The luggage cart was not available at check in, or check out. Computer problem resulted in delayed check in. Fortunately the staff allowed me to start my laundry while rebooting and repairing the computer. Washing machine would not take change, only credit card and charged a higher fee. The machine is poorly maintained. The dryer would not allow selecting cooler temperature. My key to my room did not work, the second night. Manager came to room and had to use master key to open door. Overall this was the worst stay ever for me.

Room was terrible, needs a big refurbish. And the fact you have kitchens and charge for use of kitchen ware, plates etc, just terrible. Just lost a customer for any Woodworking property.

Very disappointed!! As soon as we walked in front desk rude! Not friendly! We still checked in but when we were going to go to our room, we looked for the elevator and it did me work. We were told we had to walk up the stairs all the way to the 4th floor. Will not ever stay there!! 😡

You only get one card key, no matter howmany guest in the room, if you forget to ask for anything at check-in you ain't getting anything! The bedding is very nasty. They only have 1 cart, so if its not downstairs good luck in finding it . They use the old fashion refrigerators that pretty much been spray painted over the rusted areas. Wich at is the cause that at 5 am woke us up with the loudest noise! We had to unplug it! Called downstairs no answer, called till the did. They said they were going to swap it with another from another room,,we went on our day. My husband went by the room around noon and it hadn't been done, so he threw out the deli meats that had been unrefregerated for a while. We didnt say anything we thought they must be very busy, Its 3pm when i call to check, and they still hadnt done anything. They said they didnt know what i was talking abaout!!! He explained to me he was a new shift he wasnt told anything about it and he was going to fix it. Well as mad as i was i for got the woman name i had been dealing with all day, she deserves to be fired! And this guy that got all this situation done in less than an hr deserves a raise 👏 well done. I think his name was RJ or Art? *I dont remember *

Very clean rooms, beds are pretty comfortable. Area around is under construction so traffic is a bit hectic at times. Overall great value for extended stays. Bring extra towels and any dish/cookware if you are planning to cook your own meals, rooms have very functional kitchenettes. Including Full size refrigerator and freezer, microwave and 2 burner stove top. Oh and if you're a coffee drinker bring your own coffee pot, they are unfortunately not provided.

This is a bare bones hotel. It’s the only affordable place with a kitchen. It was clean. The ac and tv worked fine. The water was hot but only trickled out of the shower nozzle. No lamps. No rug. No comfortable chair. No dishes. No coffee maker. Nada! The people were nice.

Thinking the hotel had a pool and it didn’t.. I let my girls take a tub bath and the water did not drain.. It was disappointing to wake up and go to the bathroom only to see roaches running around… Room 219

To begin, there is no lobby. Just a desk with plexiglass. The staff members present at check-in smelled very badly of B.O. Several forms were required for signature, indicating additional charges for extra towels, etc. The elevator had a lingering marijuana scent, throughout the stay. The hallways were poorly lit. In the room, the bathroom was decently sized and as clean as can be for a motel disguising as a hotel. The refrigerator was large enough for a week or two's worth of groceries. The exterior of the refrigerator and the burners on the range were rusting. The table and chairs were cheap plastic. We did not use the T.V. The room did not have a phone just a digital clock on the night stand. The window did not have curtains, only blinds. The bed was missing the frame cover and the box spring. The sheets were clean and the bed, surprisingly, did not have bed bugs. The flooring was laminate and the walls were very thin. So, when the guests next door dragged the chairs across the floor, it could be heard, loudly and clearly. We could even hear the bed squeaking during the night from the room next door. The guests partying in the hallway could be heard clearly through the door. Overall, the room has not been updated in at least 10 years. Check out was a drop box for key cards only. Despite, being a cheap night's stay, the cost was still to high.

The bed was horrible..room 224 we have stayed at that hotel before but never experienced such uncomfortable beds.. checked out at 5:00 am due to being so uncomfortable on bed. Husband and I both were very disappointed with such poor beds and mattress. Have very little sleep 😞

The rooms weren't nothing like the pictures. Showers leaked all night, AC made really ugly noises, there was rusty on the faucets, and the room smelled ugly.

Awful service by hotel staff. I booked a stay through expedia, and when I arrived to the Hotel I was told that they had not received the booking, and that there were no non-smoking rooms (the one I booked). The old lady at the desk told me to call customer service, I did, and they told me they sent the booking directly through email. When I told the lady at the front desk, she said "I don't have access to the email." I asked who did, she said "my boss", then I asked where her boss was. She then said "at home". I was very upset, and left the property. As I was pulling out, the lady came out of the front door with a Taser, telling me that I better cancel my booking. Apart from leaving the hotel upset, I did nothing that would warrant a physical threat from this woman. I hope she is fired, otherwise a massive lawsuit would have been filed against this property.

The great service I receive from the GM Rick to every member of the service staff and of course the awesome front desk personnel is always spot on and consistent. I highly recommend this location to anyone coming to the Rio Grande Valley. The staff is ALWAYS ready to listen to any concerns and resolution or information is given promptly.

It was the worst service ever . Never again will I stay there . Bad customer service. Employee was very unprofessional and very rude . He was upset because he had to wake up to check us in to our stay . Not a recommend place .

The site was nice except for the construction on the freeway in close proximity to the hotel. I have to specially mention a great staff that took the time to call me and informed that my son’s credit card was left on the floor in the reception area. That was a saintly gesture that the company hired a very good and honest person. I thank you again for the extra effort to keep us safe. Please do mention this to his supervisors and the higher pay grade people. Please, and I thank you again.

It’s was ok until check out time we asked for 12 to be the check out time lady in front wrote in the notes and she was very nice. But the guy who I guess is the housekeeper or over the house keeping just walked in and didn’t knock and was very rude even when we told him it was noted at the front desk for 12 o’clock and then at 11:40 He still was trying to get in the room.

Price for this apartment complex not a hotel is half the price in their website. Service is bad after hours there’s none, number to call nobody answers. Host doesn’t even have rooms you get whatever is available. I booked a double and got a single it’s all they had. Elevator door got stuck it doesn’t have any inspection license or permit and it smells like fish. There’s no beach within 50 miles of the place. Like all rooms there’s roaches and you can hear any noise 3 doors next to the room like if it’s your door being opened. Don’t expect a cleaning service or towels, don’t leave premises without a key.
