This isn't my first time staying at this hotel. What was different this time was that we were placed in the building next door, room number 2215. The bed was king-size. The main problem was that both sides of the bed leaned toward the center. So, no matter where you lay, you always rolled to the center. We had a terrible night.Además, falta un buro, mi esposo tuvo que poner a cargar su celular en el piso.The minibar was dancing, disconnected and hot. In addition, the curtains could not be closed, and all the light from the street came in, which also did not help with sleep. This morning I wanted to file a complaint. The manager wasn't there (it was Sunday). The young man at the front desk listened to me and said he'd pass on the complaint, but he didn't even write down my name or the room number. He suggested that the next time I make a reservation, I should say I wanted a room in the main building, as the rooms in the building across the street are older.

Wonderful hotel with a different breakfast each day. Only problem we had was one night we returned to hoyel to find out hotel had no water. Their adjoining property was able to put us up, however, we wished we had received a phone call informing us so we could have returned earlier to change rooms. Very nice hotel, however. We would stay there again.

Great location, friendly staff but bathroom had a disgusting smell all the time, first days AC didn’t worked and last days WiFi disconnected like every 5 minutes or less. The rest was ok except for the pillows, the worst I’ve tried. Also 2 of 2 washer machines didn’t worked and 1 of 2 dryers supposed to work, business center prometer also not working but they printed my files in another printer. Staff is very friendly and helpful

**BE AWARE** that there are two separate buildings. The main building where you check-in seems fine, but the separate/second building does not have a breakfast area or a lobby. It does have a sort of “unattended” front desk which feels unsafe. The second building makes it feel like a motel. The building and furniture is outdated and has an initial smell.

Hotel was very convenient and close to everything we were intown to do. Room was very clean and fresh. Check in was easy. Only thing is that the elevators were out of service for the duration of our stay and had to use the stairs, which we didnt have a problem with using as they were easily accessible.

property is under construction. VERY inconvenient, you have to check in one building, sleep in another building and eat breakfast in the neighboring hotel. Room was ok, parking lot was well lit and felt safe. Pool is outside and not lit for night swimming.

Overrated hotel. Rooms aré located in annex building without amenities or staff. You need to walk they parking lot and a street to main building Room was too small and noisy. Breakfast also below average of similar hotels.

I had specified in my reservation that I wanted a room in the main building, as the other building they have is very old and run-down. We arrived at the hotel at 10 PM and they informed me that my room was in the building across the street. I told them that I had requested a room in the main building and they said that they DON'T READ the messages we post on the Hotels.com app. I was firm with them and "coincidentally" they had a room available. I had reserved a room with two queen beds. They gave me a room with one king bed and a sofa bed. They told me that this was a more expensive room but that because of the inconvenience, they wouldn't charge me the difference. They made me have a terrible time; there was no empathy from the employee, who simply said, "It's not possible, I'm sorry, we're full."

We stayed in a different tower than the lobby, which made me feel unsafe, although to enter the tower you had to swipe your room card. There were small cockroaches in the room. At breakfast, the food ran out very quickly and there was not enough staff to serve the food. The same lady had to cook and bring the food and although she was very kind, she couldn't handle everything.

Our stay was not a pleasant one. Shower had mold. Rooms above had kids running and jumping after 12am. I reported it, but no change. Traffic noise was the worse of all issues. Will not be returning to this location.

This hotel is dirty! I unfortunately stayed at this hotel the first room they tried to give me the smell of urine was unbearable. The second room they tried to give us the smell wasn’t as bad till I sat on the couch and noticed the couch cushion was wet with urine the smell was horrible. I took the cushion and gave it to the person working the front desck and told him to smell it and he confirmed it was urine. It was was 1am when we moved to a third room it was too late to be able to book at another hotel so we stayed in the 3 room that I must say was not clean either. The manager was no where to be found all weekend you would think they would have some type of manager to handle this type of situation. Don’t stay here!!

A very nice hotel located in just the right place for us. The room was spacious. We rented a room with two queen size beds but were upgraded at no charge to two king size beds! The layout of the room was very nice with an attractive desk between the two beds. Although I prefer central HVAC the below-window unit was quiet and very easy to operate. Although the hotel is next to an interstate highway the noise level was not bothersome. The breakfast was well-prepared and fresh. Fresh eggs were used for the scrambled eggs and ham or potatoes rather than eggs from a carton. This hotel had one of the better breakfast nooks of any that I have stayed at. If there was anything to complain about breakfast it would be their choice of early morning news but then, I, like most patrons, ignored the TVs except for the one tuned to the weather. We look forward to our next stay at this LaQuinta Inn.

Great hotel, nice and safe location. Fast food places right in front of hotel, so that was a plus for my family. The only issue we had was the shower pressure was very low and soft, took each of us at least 30 minutes for a shower. Other than that, no complaints.

The property is a little outdated. The main area is remodeled but the rooms are not. I’ve stayed at other Quintas and the rooms have always been amazing. Beside the room being outdated the property was okay overall

The wireless internet is miserably slow when it works at all. Impossible to do any business over the internet at this hotel. We've been over over a week and things have only gotten worse. Will seek other accommodations next time.

I was coming into town for work and my arrival window kept getting pushed later into the night; the front desk was extremely helpful in keeping my room available for me which was wonderful as I was arriving well past check in time and was really tired. Didn’t have time for breakfast, but it’s available. The place was clean, well maintained, and centrally located. Thanks LQ Pharr

We were given a ground floor room next to ice machine, elevator, and fitness room. The walls had zero soundproofing, and we spent all night waking up to a cocktail of sounds. I complained to the shift manager next day, and he said, "You got it!". I was thrown away by his lack of empathy. Yes, for sure, we got it! Feel being robbed of $150.

Stay was good and all facilities in the room worked perfectly ok, however there is room for improvement during breakfast time, since there weren`t enough tables to all attendees and there werent any labels in the food to indicate what was inside the packages so food waste could be reduced.

Absolutely pleasantly surprised! We were attending a concert in the area an booked this hotel for an overnight stay. We have stayed in other La Quinta hotels before and they were always adequate. This La Quinta was so much more than that. It was spotless, the room was spacious and well equipped, and the hallway was very quiet. Staff were exceptional and very pleasant. And the coffee??? Just about the best darn cup of coffee I have ever had (yes that includes fancy coffee shops). We loved this hotel so much that we booked a return trip for another concert before we left.

Breakfast was amazing both days definitely a Breakfast most hotels do not have! We had a good variety of bacon,egg and potatoes with fresh tortillas, refried beans, homemade hot sauce, waffles, cereal, yogurts, bagels and so much more! Very well worth the stay not only that tge ladies working boy are they onbut constantly cleaning abx attending to us customers i definitely fave them a much deserved tip! Will stay again when i return!
