Okay my room was pretty clean except for the shower ceiling which for some reason had what I can describe as pubic hair stuck to it in multiple locations. The major issue I had was that upon checking in I was informed of a "Pet fee" which I know is common at hotels and usually runs about $20-$30 per night. Well, that was not the case at the Hyatt the charge for a single night was $75. No this is not one of the Hyatt's top end hotels and the room itself was $84 per night. So, I could have nearly rented an additional room for my "Pet Fee". The pet fee's should be stated on the Hotels.com website so a traveler can be well informed when selecting a hotel. The breakfast is serial and bagels or toast. Nothing very nutritious.

Sink bust water was everywhere no room available or my refund only gave me $25 dollars just sad never again

The room was decent. The shower handle was opposite. So hot is up and cold is down. It was reversed. Staff was cool. Really cool kid when I checked in. Breakfast sucked and parking was cool. The hotel just looks beat down. My room was fairly clean just a bunch of hair all over the place. But as soon as you walk out your room…it’s gross!

It was very near my conference venue. Many restaurants nearby as well. Accommodating for an infant guest.
