There was black mold under the railing in the shower. The sink stopper was broken but I was able to finally get it up. However the sink was still filling up with water when we’d wash our hands or brush our teeth. The fridge’s freezer needed defrosting because the flap on it wouldn’t close but the topper was at 9:30 (check out was noon), someone walked in on an intimate moment with my boyfriend. No manager was available to talk to until tomorrow (Monday) but they told me my other half checked us out already. I told her we had just woke up & no one had even gotten out of bed yet. FYI, they made me pay a $100 deposit upon checking in. I’ve been way nicer places than this dump & never got charged a deposit. Oh & their hot tub had so much floaties/dirt in it, we couldn’t relax in it. Pool was good but there was bird poop all over their lounge chairs & the walking area around the pool.

The main issue I had was I booked here knowing and wanting a hot tub. When we arrived the first night we went to get into the hot tub and there were swim trunks in the bottom of it and no telling what else. I went to front desk to report that it needed to be cleaned and all that was done was the trunks were taken out. Nothing else was done to it the rest of our stay.

The room AC had an issue. It was releasing water onto the floor. The carpet was wet, the bed was very damp.Did not dehumidify the room. When I picked my bags up off the floor to leave in the am the bottoms were wet. The breakfast was cold and didn't refill items. We ate breakfast early. I told front desk about the AC issue. The staff was super friendly and polite. The bathroom was clean with quality ammenties. Good location, did not hear highway traffic.

Man at the Front Desk on the morning after our arrive is great. Microwave did not work...he was right on it. And did so with a smile. He had a heart to serve. The AM Breakfast Man also was working...not sleeping...cleaning tables, stocking the food. I also saw a man doing repaird in the Dining Hall ceiling where there had been a leak. Area outside/parking lot was picked up and clean. Room was clean.

Everything was great but for some reason every time we needed help at the front desk no one was available and a line would start to form. We would call the phones to get assistance and even then no one would show. Although the customer service was great when provided.

This was perfect for our one night family stay. The rooms are clean, beds & sheets are clean and comfy. The hotel was very quiet and we all got a great nights sleep. Continental breakfast had a good variety. We will definitely stay here again.
