Outstanding breakfast! And I don’t say that lightly. I booked a PH with loft upstairs and a fireplace down that we absolutely loved using to roast marshmallows and make s’mores and drink hot chocolate. The dishes were pretty dirty but overall very happy with the service and hotel.

We enjoyed the 2 bedroom Presidential Suite, however noted that the upstairs room was an open loft, not an enclosed bedroom, which was not apparent per the pictures posted online. Itcel provided exceptional customer service, and I was pleased to noted that the pool is cleaned each morning. The couch wasn't the most comfortable, but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

No hair dryer. Had to ask. No iron/ironing board. Had to ask. No hangers Floor of tub was black. Needed scrubbing. Bathroom door off center. Didn’t stay shut. Most convenience outlets loose. Needed to jiggle to jiggle plug to energize. Grounds poorly maintained. Housekeeping came to room only twice for a one-week stay. 2nd time just knocked and asked if I needed anything. Did not freshen room. Room quality/condition way below Marriott standard. One day hot breakfast was good. All cooked in-house. Next day hot breakfast was all prepackaged items warmed up. Next day a mix if both. Convenient parking Ice maker in freezer was great Fireplace nice touch Very convenient location

The full size and stocked kitchen was a plus, the rooms were spacious. The main check in area had some issues w the ceiling, looks like it had a leak at one point and it was not fixed yet. The breakfast could also use some improvement.

This was literally a last minute stay for us - The hotel we had booked had too many issues and we had to find an alternative. Overall a good stay. Nice and Helpful staff.clean room. Seemed to be in a safe part of town. Breakfast could have better. The pool was closed 😢 All-in-all I'd stay again,if in the area.

I had two issues:1) only one dryer working 4 others broken. Always had to wait to get clothes done. 2) dogs barking all the time difficult to study! Everything else was good.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Parking was accessible and abundant. Towels and sheets were clean. Room was nice and tidy. They were cobwebs behind the bathroom door and we did catch and kill one cockroach, but this is the south so I don’t know they can be avoided.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was not what i anticipated. I found a dead cockroach in the bathroom upon arrival, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The iron provided was dirty and ended up ruining my white shirt-incredibly frustrating. Breakfast was underwhelming and lacked quality. Overall experience was below expectations, and I would not recommend.

Our room finally got serviced the day before we left we sfayed 4 nights. The bafhroom smelled like urine. The pull out sofa sleeper had an old mattress super uncomfortable. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful that was the best part of the stay.

This hotel is old, the mattresses were so soft in a warm down kind of feeling, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling and what looked live animal feces on the floor behind the bathroom door. Additionally, while the shower and toilet are in an enclosed small space, there is nowhere to have privacy when getting read to go. The only saving grace was the speed and friendliness of the front desk staff. I do not recommend this place.

I have stayed at many residence inn’s in different city and states it this was probably the worst stay. Our room had mold on the bathroom ceiling, floors were pitted, warped, and creaking. This property could benefit from some serious maintenance.

The room had a good space concept. However the carpets are way too old and need changing. Even though the room was aired by us their was a pungent smell that wont go away. I am thinking it was from the carpet or maybe some mold that was behind the walls. Air conditioner Unit was very noisy.

Overall the stay was good. I loved the 2 bedroom suite layout. It had an Airbnb feel. My only complaints are the mattress are way too soft. When you sit down on the bed you are almost to the ground. The tvs cut off on us and took a long time to come back on and when they did we could only watch local channels. Other than that the room was good

Very spacious! Great kitchen esp if you are planning a stay - has full sized appliances. Sleeper sofa is a sleeper sofa but only sleeps 1 adult Large bathroom. 2 Q beds. Just a shame we weren’t staying longer

It may be someone else’s okay for the stay, but not for me. I love the other residence inn we’ve stayed in. However this one had too many people walking late taking loud. The beds had hair in them. The mattresses were worn as well as the bedding was stained. Needed to be replaced not just washed. It was like the whole room was refurbished bedding. The appliances was nice and new. We were down stairs. The noise was horrible. Even from the neighbors above they walked hard all night.

The property was well kept and everything was clean to my very high standards. The Manager and the entire staff was amazing and very accommodating. The breakfast lady even brought out a treasure box for the children during breakfast encouraging them to eat a good healthy breakfast to start their day. She was the sweetest. She reminded me of my Grandmother and I wanted to take her with me. I will definitely bring my family to stay here again when visiting Texas.

This is a perfect place to stay if you want to be in Los Colinas, Irving, The Toyota Music Factory or Dallas-Fort Worth as a whole. Its near alot of things to do and only 10-12 minutes from DFW Highly recommended!!

The hotel location is very nice. It was in a quiet area and close to some restaurants and gas stations. Breakfast was good. The outside of the hotel looks great, however our room, not so much. Our bed needs to be replaced. We felt like we were lying upside down because the bed was pretty beat up and maybe super old. The restroom is too tiny we can barely move around. The closets look really cheap and not at par with Marriot standard. Staff were great 😊. Unit # 1111.
