They are apparently renovating rooms but our shower was in a poor state of repair. It s fair room for a fair price so no real complaints. Room was clean and WiFi good. Breakfast simple but tasty. Cereal, yoghurt, eggs & sausage and waffles. Washing machine was broken and had a sign stating that it had been out of action for 2week. Not repaired while we were there. Staff were nice and helpful.

The room was dirty at entry The hallways dirty every day with needing vacuuming There was a nasty smell all over but moreover in the room They ran out of breakfast items During restocking of breakfast food they placed the bags of food once removed from box on floor twice before storing away somewhere We asked every day for the room to be swept and mopped and nothing was completed

This place is gross! Please avoid at all cost. Loud train directly behind hotel, dirty bed linens, room smelled like feces, hair in shower, questionable people lurking. Steer clear, the low price isn't worth it. I'd rather sleep in my car than here.

The bed/ linen looked like they just remade the bed after the previous guest left. Hair on the pillow. Stains on the sheets and comforter and this was in 2 seperate rooms as i asked to move after checking in to the first room. The.second room was exactly the.same less.the hair. Needless to say I did not stay. Prepaid so was out of the money. Found better accommodations at downtown Hilton.

Got the key card to my room, as soon as I open the door, five roaches started scrambling throughout the room. Tub and toilet was dirty. Used condom in the sink.

Front desk was friendly and bed was comfortable. But…I won’t be back to this hotel. Floor wasn’t swept. Lots of hair from previous guest on the floor. Bed sheets appeared to be clean but had holes in them from cigarettes burns. Bed spread had lots of stains. Shower curtain rod was extremely rusty. Electrical socket behind desk was pulled out. Microwave and coffee maker were both unplugged. Walls are super thin. Breakfast was ok but the coffee is from an instant machine and didn’t taste good. And then there was the very loud road noise from highway 75…all night. No thank you.

Overall was good, however certain things about the rooms could’ve been better. Door to bathroom was kinda rusted and not set properly. Shower would go in and out of hot and cold. More outlet options around king size bed.

The hotel was dated with old furnishings, botched paint job. No hot water. Light fixture over the sink didn’t work. Toilet had problems flushing. We requested a different room on the lower level. The shower was stained and the water from the sink barely came through the faucet. This is the kicker, my husband moved his bag to find a roach crawl from the vent. Needless to say we left and requested a refund.

Over all it wasnt terrible but it wasnt great. The room was acceptable, clean and functional. The rooms had a pungent smell and since we were there with others we discovered the smell seems to be in every room. The tram ran all into late hours behind the hotel and was pretty loud. However you could not hear other guests so that was good. Skip breakfast the biscuits were hard, the milk was old and the only sryup was pecan. Again over all for the price it wasnt terrible and if you can deal with the sound of the tram and dont care about breakfast go for it.

I had stayed in Quality Inn the past I had no problem. Thid time I go front desk and clerk was sitting on phone. When i got his attention i told him I had a reservation. My phone battery was down and i could not access my email confirmation. I advised and ask him to verify my regeneration. He quickly told me i didn't have a registration. I ask that he look again. He said hat i didn't have a registration. He did nothing to assist and said there was nothing he could do. I will stay at Quality Inn but there needs to be a way to verify registration when your phone is dead. Expedia verified it for mr.

Staff was extremely rude!! There were two me fighting in the hallway no security at all rooms are tiny they have a 30 dollar deposit not listed on any website that they do that!! Says they have a hot tub they do not rooms are outdated with broken electrical items we had to be switched to a different room because of the tv being broken lady was unbelievably unprofessional and ride over the ordeal I am not impressed I wont ever stay here again !!!

This might be the worst hotel ever. We booked for 2 nights. Our business plans ran behind and we had to miss the first night. When we arrived exhausted, the hotel explained that since we did not arrive the first night, they cancelled our 2 night reservation. They assured me that we would not be charged for the 2nd night. I booked the 2nd night again. The hotel was horrible. AS if that wasn't bad enough, they would not authorize Expedia to refund the 2nd night. I basically paid for 3 nights for 1. Horrible stay and horrible customer service. Quality Inn just lost this business traveler's future business. Stay away!

Reserved and paid for a room with two bed instead was told the only thing they had was a single king bed. Even after showing my reservation I was told there was nothing they could do and they couldn’t refund my money due that it was booked on hotels.com a third party.

It was almost empty & mixed with water. The cap wasn't even placed on it properly. It was left that way until I asked about it 3 days later. Also, the orange juice dispenser was only water. They don't replenish items for breakfast.

Sometimes they dont put the food on time and the bed it was full of hairs towells looks more yellow that brown and no smoke alarm in the room shower the door was broke and the water come out
