pricey, over $300 for the night. My flight was delayed so by the time I arrived around 11 after be greeted less than cordially by the desk, I was shocked that the hotel had no room service and when I contacted the desk, I was told that I could get sandwiches and the like at the bar, and that it was open until 12. I hurried down only to be told that food service stopped at 10.???
