Nice room and convenient location for our needs. Shoult out to the staff who promptly took care of a problem with the toilet. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

I chose this hotel because the reviews were good regarding parking. That was true. I felt safe with parking for sure. I received way more than safe parking at this hotel. Staff was very responsive when I asked questions- available by text & phone & seemed to really care. The breakfast was one of the best at hotels that I've had & the coffee was even good! This will be my hotel when I stay in Richardson! Thank you!
