The stay was comfortable and great, location was good as well , the place needed some regular maintenance and some replenishment of facilities but when asked they supplied, gym was almost fully equipped due to some missing dumbbells and some additional items for the smith rack? When you first walk in it’s like a ghost town no pool no spa heard it’s been months since it’s been available Halls smell disgusting no smoking hotel yet rooms are filled with cigarette smell nasty shower I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AREA

Check in was easy but they require a $100 deposit, a new charge that seems to becoming more popular with low end hotels. The room was clean but has carpet that looked clean but had a minor odor and did not feel clean. The bathroom tub showed a broken soap shelf and has rust on the edges also the tube was very slippery with no nonslip material added. Other than that the room was acceptable. The complimentary breakfast was very good, scrambled eggs with sausage, cereals, breads waffles etc. very clean and well done. Ample parking and convenient location. Not a great stay but for the price was OK.

The room was dirty in general, the carpet was ripped in some places, no blackout curtains, the sheets were dirty and ripped, the floor some how was slippery, the bathroom dirty. We ask for a room change and they gave us another room and it was pretty much the same. In the tub the water wouldnt drain.

Staff was friendly, but our room was not clean, linens were dirty, left over drinks in the fridge, and in the ice bucket there was trash and an empty water bottle. My family and i were flooded out from our home and only used the hotel to sleep and shower. Also we brought out dog withbus i was charged am additional 50 a night when some one else was charged 25 a night and i was not given any reason to why there was a difference. My dog is a small shizu mix no more than 10 or 15 lbs.

Room had mold floors were dirty lady was rude. And also didn’t care about the rooms being dirty. Showers were old and not dirty. Got stuffy in the room. Had to switch rooms and it was a little better. But won’t be staying here again.

This room for being a suite was horrible the tv remotes and tv didn’t work we ask for batteries they still didn’t work the floors were dirty no blow dryer the iron didn’t work the pull out sofa didn’t work there was a note not to pull the bed out ! The comforter had red lipstick stains on it ! My husband paid the first night out go pocket then I used the reservation the second night we didn’t want to stay the second night but it was already paid for so we did ! The bed felt like it was a board with a thin padding on it it was the worst two nights of sleep!!

Hotel was full, due to a storm in the area the night before.No internet, no tv. Not their fault, but really annoying since we both needed to do computer work. Lighting in room very poor. Nice little reading spotlights, but regular desk lamps didn't work . We were also in a first floor room, but it didnt have black out curtains so light from the parking lot was a major issue.

This place is hit or miss. I've stayed here a couple of times and sometimes the rooms are really humid or damp and the maintenance staff leaves floor fans to dry theroom floor so that's already a minus. On my most recent stay the issue I had was that the HDMI ports on their RCA tv didn't work so i couldn't watch Netflix with my Roku or switch. I asked front desk for help or another room but was told he had no experience with electronics help and no other room was available. In the end all he offered was a very apathetic "i will make a note for the manager" i won't hold my breath that they'll reach out. I'm done with this place , I'll just pass and pay a little more money and get better hotel from now on. Name should be changed to The Crummy inn and suites.

From the moment I entered building I was greeted by staff with a friendly hello. Breakfast staff also were very friendly and helpful. When I would ask for something they would respond with kindness and I didn’t feel I was bothering them. Amazing

In town with our team for a State Track & Field meet. Had 7 rooms reserved for the team. Instead of charging ONE collective charge for the rooms for business purposes like what was listed on the initial reservation, the front desk attendant charge the card 7 different times for each room….Although a couple of the front desk attendants were hospitable, there one that had the worst customer service disposition we’ve ever encountered on trips like these with our team. 3 rooms had mildew like smells. We were unable to switch the rooms because there was not any more suite sized rooms available to accommodate the family members in each. Therefore, we bought & utilize Febreeze to make them tolerable for the families. The outdated televisions/remotes were not working properly in 2 rooms. 1 tv had a discolored screen & needed to be replaced. We were told it would be while we were out the next day. It was never switched out…Mold was found on the bathroom wall of 1 room…& although the pool was relaxing, the jacuzzi was broken & out of service during our stay.

When to Pharr for a concert, go to hotel and we were told that an additional $100 deposit was needed for incidentals. The staff seemed to not know when or how long said deposit would be held on my card. Also they seemed understaffed and unorganized, I paid in advance and was told that my card and name were wrong.

I didnt like that some housekeeping employees were rude. My partner and i were one of the last to check out and as soon as we were going down the elevator an employee asked the other “did they leave already?” Talking about us. Then they saw us and laughed. Other than that good place

Location was good, quiet not too many cars, alot of restaurants nearby. Room was nice however some spots were dirty like the walls, some seats had stains and the bath tub was rusted. I didn't like that when i asked for extra towels i was asked to bring the soiled towels in exchange for clean ones i think this was inconvenience and unsanitary. i have never been asked to do this in any other hotel chain.

This is a good value for what they charge, nothing fancy but a decent clean room with all the basics. The breakfast bar is also well maintained clean and fully stocked for a good basic breakfast. Sausage links with scrambled eggs, waffles, cereal, fruit, coffee and juices. The only complaint is the Sunoco gas/convieniece store next door. They had lots of kids driving very loud trucks riding around for a few hours just making a nuisance if themselves. The police were called and after 2 or 3 try's they were fnally removed.

First of all, the room smelled of mildew or something in the air conditioning because when I sanitized and sprayed, it still smelled. No one ever came to give us towels or picked up the trash. We stayed there for 4 nights, but let one day early. Breakfast was always late start. I think everyone needs to be fired and start over again.
